Service was excellent. They didn't have the items to make what I wanted but did have most main ones so they made me a substitute and it was fantastic better than the original. Way to go DQ workers. The young men working there are good at thinking outside the box. Will definitely be returning to another substitute.

I love dairy Queen in general. This dairy queen also gave me a pup cup a generous size for my rottweiler. Very nice. Next time I will bring my rottweiler and Chihuahua back .

Over charge alwas get a tape copy on thurs 30 jun at 2.21pm the girl at the window charge me 13.17 dollars for an ice cream cone large i didnt hear her so i was not listen did not get reciept for small amount called card company sure she charge 13.17 for an ice cream cone large swhrile in a cone should have been 3.17.

Fast service, friendly, and delicious ice cream. I had a strawberry kiwi Slushie and it was very good, not too sweet and kept its flavor the whole way though. Orange dipped cone was my grand son's favorite.

I hadn't been to a Dairy Queen in a very long time. I was very surprised to find out that there was one right here in New Castle, & that it is privately owned!! Every time we rode past the DQ, there was a long line waiting to be served. I figured they must be pretty good to draw a crowd like that. A friend took me there one particularly warm day & I got a hot fudge sundae. There was an abundance of hot fudge on the sundae, and the ice cream was delicious! My friend got a banana split & it made my mouth water. He said it was divine!!! He also said that the lady at the counter was extremely nice & that their prices were very reasonable. I had waited in the car. This particular DQ is conveniently located & has parking behind their establishment. I would definitely recommend this DQ to anyone, whether they be single, married, with family, or otherwise. For me, age 62, it was like taking a step back in time.

Waited in line for about a half an hour but got to chit chat with a nice older lady so that passed the time. Banana shake was delish just missed the whipped cream.

I haven't had ice cream here in 66+ years. Glad it's still here. Do you folks still call it white ice cream, I guess because it doesn't have vanilla in it?

DQ has the best soft serve, period. This place has a nice staff, but they get quite busy and overloaded in the summertime. But the ice cream is always awesome. I have a tradition of getting an ice cream cake from here every year on my birthday, and holy sweet heck, it's DELICIOUS.It's DQ ice cream. How can you go wrong? Mmm!

Went to the window for a small blizzard and the cashier named ‘Will’ hand fed me the entire thing through the window while everyone in line watched! 6/5 service the ice cream was okay tho

Tonight at 830p I asked for a blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream. The kid failed the first time and went to remake it to fill it again with vanilla then splashed it with chocolate after I asked again to remake it......his answer was it was all chocolate .B.S..... AS THE OWNER/ MANAGERSTOOD THERE MAKING BANANA SPLITS FOR HER FAMILY ......AND SHE DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING . THEN THE KIDS EXCUSE WAS I'VE BEEN HERE SINCE NOON ......HOLY SH*T CANT HANDLE 8 HRS OF WORK. DONE WITH THIS DQ

Terrible service. Girl waiting on the line was confused with every order. In line for a half hour and only 2 people were served. Second girl was in back , staring at the line, doing nothing
