I shop there 3 to 4 times a week only because I take care of a 75 year old lady and store in close by. For weeks the merchandise has been sitting on the floor not stocked, the floors are filthy and so is the cooler and food is spoiled. I asked 1 of the so called managers what was going on that the store was so messy and floors were disgusting, the store manager Dawn didn't like the fact that I had said it out loud and told me to leave the store and snatched the basket out of my had as I place it on the register. I've tried contacting costumer service but no one has reached out to me. The only employee that's awesome in an older sweet lady name Boo she rocks. Dawn in the other hand needs to be let go. I posted the video on the reviews.

It seems understaffed,but most of the folks working there on any given day really bust their hump to give their customers the best shopping experience they can. I'm a repeat customer for that reason. It's my go-to Dollar store.

Rude employees. Wouldn't give my friend the items that she purchased and then proceeded to call the police on her. Tried to say that she didn't pay for them. Guess what!!! The very next day she had to go back and pick up the items because her card was in fact charged like she initially stated. Also employee used disrespectful language towards the customer. Derogatory towards those with disabilities.

This store has a subpar point of sale computer system which fails to tell the cashiers when something is paid for or not. Once it fails, they call the police on customers even though charges do go through. So customers are unnecessarily put through burdens with law-enforcement that’s wasting the customers time and the police’s time. Their subpar transaction system is not the fault of the customer or the taxpayer. I suggest this horrible location with this horrible manager shut down until they can actually running store.

Terrible management. Miss destiny, the assistant manager, called the cops on a customer because HER COMPUTER SALE SYSTEM FROZE. She proceeded to hold the customer hostage in the store for over an hour and made the customer leave without the items they had been verifiably charged for. Treat your customers like PEOPLE. shame on you destiny.

Absolutely went down hill. The managers are horrible and don't help the cashiers, they rather hang out outside and smoke. I just left there, the line was 16 people deep going up the isle. The cashier called for a manager, she never came out to help her.

Worst experience EVER!!!! Cashier Dawn was arguing NON STOP with a paying customer. Worked in customer service for 22 yrs. & never experienced such nasty atmosphere or words EVER!! I’ll never go there again! Corporate needs to clean up there personnel @ this store!

I just love the Dollar Tree, this isn't the one I usually go to but I was in the area so I thought I'd check it out. Im glad I did this store in particular seemed like it had more of a selection of items!

I probably will not be visiting this Dollar Tree again any time soon. It was very dirty, unorganized and cluttered. There were boxes of stuff sitting everywhere and even carts full of stuff just parked in isles. Like it was too much effort to actually restock the items. Very disappointed.

Manager is always outside chain smoking and leaving. The bathroom is MOLDY and I got sick for days after.

This store is HUGE. Amazing craft selection. Very good for teachers for student crafts or for room decorations. I was very impressed. Also very neat and clean

The New Cumberland store is much cleaner than the Lemoyne store. If you have been in both, both stores could use a cleanup.
