You have to find help but, when you get assistance, the employee or management are usually friendly and helpful. Prices and selection are not good. EX: a pair of Levi's shorts, late December, 48.00, on clearance! If you are a hunter, they have more brown camo than any place on Earth. I don't like Puma or Champion, they have a lot of that. The Clearance shoe sale is the best time to shop here, for my budget.

For general sporting goods your fine. Lots if stuff here. If you buy a firearm here once you walk out the door you cannot CANNOT, re-enter the store with it for any reason, defective, missing parts, or anything. Clerk bent the trigger on my gun trying to force a trigger lock on it that was not right. Had to send it back to Taurus and they were able to fix it.

This store is a blast to shop at very friendly staff and great service,it is so much fun they have everything & anything for all your fun & relaxing adventures, great product quality,they have real metal Tonkas not plastic cheap ones that's a plus,kayaks,snowboards,bicycles, & if you are a Pittsburgh fan they have it all Penguins,Steelers,& Pirates gear WOW Dunham's ROCKS !!!

Really disappointed with the service. Drove to the store specifically for a %25 cyber Monday deal. On the store website for this location it said product was in stock. Couldn't find the product, asked the lady manager and was told it was in the back and she was busy and couldn't get to it. So I said I understand when could I come back and get the item? She said she couldn't say. I asked what about the deal and she was getting irritated at this point said I should call ahead next time. I said I didn't mind coming back, just wish she would've tried to help me out even a little. Probably won't be wasting my time here anymore.Update: checked 3 days later and website says available in store. Called and was told item was available and on shelf. Arrived at store 2 hours after store opened and was told they dont have it in stock so the item is still in the back and no one wants to get it.

Dunhams prices are high to fair, depending, and lately been the only place to find certain hunting supplies. Low stock but it's like that everywhere, they seem to get weekly stock so if your looking don't pass them up.

Tried to return a shirt with tags still on it and a receipt but was laughed at by the evening clerk. March 28th 2023. She is probably struggling in life so I just left quietly. But it was rather annoying.

Went in looking for kayaks since they advertise having the largest selection. They had zero and when I asked the associate if they would be getting any in, she said she wasn't sure because their orders were inconsistent. I'd expect more from a sports store who advertises a specialty item

We have been to this location several times and sadly each time has proven to be a calamity. Either nobody to wait on you so you stand around for 20 minutes until sometine can be located or the cashier over charges you and you find out once you have already left or they are not able to handle a return on the register so you are asked to wait on the side until the line goes down and they can process your return. Not sure why there is not better management here but they have made many people feel frustrated and someone at the top should take a serious look into this store location.

I don't mind the store, but their teenage hired help could use some customer service training. They all seem very unmotivated, with rare exceptions. Sometimes they have good gun deals in their sales, or ammo at times. Very small selection of fishing tackle.

The store was filled with merchandise. I only found one pair of long johns in the two sizes I needed to buy. There must have been a run on long johns across several different stores! I did buy several other things and found the perfect pair of lounge pants and a scarf for a gift.

Best place for sporting shoes and sports clothes for the family! Found all my Fathers Day gifts here as well! Coupons are always honored and free to sign up for! They have everything sports for the whole family, including cool camping gear!

Very clean, well stocked store, but didn't have the item I saw at a different location. I asked the clerk to see if they could get it in from the location I saw it at. The manager was called and told me "of course" they could and would come in via FedEx at no charge to me. The clerk, however, was clueless in describing the item I wanted, so thanks to her, I got so frustrated that I left, and missed out on the sale of the item. I will not shop at that location again. 5 stars for the store...minus 5 for the clerk

I go there to get shoes, often cheaper than at the outlets.But does anyone work there? I feel like I can't get any service. Everytime I need help I have to go all the way to the register to find anyone who works there.

Dunham's never has anything that they advertise went to get a card reader didn't have them was advertised for a 2 day sale guess no one will get the sale one tomorrow either just the old bait and switch sorry but I don't deal with deceitful companies

I was looking for a basketball for my 5 year old son and the nice worker named jamie went up to him and told him he was going to be the greatest basketball player ever. That kid grew up to be Michael Jordan. Thank you jamie I will always shop at dunhams!

Manager on call, super friendly & willingly sated my curiosity concerning a few things! Dear corporate, it would be great if you actually realized the Union location is now in... Union. Not Shenango. It's great you still offer lots of Shenango spirit ware, lots... New Castle as well (makes sense, we are in New Castle) May make a bit more sense to offer Union school spirit ware. Or Mohawk school spirit ware. Or Laurel school spirit ware as well. The slight to these local schools is sadly felt.

The service here is horrible. If you need ammo or anything firearm related you're going to be waiting a long time. The past two times I've gone there to buy ammo I had to have someone paged to help me and I still waited nearly half an hour and no one ever came. I walked out. Do yourself a favor and go to fin, feather and fur.

The "manager" Erika, has zero respect for the store, customers, and employees. You'll have to "interrupt" her conversation about her personal life to receive any help or customer service from her. She's an embarrassment to the company.

My boys are in sports and Dunham’s is the place we go when we need cleats, bats, balls and even school clothes and book bags. There’s always a good deal and they are budget friendly for those of us who may not have extra money to spend.

Went today to buy my little girl some stuff for softball, no help at all, helped every caucasian, didn't even look at us.One girl stood 2ft from us in the shoe section, not a word, another girl helped every white person back there, then left when there none left, went to the front and had small talk w/ the cashier. A young white male walked rite pass me, back thru the doors to get shoes, comes back out w/ nothing, and goes and STANDS up in the front. Everytime I go there I get no help, I've learned my lesson, we won't help u, but we'll take your money, and I've bought more than enough sweatsuits and kids clothes from there. From here on out, I'll drive the 15 min to Boardman or the Outlets, and they're actually busy, but I still get asked if I need help, but I guess when who u know or your last name gets u a job u can do as least as possible and don't have to worry about it. Personally, I think Dunhams is o.k. w/ how its employees treat minorities in New Castle, cause I know I'm not the only one to go thru this, and its everytime I go there.

Worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of receiving. Spend way to much money there to be ignored by workers time and time again. 3 times this week I stood in line for 15 MINUTES at least with several other customers only to walk out AGAIN because no body will come to the front counter and do their job. Wish I could give less then 1 star
