I'm a novice Pigeon owner just getting into owning pigeons. Our first Pigeon was given to us by a breeder that had a Foy band on his/her leg. Thank God because when she got out of the loft from an accidentally left unlatched door she was found almost 45 min from home! But because of Foy she/he is back home!When I called Foy to discuss leg bands for my young birds, Kim was amazing, Honest, and upfront. She gave me great advice on my already novice mistakes on my young birds and banding them with fake bands. She had a world of opportunities to sell me things but the health and well being of my birds was her focus and she didn't even try. She didn't make me feel dumb for the mistake i had made but instead have me advice moving fwd and to prevent it in the future what to look for.Better believe Foy will be where I turn from now on for my birds needs! Thank you Kim! And thank you Foy for getting Snail Mail home!

Great fast delivery. Received emails with the updates on my order and shipping day . Received one broken pigeon feeder. I emailed them a few days after receiving my box ( didn't open right away) they right away replied asking for a picture of the feeder . That I sent that afternoon. Right away replied with a invoice of the replacement feeder and shipping information. Very happy with their customer service and getting things taken care of for me . I will be returning for more products for my pigeons

Sadly, today we found a beautiful deceased white pigeon in our yard. We noticed he had a band around his leg with identifiers. After a bit of research, we found our way to FOYS and were able report the deceased pigeon who apparently had been used for racing. I spoke with Kim (the owner) at Foy’s who was so patient as we tried to make out the number, so caring and very helpful in explaining the banding/ pigeon racing hobby. She was such a pleasure to talk to. Knowledgeable, compassionate and patient!

I have become increasingly disappointed with Foy's. I have dealt with them for at least 20 years and have noticed lately that when I have to call the ladies are rude and condescending. I try not no call but have found when I order online there always seems to be an issue. It is sad because the old guy use to really appreciate the customers.

Foy's is a great company with a lot products for pigeon fanciers. Just pray you don't have to contact customer service. This is how my last interaction with Foy's customer service went via email.Me: My order shipped over a week ago and I still have not received a tracking number, is there a way you can send the tracking number to me?Foy's CS: You were already sent that information.Then we go back and forth via email as to if the tracking number was sent or not. I then copy paste every email I received from Foy's regarding the order and sent it to them. Then they agree to finally send me the tracking number.Should it be this difficult to get a tracking number Foy's? Is answering customers questions really that difficult? It was almost like I was disturbing the CS person and annoying them with questions.

Horrible phone customer service the lady is very rude and unfriendly. And for that I will give my money and my business to another company. Charge my card twice. Do not order anything from them online it’s a total mess. I didn’t receive a tracking or shipping confirmation. Information and emails delayed. And every time I called customer service lady who is answering the phones is rude not friendly and not helpful bad service. Definitely will never be ordering from them again.

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible experience. Purchased a pet medication which was unsafe and when I posted the review they refused to post it which is extremely dishonest. When I called the store to advise them what happened they were extremely rude and told me not to shop there! Not that I would!
