Management is friendly and employees are easy to talk toPrices haven't climbed as steep as other locations and inventory most of the time is pretty interesting. Been going for years and have to say current management and team is great and that greatly adds to a comfortable shopping experience

My mom just left the store and accident gave the cashier a $50 mistaken it for a $5 because she didn't have her glasses. The cashier denied that my mom gave it to her. My mom is very honest and she has no reason to lie. Everyone is struggling. For some reason this same cashier gives my mom a nasty attitude. She sometimes don't want to give my mom her senior citizen discount. I'm about call up there and speak to the manager.

I frequent this store and the employees are always friendly and ready to help. The store is clean and organized. The merchandise is constantly changing. This is one of the best Goodwill stores in the area.

Just decided to stop in, never been into this goodwill here. We just moved to the area about 5 months ago. Apparently the hours are wrong on Google and should be updated! They close at 6pm. I walked in at 5:50pm where I was greeted not so nicely by a sales rep saying they close at 6. I have 10 minutes. They gave me 5 and then over the intercom said it's now 6pm and the store is now closed. It's now 6:01pm and I'm done writing the review. Both employees that were locking the door and talking about, they just get one day to go home early. Is a bit ridiculous... be thankful you have a job! Don't be so quick to be rude to customers because they are not aware that you close at 6pm. And then kick them out 5 minutes early when I was just trying to look at stupid ties! Good grief... I've never left a review but today was ridiculous at this goodwill location. I've never had such an intercounter at one. The employee ringing people up seemed to be kind. I ended up putting the tie down and walking out.

This store is absolutely dirty. I understand it's a secondhand store, but the floors, the walls, absolutely gross. The clothing....again I understand it is a secondhand store......but the amount of stained and just plain filthy clothes are ridiculous. Take pride in your store and clean it up.

I was going to purchase a couple water globes for my granddaughter just to find out that they are $200 $60 $50 that's retail prices for used Merch that is used. And they have a old clock marked for $100 it retails for $128 new and on closer inspection it was even broken. This store needs to get rid of the person making these prices

They refuse to open the dressing rooms. A rule they had for covid thats not been a thing for over a year! Drove 30 minutes to try a PA goodwill, just for them to not have their dressing rooms open!!

2 stars ONLY because the dressing rooms are still closed! The 2 pair of jeans I did buy didn't fit. Yes you can return them , but only for store credit. And the store credit must be used for like items. So guess what I'm not playing that game. I'll shop elsewhere and pay more so I can be sure they fit and not waste my time and money. OPEN YOUR DRESSING ROOMS!

Not to bad of a store in general, however there fitting rooms still are not open when every other store similar to this has opened up fitting rooms, the prices went up , they used to be organized with sz of clothes not no more so u now must sort through a cluster of jammed packed clothes , they were recently selling homecoming/ evening gowns for some reason they took them away an it's homecoming season for someone who is on a budget I am limited on where to shop now fory daughters homecoming I asked the store employees y they stopped they said they had to make room for jackets there's plenty of room in this store to still sell them items in a different spot , it has gone down hill very fast in recent months, I used to love this store not so much now

You have to go into Goodwill with an open mind. You can't be looking for a specific item, or even a specific style of clothing. If you enter with the idea of simply shopping for bargains in any form, this is an excellent place.Every employee I've ever met in this location has been very nice and competent. It's clean and a very pleasant place to shop.

Rude customer service and even though its not posted they kicked me out because I had my service dog. Got confrontational even when I tried to walk away, causing a panic attack. Other customers seen what was happening and left saying they wouldnt be back. Tried reporting to corporate. Nothing was done.

Huge selection of men's clothes. Reasonable prices and doesn't have the usual "thrift store" smell. As for the review that said the clothing wasn't sorted by size...what store does that? I've never seen any thrift store do that. The men's pants are stored by waist size. Other than that, it's all sorted by color, like most thrift stores.

Ok store, fairly clean and organized. Prices are pretty good for the big items. The “new” items are ridiculous. $50 for an area rug big lots sells in the same plaza for $25 or $20-$30 Halloween props that were donated by TJ max! Next time put in the effort to take off all the $0.00 price tags from the depot stores 🙄

Ruined the setup of the original store. It's like maneuvering through a maze to try and shop! Old, average clothing styles. I used to walk out if this store for many years with large bags for my family with the great quality that no longer exists here. Now they have shoes on their shelves that are cut up and not worth buying. Only good thing left is the 1.00 weekly correct tag and monthly sale. :(

I have found a lot of gems at this place, including designer labels. Employees are always very helpful. Their half-off pricing actually beats other Goodwill stores in the area. I have walked away on any given trip there with several articles of work appropriate clothing totaling under $15

I would give this store five stars if the prices were lower but they are almost retail prices for housewares. Clothes are better. This is the first thrift store I have been to that hung their pant sideways so you can see the size so you dont have to take it apart to search for a size......A+ for that. I bought a computer chair and numer pants and jeans that were in my size and I am a big girl. I just want Goodwill to know that I am proud of them for hiring handicapped people and I hope this store does also.

I'm the new store manager for the New Castle Goodwill..back to old prices of goodwill is what I'm bringing to the table! New departments, lower prices, and always serving the communtiy the best way we can. Great team..great customers...great community!!

Not organized and very difficult to find things because nothing is sorted by size. Employee acted as if my residence mattered when it came to student discount as well. Weird.

The store was not very clean and there were some many broken items being offered for sale. Broken figurines, broken dishes. I've been in much nicer Goodwills.

I like the selection of items they have. Clothes have brand new tags on them usually. Never walk out without buying something.

It use to be a great store but then did a big change and got rid of their big inventory, not much in it now. :(
