Automotive is terrible. Tried to make me pay for new tire and installation when they stripped my bolt trying to take off the spare. I was told everything was complete with no problems. I paid in full and walked out to find the spare with a stripped bolt still on and a new tire in the trunk. 3 hours later I was getting scolded by them, ultimately I was able to get a full refunded but ended up wasting a full day and paying to have a new bolt installed at Flynns. I should've went to Flynns first. I truly believe they don't even care. They just didn't want to deal with accountability and making it right. Argued with me the whole time. A bit of advice.....next time call and let the customer know you messed up.

I’ve been going here since they opened late 90s, I think 97’ I’ve seen a lot of remodels and changes and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s always been clean only times it’s messy is during holidays when customers make huge messes but I always see employees working, floors are clean and shelves, products. I haven’t grocery shopped here in years but I compared prices of foods I buy since the price hikes and they were the cheapest as long as I’m buying the Great Value brand. Today they must of did a huge deep clean because every isle looked emulate! They had all products aligned nicely, floor just got waxed, East isle wasn’t messy! Because nobody’s bought easter candy yet. Whoever fixed it up since the holiday season did a great job.

Very crowded and busy store on a weekend and the wait time for self checkout is totally ridiculous when will they ever go back to the people working the registers? I do also miss the 24 hour shopping. Overall I tried to stay away from shopping here as much as possible. To many crazies and no patience. Roscoe ~ Pics4yinz

First thing is always getting that perfect parking space then getting the all important list ready!I love how Walmart has "everything" so you don't need to drive to another store which is so inconvenient.We have lived in 3 different states and each place Walmart was where we shopped. I always find what I need and that is so convenient to me.Where else can you get "everything" your family needs with such great convenience?Love the self checkout, too!

Got groceries delivered. Driver dropped them at the door by our garage. .in the rain and slush. Instructions said to leave at the front door. Which is covered and dry. Got a text they were there didn't see rush out since they were supposed to be on my covered porch. Finished what I was doing went out about 5 minutes later nothing at the front door. Called to complain that they were wet and damaged said I would have to bring them back to the store for a refund. Why should I have to to can't drive right now. Why I had them delivered which I paid for. I said replace the items have them redelivered and I wCan pock up the damaged items.4 days now no resolution so I will call my credit card and dispute

Went to customer service on 2/18/24 at 1pm and I overheard the female employee talking to another male employee about returns and how it should be done, but isn't required. I went to return diapers that have not been used for store credit, but since I didn't have receipt she couldn't help me in any way, shape, or form. Side note: she was also very rude. If you can't handle customer care, get a new job. I shrugged it off, continued my shopping and decidied to check back after I checked out. A gentleman helped me, was very polite, and proceeded to give me store credit without me even asking.

Sorry if I butchered your name Michaela but you were in training, and sold me a phone case! You were the most respectful employee I’ve ever dealt with in a Walmart. I was unsure about spending $60 bucks for an otter box case, but you helped me understand to not protect an expensive phone with a cheap case (the one I had on). I’m probably never taking this otterbox case off it’s so comfortable!

Went in to purchase a new phone and the employees in electronics acted like they had no idea they sold phones. Until Zack saved the day. He was very helpful and patient and went above by making suggestions he thought could help my situation. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because of Zach otherwise it would be about 1star. Give that man a raise!

Last night, 1/13/24, I was in the New Castle Walmart. As I walked up to the checkout area, I witnessed a manager yelling, belittling, and threatening a cashier. The managers name was Debbie but I didn't see the cashier's name, only that she was a tall young girl. The girl was getting verbally abused because she was cleaning the floor with a broom & dustpan while no one was in her checkout lane. This is one of the grossest Walmarts I've been in and I see the root cause.... Employees getting verbally abused for cleaning during down time. Poor girl was really just being productive. The experience was quite eye opening

I wouldn’t even give a single star if I could. Went there with my mom and got groceries and things we needed. Paid with ebt and it went through but the credit card wouldn’t work for the rest because of the machine. We tried multiple times and the machine wouldn’t work. Literally because of the credit card machine. It NEVER said declined but that the machine wasn’t working. Cashier even said that the machine wasn’t working for people earlier. They took away all of our groceries as well and treated us like criminals. They wouldn’t return the money spent on the ebt card either.

Placed an order for 3 PM delivery. Didn’t show up all day. Didn’t show up the next day either when I rescheduled it. I then had to wait 3 days for a refund.I am done giving your corporation any of my money.

I have shopped at Walmart since it opened. I write down each aisle and makes shopping easier. I love self checkout pack my own bags I bring to the store.

Shelves are empty alot of the times. You have tons of self checkout people just standing around talking. They really need to find them something to do besides just standing there. They treat everyone like the steal . I try to avoid going there as much as possible. The prices are not as cheap as they claim.

Had what I was looking for, remodeled store is confusing to find everything but in time I’ll be more use to it, not to happy about all the self checkouts , I don’t use them , I prefer to have a salesclerk

We are from Ohio and are moving to Poland OH trying to find a Walmart that is Nice and clean we found that this Walmart met all that the staff was excellent cashier lines moved you through easily and professionally cashier was really nice would make this my store.

Shop here often. Store shelves are not always stocked. Wipes hardly ever available. BEWARE: If using pick up, the employees slam your trunk and walmart will not address issue. I now have to replace rear blade cover and my camera. Their "incident"reviewer seems to think a video will show amount of force used to close doors. They say stay in car, but I do not recommend. They will also put leaking products in vehicle to ruin your carpets and just throw stuff on top of each other. They will replace defective products, but if said product damages your interior, it's not their fault. Employees here also expect customers to move out of their way with out even an excuse me while u r shopping. Do not recommend their services at this point. Think I will also find another store to shop at as poor customer service is inexcusable when they refuse to address problems or complaints. NOTHING IS THEIR FAULT.

A typical regular Super Walmart. Some days they have what you need, some days they don't. Mostly all self checkout. Clean for New Castle. I've been going there since they opened and I can say I never had any problems there. They have a tire and oil change garage. Bathrooms are clean. Employees are nice.

Wow prices are up or packages are either smaller or quantity lower or price is up. Below gives you idea. Descent popcorn actually still 1.98 smaller bad :( one of thousands. An educated consumer will carch things like this. Not on item thousands. Thanks Walmart

How team members are treated and de humanized by Supervisors is shameful. You do not offer constructive criticism that is followed up with a solution. Your Supervisor tells workers "you aren't fast enough" but doesn't bother to watch the team member to see what they could do to improve or offer tips or tricks. Your words tear your team down and that's why you can't keep people. The fruit isn't rotten, it's the tree. Train your Management to be humble and to have humility. Show them how to speak kindly. Yelling and degrading staff even before the doors close to the public, says a lot about your culture and what you allow reflects on your company as a whole. Be better, Do better.

Don't ask about this one... there isn't much good about this one and are lucky I gave them 2 stars. Produce is TERRIBLE! When you find something you like, it doesn't stay long. They are always rearranging the store on you. Staff acts like everyone is stealing something, including your kids, and if they can put that many people, putting that much effort, then they can open more registers like it used to be. Period.

Wow, this place was huge. And clean! We don't see that caliber of cleanliness in a lot of places since the pandemic flipped the world upside down. Oh! Spacious aisles. You can actually exhale in an aisle without knocking something down.

Called to check the availability of something and they put me on hold for 20 mins then someone answered and hung up right away. Called back they picked up and then hung up again. Called back multiple times after and they won’t even answer the phone. This place is horrible.
