I am 25 and have had my dog since 3rd grade. We have been happily taking him here the entire 15 years he lived and can’t think of a single complaint. They respect and love your animal like their own. Of course, the time came and I had to take Cooper for his final moments.Take if from me, a young man who had to put down his childhood dog. The individuals here will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. Every step of the way they allowed me the time and respect I needed to appropriately say goodbye to my best friend.Moving forward, I decided it was time to rescue some new kitties and grow my family. As you can guess, this is exactly where my new kitties will be taken for care.Anyone reading this before taking your furry family member, know they will take care of you.

New customer long long story on my pups issues..mass cell cancer over 30 mo of treatment. Such a strong willed dog. Well with a follow up with her oncologist. She was Diagnosed as being diabetic. With no true primary vet. Being Advised. she needed one.. I ended up here and I cannot tell you How extremely happy I am with help.Me and my dog have been treated here

Many thanks to the staff and of course to Dr. Korona for a first-rate appointment with my 9 year old dog, Squirrel ! The doctor (as well as the technicians!), patiently take their time, not only with the examination but answering any questions or concerns that I might have too. I've noticed that they have a way of treating & handling your dog as if it were their own, which I am always impressed with and also so appreciative of..... Hands down the best vet we have ever been to in years. Professional, courteous and they take the time to address all questions. We've never received a more thorough exam on our dogs. The store is also very clean and well maintained. Very impressed.

Very ignorant staff! Yes they helped when I needed to take my very sick cat and had to make a tough decision. But they made me feel guilty about it! They even had the nerve to say I was a horrible animal owner because so had to make this decision for my very sick cat that it devastated me when I had to make that decision and when it was time for me to try to heal and move on one of the workers there told this organization that. They shouldn’t allowed me adopt said pet because I had to put my cat down. What make a horrible pet owner is one who doesn’t do anything and watches their animal suffer that is a horrible owner not one that makes a decision that’s gonna break you hear literally! Very ignorant place!

I found NazVet after having a falling out with my old vet clinic. And the only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t go to NazVet sooner! Dr. Lori, Dr. Tori, techs, front staff…EVERYONE at NazVet TRULY cares about your pets. Never have I ever met such a compassionate, friendly & wonderful vet staff in the 30+ years that I’ve owned pets. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

We love the vets and staff. They are caring and responsive to our needs. We have 2 rescues one is very old and we’ve been going with her to Nazareth vet Et since dr. John. She’s now 15 and we have a 2 Nd rescue, a former feral, who is always nervous, they are so patient with both.

My dog was petrified of going in the vet. To the point that he needed to be sedated in the car to get him inside because he would not move. They were so patient and so amazing with him. It is hard to watch. Your dog is so scared but the way they handled him was so amazing and they just did such a great job with him. They are the best that for if you have a dog scared of going to the vet like I do.

I have nothing but positive words to say about this practice. The quality of care is top notch. They have a wellness program that makes it a good value for my budget. The staff are professional, and seem to adore my dog, almost as much as I do. They have been very responsive to my crazy schedule, changing appointments when I need it at the last minute. I would recommend them to everyone.

What the whole staff did for our crazy Ziggy was amazing! He got a bad bite on his tail and even tho they were full, after they saw pictures they told me to bring him right away. He got amazing care and everyone on staff from the front desk to triage to the doctor was so responsive and helpful. They didn't try to push expensive procedures either and put me at ease. I am so glad we switched to Nazareth Vet Center!

We had an emergency 6 hours away from our home and vet, I dropped my 14 lbs diabetic dog’s insulin bottle and broke the life saving medicine. Most vet clinics in area do not stock medication in their office to my surprise, relay on pharmacies like CVS to fill meds. Which often don’t carry vet formulated pet medication or have shortages of substitutes. Wow what a morning trying to locate it, this vet hospital staff saved the day. They adjusted their protocols and worked with my MA vet to get insulin to my dog, great fuel for them to take time to fill prescription for non patient who has an emergency. I highly recommend this practice, knowing your vet is available and has medicines formulated specifically for our pets health is huge comfort.

My dog loves going to the vet! The doctors and staff are friendly and helpful, the office is clean, and prices are decent. I always feel like my best buddy is in good hands when we’re here. They’ve been more than helpful with navigating my dog’s ever evolving allergies and skin issues.I felt the need to give this review an update, after watching one of the techs handle a rather rude owner in the car behind me: I have to give Nazareth vet a ton of credit for upholding their standard of care even when we can’t go with our babies into the office. Remember that the folks that work here are humans too, and deserve your kindness and respect as they are doing their best to take care of our furry friends even in the midst of a pandemic. Heck, my baby came out with extra season flair added to his bandage - you don’t get that kind of care and detail from someone who isn’t doing their best for your fur child! Thanks for continuing to be a place my dog loves to go!

I have recently acquired a shelter dog, Phil, a few months ago. I started bringing my new buddy to this office and I am so pleased I did! We have visited them about 5 times since early August 2019 due to some unforeseen issues. Not once has anyone @ the front desk treated either of us without kindness and respect. The Veterinarians that we have met, 3 so far, have been very professional and knowledgeable.I know some say it is expensive here, however they all are. Customers tend to forget that there are bldg upkeeps, taxes, payrolls, utilities, cleaning help, supplies, lawn maintenance and snow removal, etc. I love them and they seem to really love Phil!

I take my three cats here who have all had medical problems. The staff has always been curtious and respectful with every question, phone call, and appointment. The veterinarians have saved my cats' lives more than once and I am eternally grateful. This office truly cares about animals. Would highly recommend.

If I could give the Nazareth Vet more stars I certainly would. The staff is phenomenal and highly skilled at what they do. Every doctor and tech I've had has been beyond supportive and informing. Dr. Abbey Worton has been taking care of my pet as he recently needed surgery. She cared for him in ways that were past just being a doctor but, a woman who has a true passion for pets. She called me to check up on him and cared for him like he was her own. She even called to check on him on her day off. Truly she is a doctor with a passion in this field in the office and outside of the office.Highly recommend taking your pet here, it is very affordable and the staff is beyond exceptional!

Really disappointed with Nazareth Vet today. Came in for a feline leukemia shot and asked about clipping nails while in. The tech said, I can do that. They have a groomer attached and advertise grooming services on the website . Unfortunately Naz Vet charges $18 while the associated groomer only charges $7. Had I known up front I would have went to the groomer directly. When I got the bill and asked I was told that they don’t know what the groomer charges. That’s surprising since they include the groomer on their website. A few dollars extra maybe but double? Seriously?

For 16 yrs we brought our beloved dogs to this Veterinary facility.....always loved to see Dr. John, he was always very respectful and attentive to our fury family members. I must say, not speaking of the other doctors in the practice, only pertaining to the support staff and mostly the front desk "help", they definitely are not pleasant to deal with. I have multiple times been in a room with my pet and could clearly overhear the purple haired lady complaining about a customer who she thought was not living up to her expectations. I must add to the final chapter of this relationship that we had waited 2 weeks for Dr. John to return from vacation to set up an appointment for our beloved angel to go back home. 2 1/2 weeks go by, no call back. So we call again and schedule the service for 2 more weeks out just so we could have his favorite Dr. come to our house and do the deed, for his comfort, which we did 3 yrs prior with our other fury love. Here it is the day...the day for us to say good bye to a most dear friend and family member, and the phone rings to tell us that they are canceling our appointment and we could just do it tomorrow instead.....REALLY!!The 4 stars I originally gave this place has to change even if it's my emotions talking but I just can't believe the disregard for the respect of our time. You don't just reschedule these things....HAVE SOME COMPASSION AND RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND THEIR PETS. Never again will I ever set foot in or reccomend this establishment to anyone. Thank you Nazareth Veterinary for a crappy ending to a long relationship.
