Was told my prescription would be ready in an hour. Went home came back 3.5 hours later and my daughters prescription still was not ready. This is ridiculous I can understand running over estimated time to a point but not 3.5 hours.

Never had a problem with them. Friendly service and when they say how long the prescription wait would be, they usually have it before then!
