Great place to find just about all my daily needs. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even if they look at times over-worked and short staffed. But, they still manage to smile and greet you. Though I would almost bet the lack of staff is probably because of having that awful self checkout. Anyway, keep up the awesome job that you folks are doing.

Ushering everybody out at 7pm because they are closing. There were 3 people working one couldn't stay? It's only convenient if the working hours displayed are the actual working hours. Had to turn around go to Wal-Mart.

I can always find what I need from food to office supplies. Very well lit and clean facility. The staff is friendly as well. Keep your receipt for clip coupons that can be used to save you some money.

Corporate doesn't pay them enough but the store manager and the employees always seem to have a smile on their face, the store is always stocked and it's always clean. Thanks for everything you guys do. You're the real heroes.

Excellent customer service. The Manager and his employees work hard to keep the store as well stock as possible under a supply chain shortage. The employees are very helpful and friendly even when they are crazy busy. Kiddos to the Shrewsbury store. I am from Reading, PA and this store does circles around all the Reading area stores... Keep up the great work... Thank yiu for all you do for the Southern York community.

The staff is working hard to keep the store clean during this virus. I feel that corporate has failed them. They are not giving them the supplies to keep themselves safe, nor do they have anything for the customers to clean the carts off with, that removes possible contaminated areas from the previous customers. This is corporates responsibility. There are several cases in York County. Please do your part to prevent this from spreading. Thank you.

What A Great discount store. Its always clean and fully stocked every time we stop in. Employees very pleasant and helpful. Also nice place to go when you need to purchase staples from detergent, to milk. 1 stop shopping with a discount price. And you don't need to deal with the insanity of Walmart.Win, Win.

How bout for those who are complaining about closing early , do you not realize people get sick ? Do you not realize it's out-of our control ? And when you come on here lying about having 3 people working at 7pm , that never happens , so that's a lie . We try our hardest to stay open, and be here when needed , but with cut hours , sickness going around and lack of staff (no fault of our own) sometimes its impossible to be open . Get your heads out of your a**es and stop acting like you're so perfect , how bout that .

Three times in the last month I've come to the front doors and there's a sign that says do due to staff shortage we are closed early. We are no longer in the pandemic if you do not have the people to staff the store close it down.

A employee named Lisa told me to watch out as I was approaching the register to pay for my items. Lisa was carrying baskets away from the cash registers. Not only did she tell me to watch out, she made me wait! This occurred in front of another customer who was also shocked by this rude behavior. When Lisa made it back to the register to ring me up, she never greeted me. Terrible customer service skills.

The Manger here at this store is very rude I was taking my Daughter here so she can spend here gift card I saw a Sign on the door saying we are closing at 6pm because of staffing problemsan he was the manager he was very rude. I guess he didn't want to step up an keep the store open until 9 I would of if I was the manager its my job to fill in an keep the store open that part of being a manager in Retail I guess he was in a Hurry to get home to his husband
