Kelcey Oesterling always does a good job with little bear. Teg's also gives your pup a holiday themed bandana for the special occasion. I've been very happy with their groomers and would definitely recommend to any locals looking to get a bath or clipping. They get the knots out and have ample space for the dogs.

I have a small dog that I took there twice to get groomed. The first time was very good and ,they did a great job,however the second time my little one was returned to me limping .Not even sure what happened, but I dont take chances of any kind with her ,She has cancer and deserves to be treated with the best care not manhandled .Also had a scarf tied tightly around her neck .last time they gave her bows .They should be careful who they hire I think .Some people pretend to like animals but don't .

I decided to try it a few times before leaving a review. My little man gets a bath and nails trimmed once every 2/3 months. He's a Boston so he has pretty sensitive skin, especially on his paws and ears. They do a great job with baths and trimming nails. They squeezed me in this morning last minute, even though they had a groomer call out today. Teg's is a great place that I fully trust to take care of my dog. I have peace when I walk out, knowing he will be well taken care of. Their service is stellar, but their attention to detail/intentionality with every person is even better. Love taking my little man here and recommend it to any and all friends.

We took our 1 year old mini bernedoodle for his very first professional grooming today with Nicki... everyone was soooo nice. They took the time to educate us for at home maintenance as well. The pic by the pool was his before pic and we couldnt even see his eyes!!! We couldnt be more pleased and Finn cannot wait to go back for his next spa day already.

It was our dog’s first grooming and she looked so cute when she was all done. The staff is wonderful and they even offered a recommendation to help with our dog’s coat. The quality of service for the price is fantastic. It was very easy to book and we will definitely be coming back to Teg’s in the future!

Sorry to say that we will not be returning to Teg’s after the staff spoke to my wife in an inappropriate manner. Their tone of voice was totally out of line as they humiliated my wife in the middle of the store. At one point the groomer handed my wife a comb and told her to comb our dog, and only if my wife could get through his hair would they cut him how we asked.We have a doodle, so he’s going to have curly hair. And while his hair had gotten a bit long, we bathe and brush him constantly. Even if we were taking poor care of our dog, speaking that way to somebody in public is out of line.This rude behavior continued when we called about picking him up. We were told he would take 4 hours to groom. After 6 hours, we had not heard anything and they were about to close. When we called to see if we should head towards the store to pick him up soon, we were spoken to like we were an annoyance.We’ve given Teg’s three tries. Each time we’ve gotten a sub-par haircut that cost $75+. Between the poor haircuts and the way they treated us, we will not be coming back.

My Pitbull has separation issues from me and they allowed me to be with her the entire time. They were amazing and understanding with my FurBaby. They also actually listen to me when I explained what she has issues with and didn't add more stress to my Khloe!!! Thanks to everyone at Teg's!!!

I have been taking my dogs to Teg's for over 25 years. Great people taking care of our beloved pets. Our mini goldendoodle puppy mill rescue has been treated Great from her first time being groomed by Andrea. So pleased to see her happy with the other dogs.

Excellent experience with Savanna! It was mini golden doodles first time and he was a mess! I knew he would need shaved down. He looks soooo cute! I was so scared! She did a great job and talked me through a few things to watch for going forward! I highly recommend Teg's and Savanna!

Never thought I would find a more caring, honest and great groomer like we did. Gus was happy and his fur was knotty. We will be back and enjoy his fir as it comes back in. To top it, their prices are so reasonable.

Prices were great and my pup came back smelling great and looking fluffy.I called in the morning asking for an estimate and an appointment. They asked about his coat and gave me a price, then told me to drop him off. They took care of him that day, even though it seemed like they were very busy already.

The staff at Tegs are professional and very very nice. My dog was a rescue and she came out of there looking beautiful n like a new dog after being abandoned, they did a wonderful job, they were very gentle and caring with her, which was needed after everything she's been thru.I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody.

Absolutely wonderful! Love the new location too! Took our pup to get her first haircut and I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing job they did! If I have one suggestion though, it would be about the website and being able to schedule just a nail clipping appointment. Beyond that, I would highly recommend to anyone to take your best friend here to get pampered! Wish I could give more than just 5 stars!

What a shame to have to give this groomer a bad review after all the years of using them. We really loved the business. But when you cant get in touch with the business to schedule the appoint, you certinly cant give them a positive review can you? They have made booking an appoint online a nightmare with a new website. They no longer take phone calls, so Im fine with booking online but texting me a code with only 60 seconds to sign in for a dog bath, yes a 60 second expiration time frame? Come on Tegs! A password and a sign in is one thing, (thats fine) but Im trying to book online and my wife is working and you are sending 60 second texts to her cell in a meeting at work for a code to schedule. Did you really pay a marketing company for this plan?Im not making stock transactions or sharing medical info people, its a dog bath. Im not anti tech at all, I get the reason that you stopped taking phone calls to keep your staff generating revenue and being more productive but you are inconvencing you GOOD customers because a few bad didnt show up. I suggest you re-evulate the customer service traits you tossed out the window that built your clintele.So, I picked up the phone, called another groomed, got the dog washed and he smells the same. It really should be that simple. So sad...

Teg's does an excellent job taking care of my greyhound. His claws were trimmed well and his coat was clean. They also have many add on services depending on your dog's needs. Their self-service online scheduling system is extremely convenient for people that are busy. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Tegs for years. Well, not anymore. Every time I took my dog there, she said she had fleas and wanted to do a flea treatment ( I never saw any fleas ). And they said that she was always knotty and had to shave her most if the time? Well, I started taking her to a different groomer and to my surprise….never see fleas and she is never shaved. It seems that Tegs was lying to me about things to get $ out of me and the owner/manager was always rude most of the time. I also didn’t like that they kept her all day ( which is probably why they saw “fleas” on her )! Also, the new groomer I take her too is cheaper and does a better job.

We have loved Teg's ever since we took our first puppy there. But I just had my girls groomed yesterday and nobody told my husband at pick-up that one of them had been nicked on her neck. Pretty upset about it to be honest.
