Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We like to try new foods and explore a lot of ethnic groceries. This was a fun experience and we'll be back the next time we're in town.

These are the sweetest, most caring people you might ever meet, and they serve excellent foods you’d otherwise be unable to get.

I was there with my daughter last week. So grateful and exited to have this international grocery store in the area. I love the convenience of not having to travel to Baltimore or Philly to get the food I occasionally crave for but can't find locally anywhere else, spending my very valuable time in traffic and burning gasoline. They have a great variety of food from former USSR countries, such as Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, but not only. I’m going back this week for more “sushki” (yum!!), tarragon flavored lemonade and to-die-for ukrainian pirozhki with potato filling! It took only a few minutes to reheat them and my daughters and I finished all in an instance, wishing we had more.Lastly, the store has a new ownership, John was super nice and friendly. Please support this family small business!

John is the MAN! I called on a Monday, unfortunately they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, the line rang until going over to voicemail. About 15 minutes later, i'm getting a call back from them. John, the new owner I presume, told me that he's at the store now doing some work and if we'd like we would be able to stop by and shop around while he's in. That is top notch customer service you do not come across nowadays. Will definitely be coming back. Great prices, amazing customer service, and a great selection of foods. 10/10

New owners are really nice! Store looks clean and is a pleasure to be in. I hope that with time they will get more produce on the shelves and really grow a great business.

Am planning on making a return trip. My son is taking Russian in school, and is always talking about and making Russian food recipes that he finds. The owner was super helpful, and I didn't know that we were there past posted hours but he did not rush us at all. I felt horrible to know we kept him from finishing his day. Still, I bought my son a huge gift box of things that he loved, from soup, snacks, bread, drinks, candies, cookies, pasta, meat and cheese. He absolutely LOVED it! I even tried a lot, and was really good. Authentic cultural gem. Definitely recommend!

My landlord is Ukrainian and he was looking for kielbasa, so we came here. It is a very welcoming place, the owner is extremely friendly as well! He was helping me with my Russian and I also bought my first Russian chocolate bar here, which he helped me select (it is delicious by the way!) I will most definitely be going here when I am in the area. Recommend, 100%

Helpful and friendly staff. Great little place if you want to try out foods from Slavic countries. I honestly prefer places like this over american grocery stores, better prices and better quality food.

My Ukrainian boyfriend and I visited this store because he had a craving for some childhood foods. Sure enough he was able to find all his favorites, friendly staff to speak to in Russian or English, and a cart full of goodies to take home with us.The selection ranges from meats, kefir, and fresh vegetables, to candy, honey and bread.Great to have this gem in our local area when you can’t get back home or to Brighton Beach to visit family. We look forward to returning.

It's a small grocery store with shelves packed with food in labels I cannot read but want to eat. There is an entire wall with nothing but candy I'm not familiar with, which will be fun to eat. We also look forward to eating some of the meats they have. Both times I went, the employees/owners were nice and friendly. I'm looking forward to going back.

Goldy Market is a wonderful place! Lots of authentic European food, particularly Russian. My husband and I bought our first bottle of Kvas here :) There's lots of Russian candy too. The store owner, David, was incredibly generous and friendly to us. I wanted my husband to try russian Tarragon soda and we found some here. Highly recommended!!!🎉👌

Amazing selection. Cool items to try. Their credit card reader is a little slow but that’s the only downside of this place. Great place to go if you’re learning Russian. Прекрасный магазин.

A store with healthy and delicatese food from East Europe & Russia. After living many years in Europe I can tell that their food is so much healthier than food made in US! Among that it also tastes good. At the store you can find the worlds best salami: Hungarian Pick salami here as well ;-)My family shops here every week, the owner is very nice and helpful person!

I am an immigrant from Eastern Europe and go there occasionally to get foods that I miss. They have rye bread from Brooklyn and it's at a really good price. Also all kinds of canned or smoked fish, bulk candy, tea, jams, cheese, salami, pickled vegetables, juices, spices as well, even some produce

It is not that BIG and maybe not as GOOD as everyone would like to visit, but this is a little piece of Russia in Harrisburg, PA with a large selection of "Soviet" goods and GREAT food. Thanks David! :)
