This store is terrible. I've had issues with the staff many times over the years because they are demeaning and unkind. I know that New Bethlehem is limited with their options but I would avoid this store at all costs. During the “pandemic”, staff were at work sick all the while- people in my family were dying from the illness. Very much a small town, "we don't care about people, and we think we are better than you" vibe. The women who have worked there for years made fun of my body size when I was pregnant with my son. They called me Humpty Dumpty and tried to get the younger staff to join in. They are clearly the high school bullies who maxed out in high school and never grew into better people. The store is dirty, the prices are high, and the customer service is terrible. When I used WIC benefits here, they intentionally humiliated me for it in front of other customers! They are disgusting!!!! Don’t expect exceptional results from this place.

Everyone always nice. Wish the deli had hours after 5pm, just hard to get off work and it's always closed. Clean store. Fairly well stocked, at least the items I get.

Nice clean store. More exspensive than say walmart but all actual grocery stores are. Unfortunately as of today 4/19/24 I won't be shopping here anymore. Cashiers are rude and pay no attention to customers. Quality is still there but the service is horrible on front end. I'll go to the one in Rimersburg from now on.

Overpriced and not much produce..which really surprises me .. especially being in the area of agriculture surroundings not having fresh and local produce in the store .. potatoes & onion we're moldy after I got home and got them out of the bag...so they had been there for awhile .. Very disappointing experience overall

We stopped to get a few things for our weekend and were pleasantly surprised. For a small market in a little town it was nicely stocked with plenty of items. Produce department was very nice, all looked fresh. Workers, clerks were so kind and friendly. I'm jealous...can't find this in a big city!!!

Very clean store and staff is very courteous. Prices are competitive with other grocery stores so I don’t know why some people complain about the food prices. Its not a discount grocery store and if we had to drive to Clarion or Kittanning to shop for groceries, we would all be wasting lots of gasoline so I am grateful for the convenience and quality of Tom’s Riverside.

They have the best pb filled donuts. Been getting them off and on since I've been a kid. Husband picked up a choc pb cake for his birthday. It so yum!

It is a great small town grocery store,staff is friendly and helpful, it is always spotlessly clean.They offer assistance to your car and are very mindful of elderly population ,even making home deliveries. Every small town should be as lucky as we are here in Nu Bee.

The place is so convenient for local residents. The next places to shop for groceries are over forty minutes away. save the gas money and stay local. going a half an hour out of your way does not save you in the long run.

It's ok for the only grocery store within 17 miles. A little pricey, but hey they serve alcohol now so that makes up for the some of the prices that are a little higher

Cozy and friendly small town grocery store. If you visit, make sure to store first thing in the morning for fresh, warm, and mouthwatering donuts! The best in the state!
