Store was set with three employees, two of which skedaddled to the back during a rush and left one woman up front who seemed to not know what to do properly. The line was reaching the middle of the store. Hiring manager is unprofessional as well and ghosts people he hired.

I just love some of the older employees. We call them The Family Dollar family. Vicky and Matt are the staff you have. I'm a frequent shopper at the Family Dollar. My gal pal and are always there. You can usually can find anything you want and need.

Pleasant. Cashier always friendly. The best 3 worked this evening. Except for the female and drunk guy behind us with their remarks to rush, it was nice.

I will never go in there again at this location. Very dirty and rude was in line behind my son he was checking out right in front of me with one item and I was right behind him with one item and they closed right after him and made me go to a differnt line for 15 min just rude. There was no mistake I was with him he is a minor child and had to help him count his money.

Not clean stuff on the floor they need more workers can't walk in the store there is this ever where and not save for a kid because there box's ever were and this that should not be on the floor all I have to say it NEEDS CLEAN UP its bad!! I post pictures New Brighton P.A.

Family Dollor in New Brighton is alwavs out of stock ,the manager is a work place holder and is lost. The employees are mostly great people just need supervision.

Close to home. But always a mess,cludered,short of staff, having some issues , for the day. The supervisor was extremely nice and patient helpful with customers , amazing with handicapped​.

The staff is very friendly however why do their shirts look so old and used? Update their shirts to match their pleasing personalities!

I use lots of coupons so i can get some really good deals. This store does have a lot of clutter and small isles so it gets cramped if their are a lot of people.

Cleanliness is definitely a must..not somewhere you can be in and out of. Cashiers take their time checking people out!

They gave me a generic garbage bag to carry a few heavy items & bag broke on my walk home & bag of cat litter spilled everywhere. What kind of store runs out of bags? Ive heard this happens on a regular basis

Horrible only 1 cashier a line full of customers after about 15 minutes in line another cashier that was just sitting behind the counter opened a register I thanked her and she glared at me how dare spend my money there...NEVER again!!
