Amazing office and staff. They were able to accommodate me when my German Shepherd needed to be seen quickly. I have now found a new veterinarian office for both of my dogs! The staff is amazing with the animals and also with their human companions. They take time to make sure you understand what to expect and how to make everything better. Plus they even called to check in to see if my shepherd was doing ok the next day after her appointment which just shows they care about the animals they treat. I highly recommend this office!

Can't say enough good things about the staff at Big Rock.  They are always as accommodating as possible, their prices are beyond fair, and of course, they are wonderful to my little tabby, Willow.  The fact that they're only 3 miles from me, makes it that much better.  If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would.

I had the best first time experience at Big Rock Vet! Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, in my opinion the front desk is who makes the “first” impression. The techs were all great, caring and loving. The Dr was attentive, caring, answered all the questions I had and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed for her to go see the next patient. I 100% will be continuing to take my Benny there!

Our puppy broke her leg last year and we were so worried. The staff and doctors took great care of her to ensure proper healing. It's as if it never happened to her and we are are grateful for their compassion.

Will take any animal I ever own or anyone I can help in the future to this place! Just how they went over options in billing instead of slamming me with a 1,000$ bill. To me, every animal is worth a unlimited amount of $$. If I could help everyone I could , but I can't. Medical stuff can be expensive, but this place worked with me! And our cat seems to be running around and jumping up and down.. even though the cat is a bit older, Thank you for helping us and calling the next morning and day after that to check up! I feel comfortable here!

This place was absolutely amazing. Had my boy neutered there yesterday. All the appointments leading up to it were great as well. Extremely communicative during the whole process and everyone was so kind. Of course it's hard to be mean when they're a bloodhound around. Thank you everyone, you were fantastic.

Since the pandemic, most veterinarian offices have lost their compassion and empathy for their patient's "parents". Believe me, I understand, it is a "business", and the profession is extremely stressful and draining, but when a "family member" is ill, a little compassion goes a long way to comfort the parents of the patient! Big Rock's staff is compassionate, understanding, and extremely accommodating, especially for a neurotic pet owner like me:). Shannon was outstanding and handled a very difficult pet with ease and expertise. We have seven four-legged children and going forward, they will be Big Rock patients! Thank you for the wonderful service you provided for our very "special" child Maddie. She's doing well and she thanks you too!!!

I had called my vet of 20 yrs for an urgent appointment for my dog and was told by the receptionist there were no available appointments until the end of May. I called Big Rock Vet and was surprisingly pleased with a call within 5 min and appointment the same day. The staff from the receptionist to the vet tech to the Dr were extremely friendly and showed great compassion to our problem. I would absolutely recommend them and has since changed to them! Thank You Big Rock!

We have never had any issues with any Vets, Vet techs, or any office staff. Frankly,we have never had a problem with anyone. Their prices are good. Their service is even better. I recommend anyone who has a dog seek out to BIG ROCK VETERINARY HOSPITAL. I never tòok a cat there, but i am sure the service would be the same. A+ from me.

Big Rock Veterinary Hospital has the greatest, most kind, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They are great for all of our needs when it comes to examinations, or emergency appointments. They have done a hernia repair on our dog that she healed beautifully from. And most recently found her torn ligament, helping us every step of the way with referring us to the best orthopedic veterinarians to help us.

The doctors and staff at Big Rock are extremely patient, compassionate, and caring. They are good Vets too! Haha. My pets (Peanut our Cat and Pretzel our Doodle) have been under their care for many years. They took Peanut in when he was sick on a Saturday because our regular Vet wasn’t open. I was so amazed they agreed to take him and they were so concerned for him. As of that day he was their patient for years until he passed away. Now they take care of our wackadoodle Pretzel. I couldn’t be more trusting or happy. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!

Staff and doctors are great, but the prices have almost doubled since we started going there for a visit and they force you to do imaging and tests that are often not needed. Same seasonal allergy problem year after year for our dog, same time every year. Previous vet prior to moving always was able to prescribe meds over phone and it solved any issues. Only needed to visit if we had new concerns or yearly. This vet makes you do imaging and come in regardless and it is very frustrating to deal with. What could be a $45 dollar problem to solve with medicine becomes a $200 visit. Again - very thorough vet, but often adds completely unnecessary protocol.

I got my boy almost 7 years ago and really didn't know where to take him for veterinary treatment. I picked a place and wasn't really happy. It wasn't clean and I always felt rushed when I took him there. My neighbor told me about Big Rock and I tried them out. We loved it. Most every time we go there either the vet or the assistant (or both) gets down on the floor and plays with Rupert. I believe their care is very thorough and they are always quick to respond to any of my concerns.

You can tell when people genuinely love pets. That sums up the people at Big Rock Veterinary Hospital. You can tell they really care and do an excellent job of making the pet and owner comfortable. Excellent service. Maverick doesn't mind leaving work and going to the vet.

They always take such good care of our cats here. Super nice and friendly staff. They're very informative and always happy to talk things over with you. It's easy to see how much they care about their furry clients. The dental technician really seems to know her stuff, and I love that she was the one to call with updates during one of our cat's dental procedure. It gave me a lot of comfort getting to talk to the person actually doing the dental work. I definitely feel good about our decision to bring our cats to Big Rock.
