Prices are usually competitive with Giant, Walmart etc but also at times the same. Variety of products available but unfortunately once something is gone, it's gone. If you KNOW you like it, get ALOT THAT DAY. it might not be there tomorrow.

This used to be one of my favorite places to buy meat, I just bought lamb chops on my last purchase, I open them 6 days before the expiration date and they smelled absolutely disgusting, this wouldn't be such a bad situation except I just bought a beef rib roast that cost me almost $70, which I felt was a decent deal at the time, the rib roast was nothing but fat and Gristle and disgusting meat, I've always liked this store, but I cannot give this store a good review right now because of the meat that I've been buying recently

I love Grocery Outlet. I have saved so much money here compared to Giant or any other store. They have a relatively limited product selection but it has a good selection of products that they do stock.

I do most of my grocery shopping at this store because I can easily get most of what I need. I rarely have to pick up an item or two elsewhere. I agree with other reviewers that the store is clean, well organized, and friendly.

Clean store. A little hit and miss with the stock but you can definitely save some money. Produce isn't bad and usually a good selection of meats and cheeses.

We have been using this store since they have opened. The staff is fantastic. The deals/prices are great and the food quality is great. There's something for everyone here. No matter what time of day we come , we are greeted with smiling faces and hard workers. The customer service is great. The team at this store is amazing. Matt, Steph,Doug,Celeste , Jeff, Danielle , Lacy, Kyle (strouptastic) , Carter ,Megan, Kristal,Linda, Athena and anyone else I may have missed are what makes this store what it is. All of your hard work does not go unnoticed.

They have very good deals on chicken noodle soup from Campbell's soup at 79 cents a can. Rutters ice tea at 2 gallons at 5.00 Dollars. Plus many more excellent deals on food items! Great place to shop

The store is clean, friendly staff. Prices are fair on some items. Some no so good for a discount store. Know your grocery store prices before purchasing high-end merchandise here. I shop here 2x a month.

If ur looking for discounts, GO is great. If ur looking for customer service... don't even enter the front door. I'm speaking primarily of the evening cashiers. They won't say hello, they won't have eye contact w you, and they won't thank u. Only the taller guy with the shaved head has any customer service and is sweet.With that said, tonight there was 1 lane open. The line was growing with full carts. Some of us only had 1 or 2 items. Before u knew it, there was a line of 16 shoppers waiting in the checkout. Not a single call for backup, and no cashier volunteered to help out. One woman slammed her basket down and stormed out. I finally had the single cashier call for assistance. She came up to help, but was mad because she was on "break". This "could care less"/"not my problem" attitude is soooo bad for a business.

The prices are amazing! Lots of organic and gluten free. Some are near sell by date or out of date. If that bothers you check dates carefully.

Before I rip into this place, I want to say I have been shopping at grocery outlets across the country for years and am usually very satisfied especially since I know what to expect from the chain not to mention my family owned several franchises ourselves. Secondly I do understand that inflation is theft and is hitting everyone hard.That all being said, I have a serious issue with how they are marketing their discounts.This and the several other local grocery outlets are exaggerating the cost that other grocery stores charge for the same item or like items. Unfortunately for this store it is located right next to a Giant and on average I found that the Giant had matching prices or Grocery Outlet was only saving you about 50 cents per item with an expiration date right around the corner.That said you can still find some deals worth shopping for here, just wish they weren’t trying to tell you a box of 12oz cheezits is 9 dollars at over stores.

I saw beef that had a sell by date of 3/23/23 on the shelf today that was not frozen. I pointed it out to the staff and they told me oh the way this is package you can take this camping it is still good. I was thinking I’m sure the manufacture knew it was vacuum packed and they put that dates on the meat for a reason. I was just surprised that they did not even figure it out when I pointed it to their attention.

I go to this store for one reason and one reason only, they sell Philadelphia Water Ice by the half gallon. Cherry water ice with Vanilla Gelati. It's Rita's in my freezer!!🍨🍒 I did find a few other items that I felt were a pretty great find. They had 3 lb bags of Eight O'clock Coffee for $12.99, I happen to love this brand of coffee so I got very excited!! On the down side the cashier was kinda clueless and it took forever to check out. They carry non food items to at discounted prices as well. This store is in a shopping plaza in New Cumberland and in this shopping center there is also a Dollar Tree, Dairy Queen, Tobacco store, a pizza place, an outgrown shop, a tax place(not sure which one) and in the plaza next door is Giant, Fine Wine & Spirits, and a Chinese restaurant. Also just an FYI Giant has installed some Electric charging stations which is pretty cool!

Great groccery store for folk who plan meals ahead of time. If you don't plan, you will end up buying way too much.Prices are significantly lower than regular stores because products may be closer to the expiration date or for manufacturing overproduction/overstock.

I'm unhappy they closed the store nearest to me, but I will still be making trips to the one in New Cumberland! Great brands, good deals! Update: They just got new shopping carts! These are much easier to manage than the old ones.... Another successful and savings full visit!!!

Extremely severely well priced if you're working with or shopping on a budget. Prices are so so much lower than the regular grocery stores. So I came back with a haul for less than $150 bucks. Giant stores would be close to 300 if not more for what I got today.

Love shopping here 💕 It’s always so easy to get in & out the store because it’s never filled. Only thing that drives me crazy is that they only love to use one cash register no matter how many people are in line. Great if your looking for social distancing.

Visited Grocery Outlet in New Cumberland to check it out in anticipation of a new location opening in Windsor Park Shopping Center in Mechanicsburg. Lots of fresh produce and while the grocery selection is somewhat limited, the prices are significantly cheaper. Well worth a visit.

We enjoy stopping in to see what deals we can find. Selection varies each time. If you see a bargain, grab it because next week it will be gone. Over all pricing is fair and usually better than other grocery stores. We start here 1st and if there is anything else we still need, stop at the other stores we pass on the way back home. Have not been disappointed yet....
