Today I went to your store and there were no carts. I brought in carts to help. I asked the man in beer and wine to help me. He said the person did not show and I am busy. He stated this as he stood against the wall. I continued to shop. As I left the store I brought in more carts. 3 wonderful women employees were outside bringing in tons of carts to save the day. I wish I knew who they were. They need to be honored that the women came up to help the community when the person in beer and wine was too busy to help. You go girls. Thank for all you do.

Great place to shop, Deli and Produce areas are usually pretty well stocked, as is the salad bar and hot bar. Best feature about this particular Giant store is the sushi counter at the back of the store. Agatha is always friendly, and greets me with a smile when she sees me coming. she knows I like the shrimp tempura, and is always willing to make me a fresh one if there are none out on display, or offer something new for me to try.

I've never been disappointed with Giant Direct. I'm 73 and grocery shopping is getting old. Although I miss shopping occasionally, Giant Direct is too convenient. No tipping, by the way. I'm not particularly internet savvy but if you have trouble setting up an account, give them a call. I hope you'll give it a try.

One of the 2 free electric vehicle charging stations seems to always be available when I make my grocery run here. By the time I have finished shopping my car is recharged from my trip to from my house.

GIANT is one of my favorite grocery stores!!! But lately every time you go to get ICE CREAM OR SWISS TEA, THEY VERY SELDOM HAVE ANY TEA STOCKED!!! DEFINITELY NEVER HAVE THE ICE CREAM STOCKED!!!!!

This isn’t my main giant, but I come here once in a while. I never have any issues here and today the lady working the self check outs went above and beyond. She was kind to my daughter, waited patiently as my daughter tried to scan items herself and even offered her a sticker at the end. The most beautiful part was when we left, she treated all the other customers with the same kindness. Wish I got her name. Thank you 🙏🏼

*update* Went this evening for deer park water... none anywhere on the floor... ask someone why, and he says the new manager said not to put it out because it's at the front of the shipment and didn't want it dug out until stock tonight. There's a sale on this water, and it's at the store, but you won't let your employees put it out for the customers...since yesterday? Sounds like this store needs a new new manager because this new one is wrong! We might have to switch to a competitor. This is getting ridiculous.(Thank you to the employee for the information and trying to do the right thing multiple times. And thanks for grabbing us a couple of cases)Deli staff is rude...the pre-packaged items were empty last week, and when asked about a certain item, the staff member said if we had it, it would be out there. Whoever does the ordering needs a lesson. Always out of the tea that my husband drinks, and now there is no store brand water.

Pretty good store, but they never seem to have my cappuccino. Odd, seeing as it's their own brand. No one likes empty coffee shelves. Please do better at maintaining coffee/cappuccino stock. Plus...I have to add this...Marty the robot freaks me out. Peace ✌️

The lady at self checkout: doesn’t say anything friendly, others will say have a nice day and smile, she talks very poorly of customers. The store isn’t very clean and the carts need more attention (inside and outside) the freezer section looks terrible most of the time. A lot of employees will stand around talking and not assisting customers or be busy looking at their phones: the giant direct shoppers will push their carts very FAST and won’t look out for customers. Employees don’t look out for customers and will make them move out of their way. Forget about customer service desk! No one will be there and if there is someone there who works for giant they will be talking and laughing instead of asking if the customer needs help. No one is paying employees to just stand around. Very low standard giant food store. Update today 04/27/23 I just came from customer service and 4 ladies were standing around and ignoring me until I said hello can someone please help me? Only 1 did and she was very rude and told me under my breath she would call the new store manager Crystal if I continued to bother her. I only wanted to cash a lottery ticket voucher. I’m starting to think karns might be the place to go to. Please change your ways giant because I do spend A LOT of money there and so do my family and friends! If and when I receive a better experience at this giant then I will immediately remove this negative review.

Bakery is always disappointing. Today the young man didn’t know what cupcakes they could make or even how the catalog worked. Gave two simple options (TMNT or Batman) but he said no to both. I just don’t think he wanted our order

Every time I get giant direct from this store something either gets messed up or I get stale food. The one time the salad was half rotten. I just don't shop there anymore.

Tried to use my google pay wallet which is apparently accepted at all Giant stores. 50 dollars worth of groceries all bagged up and I was told they dont accept that form of payment. I had 3 people come over to all tell me the same thing. Your store lead Sarah is very rude and belittled me. Maybe think twice about hiring supervisors who don't treat their customers with fairness. I'm telling everyone not to return there, the 10 minute drive to Weis is worth it now.

Prices are a bit high compared to some of the other stores. For instance, a regular 8 pack of Nathan's Hot Dogs here is regularly $6.99. At Walmart, that same pack is $4.47. At the Grocery Outlet right next door, that same pack is $3.99. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. The meat and steak is generally very good, but pricey. They used to be a 24 hour store, but unfortunately they close at 11 pm now. I would give a 5 star rating, but considering the prices are a bit high compared to other stores and they close at 11 pm instead of being 24 hours and they haven't brought back their pre-covid policies and guarantees, I have to deduct a star. Overall, Giant is a good grocery store though. You just don't get as much for the same amount of money as you would if you shopped other stores. The gas savings don't mean much if you're spending 50%-100% more for the same items to get the gas points.

This is the worst Giant I have ever been in. Lack brand items. If you want Giant brand items no problem. They want you to buy their brand.Problem is their brand lacks the quality of certain brands...particularly canned vegetables. Shelves are rarely stocked. They can't even stock gallon bottles of water.

Store is relatively well stocked vs. it peers and other Giant locations. Be sure to check out the Flashfood offerings for this location as they often have some great items on last day pricing. The store is clean and the staff are helpful and pleasant. This is a routine stop for me to pick up a quick lunch whether it be a sandwich, sub or sushi.

Horrific! I slipped on the floor not one associate helped. A nice man/customer and his partner came to my aid. Even when told a store associate just sat on his butt as if. Nothing was wrong. Not ONE associate asked if , I was ok...not one!!!! I left the store in total shock. You see, I am a 71 year old woman , kind and caring Christian. However tonight, I am in severe back pain. I was in your store 2:00 3:00 pm today. I would ask that you take a moment and respond.Unbelievable, worst giant in PA.I would like to thank the 2 customers who tried to assist me!
