Changing pharmacies immediately. I agree with the guy who said he was treated different because of his medications. Horrible service, this is the second time I went to get my meds and they never even sent my doctor what they needed for my pre authorization, seriously! I have no meds! The pharmacist made a comment that I didn't appreciate and you can tell he took my medication refill personal, from what he said to me. I plan on filing a complaint and finding another pharmacy.

Honestly this is a beautiful store. They have just about everything you can imagine. Some food items. Milk, juice, all sorts of products to eat. Very clean store. We are blessed to have such a nice store in downtown New Castle!

stopped in with my friend and we were immediately followed around by 2 workers! i went in to look for vitamins! we were asked 3 times if we needed help, and when i asked about the vitamins, no one helped me! but both of them kept taking turns following us in every isle! made us feel like we were doing something wrong when we weren’t! it wasn’t until i brought ALL MY ITEMS! to the counter and pulled out over $300 is when the lady started to be nice!!! i will never shop here again! they made us feel so uncomfortable!

Serena was rude on the phone and said “your signed up for texts so do not call back” when I had called once to check on my child’s prescriptions.Then when I went in to pick up, Marcia the pharmacist was so annoyed that I wanted to ask her opinion on a cough medicine for my toddler. She told me to go look for them myself.Changing pharmacies after today. Uncalled for to treat a working mother of 2 this way when just trying to help and heal her sick baby.

I was I'll trying to get syrup of ipicac, and the pharmacy hung up on me. Further ore, they Systematically transferred me to medicine thru the mail cause they make awkward faces in the presence of my greatness.

I applied here and did an interview. I am 100% qualified but they totally wasted my time. The guy interviewing asked a bunch of unrelated questions told me he'd call me back and never did. This review is to warn others that may be thinking of applying. It's a waste of time. Unfortunately I could not review them on indeed so I put the review here. Thanks for wasting my time rite aid.
