Train your customer service representative to have patience and if it's a issue with an delivery driver verifying their product before signing a form then they need to find another position 😔... If I come back to this location and receive the same negative energy when I'm doing my job " I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AND HAVE IT RECORDED SO THE PUBLIC CAN SEE WHAT SERVICE YOU'RE REALLY PROVIDING"... I love going to this store because the customer service is top notch. Claire the asst manager goes out of her way to answer questions and point me in the right direction. I own a small business and wish I could lure her away to be on staff with me. She is the employee that everyone wishes they have on staff. Thanks for being so awesome.

They have everything you'd expect from a tractor supply. The only "issue" I had was it felt more messy than a typical tractor supply.

Awesome store at reasonable prices, also have veteranium services on Sunday for shots and the like. Minor stuff, for spaying and neutering you will have to go to your regular veterinarian. Just had my puppy there for her first series of shots!!!! Excellent service

This is a great little store. They have stuff that is excellent quality and reasonable prices, sometimes better than the big stores, and knowledgeable service. Always friendly with terrific specials. Not just for farms or agriculture but also for maintenance and contractor types.

The people are very nice and helpful. The prices are not bad for the items we purchase the most. Plus, we enjoy the baby chicks that are around for a longer length of time compared to other places and a better variety.

I went there to make a purchase of feed for birds and squirrels for my feeders in my back yard. We were greeted at the front door with a smile and an offer for assistance. We were escorted to the fees and shown the options. They assisted us with our supplies to the register and to the car. A great place to go! There is everything from feed to clothes to tools and everything in between.

This store has junk and completely disorganized. Employees are rude and have no idea what products are in the store or where to locate them. When asking for assistance - good luck. Don’t bother - just waste time trying to find it yourself. Website also is not updated with what is actually in stock. Waste of time!

The joke is always, no matter what you need "they probably have it at Tractor Supply." When we lived in the city, we didn't understand why my family was always stopping at a Tractor Supply. Now we live "out here" and I don't know what we would do without TS. This particular location has wonderfully friendly staff to help find what you need and are always well-stocked. The location is clean and organized and you can't ask a question they have never heard. Highly Recommend - for almost anything you need.

Very friendly staff. Did not purchase what we went there to buy. However, we did we make several unplanned purchases. A garden mum was one of those purchases. It is a beautiful multi colored mum and it is thriving beautifully!

They have a decent selection of supplies and tools which can help you get a job done. It's also nice that you can take well behaved animals there, and everyone has always been helpful and friendly.

Bought some stuff like a hat w mittens only bought for hat any way. Mgs discounted it half price.bought reduce price picnic table in front of store. Table had a little stain mgs took another 10dollars off. Buy dog food and supply Best place I found yet.Quality food. Reasonable prices.

Most things you would need for around the house repairs. There only local store that I could find submersible well pumps in stock when mine burnt up last year. I didn't not own livestock but they have a decent bit of items horses, chickens, etc. Tractor supply has never let me down when I went there looking for something. Staff is always friendly and never pesters you. They are also one of the only stores that has trailer supplies on stock. Like any box store the prices are a little high, but what do you expect when you can walk in and get everything you need on the spot. They have a wide arry of pet supplies including food, toys, flea and tick meds, etc. In the spring time the get in a huge selection of fruit trees and bushes, as well as vegetable seeds. I was there the other day ( early July ) and they still have a good assortment of vegetable seeds if you want to get a late run of anything in.

Great place to go for most tractor amd farm needs. Would have gave them a 5 star, but went there for a few tractor sway links they sell them in pairs. Problem was the only had 1 and a half the one that was there someone opened and was apart and then 90% of the other 1 was gone. Also their pins were all out of stock. Atleast 10 differnt ones.

Natrona Heights store:Well they had my phone number on someone else's reward account for the second time.They said they couldn't fix it and I should call customer service. They don't carry the dog food I need anymore.I am done with this place!System doesn't allow zero stars, so giving 1

Think if you was gonna change your hours you’d let people know. I get my propane filled here VERY regularly and not once was made aware or seen anything about hours changing. Welp. Thanks for the cold night, and if we don’t freeze I’ll be getting my tanks filled else where from now on. Drove out of our way for the customer service here too. Real shame.

The Natrona Heights branch opens whenever they feel like it ,I stopped the one day after driving 40 minutes to get there and a quarter after eight the doors are still locked when the sign says they open at 8:00 AM I called and the guy who answered the phone was completely ignorant and disrespectful telling me the doors are wide open and they’ve been open since 8 o’clock in the morning well I am sitting on the phone with him looking at the doors being completely closed and locked... if you can avoid the tractor supply In natrona Heights please do so

I like Tractor supply - it's the 'Walmartization" of the local feed store, or the "Lowesination" of the hardware store. It has everything I need and the prices aren't too crazy- especial for 2022
