As I walked to the cash register, one employee walks away. I get it, stuff to do. The woman left behind the counter looked at me several times and very clearly didn't want to work. She looked at me several times over and then walked back and forth behind the cash registers just fidgeting with things as if hoping the other young man would come back in time to complete my sale. After 7 minutes of me standing there she finally spoke to me for the FIRST TIME and then told me she'll get me at the other register. I walked to it and she then took a few more minutes to come and compete my sale. Absolutely will not return to this store, no wonder all the Family Dollars are closing

1- I tried to contact customer service by phone and was on hold for a very long time. Call was never answered2- Seems to me that all the employees get hired on a basis that if they smoke they’re hired. They are always outside smoking.3- There’s an item that I’d like to buy a large quantity of but they say they can only order 4 of them at a time. THEN because the employees at the 2 stores that I shop at are constantly outside smoking when they don’t have any customers the shelves don’t get stocked therefore the item I need to purchase takes months to get restocked.I’ve given my phone number to both stores almost 2 1/2 months ago and they told me they’d call me when they find the item amongst all of the boxes in the back. I’ve been called only one time and have stopped nearly 10 times at each store. Unexceptionable

My husband went there earlier and he put a bag down on the counter from another store and it was taken by someone else so I call the store and I said now what? She replied there's nothing we can do and I said what about the cameras? She replied I can't look at them. So I am not going back there no more!! Very bad experience.

This store is one of the last remaining Family Dollar stores in our area. It is located, center to alot of housing which is in walking distance.

This is my 2nd favorite store i almost daily purchase things at. The staff is polite and knowledgeable, but it isnt a Biglots though. 📈

It was ok store seemed to be picked over. Sort of messy carts of boxes in the isles like they needed to stock the shelves but either don't have time to, or don't want to.
