I came with my mom to originally herself service dogs nails done. Well while looking around I found some cat nip toys which is in the video but I forgot to take a pic of the frosted dog treats. But my fur baby loved it. They did great with my mom's dog Mia she usually screams and yelps but didn't do too much of that however she did nip whilst getting her nails done and the lady whom I didn't get a name or see a tag wasn't phased by it. Great place

I l’ve had 2 different dogs over 14 years. They do a great job trimming their nails. It’s my go to place. Back when we had fish before that, again, my go to place. A wonderful business. If you have pets, it’s worth it to check them out and see how they can help you take care of your critters.

I used to come monthly and purchase the trusted brand Catego for my kitty kids. However, you stopped getting it from your supplier for some reason so I stopped shopping here. Having a very large cat household, Catego saved me a lot of money financially and it killed all fleas, the flea eggs, and also the ticks. I am so disappointed it isn't available anymore and instead has been replaced with other flea products that are much more expensive, not as effective, come with side-effects and don't even include killing the ticks. Please consider bringing back the all in one Catego product for cats since it was an amazing and safe product without any side effects. Thank you!

I take my cat Bubba there about 4 to 5 times a year just to freshen him up and he loves his baths, Erin is amazing with him and the whole staff is very kind

Ive been going to Critter Corner for 30 years, they ROCK! Owner Erin will go out of her way to get what you need to make any critter you get from her or not, feel special. Her knowledge on critters big and small is massive. If she can’t get something she will recommend an alternative and answer any questions you have to make your CC experience a good one.. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have always gotten what I needed. I can order whatever I need if its not in the store. Prices are great, and selection is vast. But the owner and employees make it warm. You cant go wrong with Critter Corner. Its one of those mom & pop shops that New Castle needs. We are very lucky to have them here. Mare..

Decent selection. Lots of cool fish to look at. But the ball python habitat was awful. Wrong substrate, red heat light that could blind the snakes. 2 balls in 1 enclosure, extremely stressful for them, 2 hides, no foliage to hide in. It made me sad. Balls aren't too picky with habitats but its was like everything you aren't supposed to do was being done.

Amazing store and amazing workers! I was taking my Shepsky to be groomed there but unfortunately lost my job so we haven't been in quite a bit. However, they still cut his nails every few weeks. He is very nervous and Allie does especially well with him! I have also taken my rescue dog in a few times. She is weary of other dogs and wears a muzzle. Most other places in town won't even look at her. One of your employees (I cannot recall her name unfortunately) has done her nails a few times now without issue! Thank you critter corner staff for being wonderful!

Great store! Just bought a pet scorpion from here, tank setup and all. The experience was very easy going and staff went around the store with me to make sure I got everything that I needed to ensure its continued good health. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions before I left. Will go back for future endeavors.

We literally bought 2 beta fish today! I was at 4 stores today trying to find 2 goldfish. The woman who helped me was so informative and helpful. The big box store I was at before this was rude and told me she would not sell me goldfish.... :( Not a great way to gain new customers. Very pleased that we stopped here!

Nice store. Everyone that works there is friendly and they have a lot of supplies. They also take suggestions for new products to stock. Tropical fish are healthy and they have a pretty good selection plus they can order exotic fish if you request them .

This is a very great store the workers are so fun and kind they know how to treat there animals and can help you find whatever you need Jade is really helpful and definitely has a positive attitude so if you are looking for pets or stuff for them then critter corner is one of the best!!

If you enjoy that "small town" pet store feeling, then this is the place for you. Wonderful service and smiles too!! 😁In recent months, Critter Corner has hired a new pet groomer named Alison. And she is AMAZING in more ways than one..she has a glow about her and warmth that comes naturally from within. She is a natural and would recommend her to everyone!!

I bought a hamster from here two years ago that they handled regularly and he was just the sweetest little thing, never nipped and loved to cuddle. Fast forward to today and I bought an equally loveable guinea pig. Very friendly service and their animals are taken care of very well! 10/10 would recommend

i took all my dogs her for years and they were always good but this time i took my dog and they shaved her and said she was matted and her nails we’re still long and sharp enough to cut her. i do not recommend them anymore! Her last appointment was 4 hours this was only 1 hour they rushed her appointment and did a bad job.. very disappointed!

I personally have had a pretty good experience here, prices are a little high, but they are conveniently located and staff was overly helpful!!! As far as the comments about the animals being neglected I haven't seen that....I do not know how often they play with and care for the animals personally but what I can say is that as far as the "dead fish" in the tanks with live ones, let us all remember that these fish are not bred at the store. They go through a lot of stress being shipped to the store and some do not make it, and they cannot being scooping dead fish constantly on the days after the shipment comes in!! I have also been to, I won't name names, but will say larger chain stores where I've seen the same thing lots and lots of dead fish in the tanks, and I instead of hiding behind a keyboard and giving bad reviews, and saying I'm rescuing animals and fish, by purchasing them, I asked questions and became informed, so that when I do reviews or talk to people in general I can do it equipped with the information that I would need to back that train up!!! Never worked in a pet store just a pet lover and parent!!!! Have a wonderful day and love all animals and people equally!!!!

Very nice employees, decent selection of fish and some reptiles. Not very many birds unless you want a parakeet though. Will also trim your dog's nails for $8 and do a great job.

I love going here. Crickets for my grays are 9 cents each. And that's hard to beat. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you get a chance stop in and remember to say hi to Puff the Chameleon.

Awesome the owner and the lady who works front register is very polite and helpful. Also a guy named Kadeem help me pick out the appropriate size rodents for my snake. Will definitely come again

A great store with friendly service. Locally owned and ten times better than chain pet stores. Have a wide variety of fish, all are healthy and kept in very, very clean tanks. Lots of supplies, not too expensive Great store!

I've been a customer here all my life. People here are extremely nice and knowledgeable about everything "pets"0. They have unique items for pets such as homemade treats and good foods. You can also groom pets , and buy license for animals yearly. Very reasonable prices too

Went back to buy some food for my pets. When it came to checkout the clerk threatened me since I was encroaching on her space, and when she finally scanned my items and tried to scan my card it wouldn't swipe. No fault of my own she keeps trying, but with an attitude she blames that it must be my fault and nothing to do with the fact that they don't have a real cash register. I left before she could ruin the mag stripe on my card. Simply went to Walgreens and bought everything I needed for half the price.
