Going in everything seemed pretty decent, however, with the price okey-doke and the differences with what was on the check versus the menu price felt like I was being robbed only nobody had a gun. I guess it’s true what they say, though the pen is mightier than the sword case point: The 3% surcharge that is not listed anywhere, which would be fine if that was it. It wasn’t, after further investigation, I learned that There are three different prices, dependent upon which menu you use to order from. The menu you’re hamded at the table is the lowest the menu, the takeout menu is a dollar more and the-menu online is an additional dollar more… so a guessing game and it’s up in the air at which price you will be charged.Last, the broccoli cheese bites were delicious!

Phone person repeated order correctly. 3 cheesesteaks kids finger fries and 20oz soda. Got there and they never made a cheesesteak for the order. Called to have it resolved and wanted 13.50 more for food already paid for.2 cheesesteak and kids chk finger and fries and a bottle of soda (20 oz) $63 already paid.. the person on the phone said that was the correct price for it. Never eating there to ripped off ever again.

I couldn't say more about the atmosphere of this lovely place. The service was impeccable. The food was perfectly done. My parents & I all loved our time here & they never dissapoint. It's always a great night out. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There's plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There's a children's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Been a customer here numerous times. Generally happy with the food we get, however lately it has been leaving much to be desired. Especially for the price of the food, which is what prompted this review today. Spent over $35 for a small CBR and some wings. The pizza was essentially a sad "bacon pie". No chicken or ranch to be found. There are simply too many other options around to be spending that kind of money for pizza like this.

Very good pasta and paninis. Great service. Nice local shop with a relaxed atmosphere. They have very good desserts as well. Tiramisu is amazing.

My experience in this place was pleasant, it feels like home, it is a family business where food is prepared fresh, it is not fast food, when you visit it keep an eye on this, the portions are VERY GOOD, worth every penny. I hope you enjoy as I did, note, if you want to call for pick up, this will save you time.Me senti muy bien, lo multicultural fue algo extraordinario y la comida mejor.

So happy to hear that on my Day-O now owns the place and all the tips are being shared with all the employees as they should have been all along I encourage everybody to go back and enjoy the great cooking and the all the guys at defiore's Lori serves a great lunch there I'm on my Dayo and Armando are Great Cooks and Wilder does awesome on the pizzas I know everybody is complaining about the prices but it's good food and Alfie's no longer there and he's not stealing the tips so please go in and enjoy yourself.

Chicken Parmigiano was the dinner ordered. Aside from going up in price from 14,95 to 19.99 was totally inedible. There were two pieces - the larger one on the bottom, the smaller one on top. The larger one was thin, hard, stringy and totally inedible. The smaller one was covering the bottom one almost as though to hide it and was some what tender so one would be led to believe that the rest of the meat was the same. Not so. In a word it was horrible.In addition the staff was not helpful, I asked the young man at the register twice if prices had gone up and twice was given the same answer: "I don't know. I don't work here full time" .A sign was hanging up to that effect and he could have directed me to it but he chose not to, My Valentine's dinner was spoiled. Thank you - you lost a customer of 27 years.

Had the Alfie's special hoagie. I did not see any Cappicola. Menu stated that there is oil and vinegar on it, and it was dry. The bread tasted like it was 1 to 2 day old-not fresh at all. For $17.46, way overpriced for a hoagie with mostly lettuce and onion to compensate for the lack of meat. I was very disappointed.

We have a tradition, that when we go and cut our tree down, we always stop by to have lunch, pizzas garlic knots etc. Our waitress was so caring and made sure our needs were all met. The pizza was fantastic. Garlic not out of this world!Kid-friendliness: What kids don't love pizza!

The food when your delivery order is correct is definitely the best around for a pizza shop. I one time received the wrong kind of pizza, I ate one slice and wasn't a fan, dont care for deep dish/sicilian. I would've brought it in and traded for my actual order but was offered a refund instead, bummer when you have a craving lol. Cant be too mad at it stuff happens. Another time I ordered garlic knots and the sauces were everywhere on the deserts and other items. More of a delivery/prep issue. Other than those two occasions I must say everythings been delicious. Pizza taste good, never soggy, wings were decent best of the pizza spots around for sure, ordered chicken scampi which was delicious, chicken parm entree delicious, lasagna not the best, garlic knots are tasty. All in all I enjoy their food and continue to sample the menu. 90% of the time it's been spot on.

Great Pizza with a friendly staff that been there for years. Keep smiling guys.Updating my review May 2022. Picked up an Italian hoagie and was shocked it was around $16.50. I know prices have gone up everywhere but this seems awfully high. In addition the price was much higher than what was listed on their printed menus. Was told the menus were outdated. For the amount they are now charging I think they could afford to have new menus printed up.

The food was alright however it is a bit expensive for what you get. Please be aware of how the owner treats his employees. He uses people and does not pay them for what they earned. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. An owner needs to learn how to respect people that support him.
