Spent $30 tonight on two simple chicken quesadillas,fries and a large order of cheese curds and this is what someone thought my life could be worth,which is literally a BUCKET full of old bay,WHY would anyone deserve this much SALT on some cheese curds!!! Very sad and highly disappointed! So much money wasted for absolutely no reason !!!!!!!

the floor was a mess, they took 10 mins to make 2 easy drinks, and as someone that works for the company it was ridiculous, one of sheetz rules is we aren’t allowed to take food back into the kitchen but guess what, they did. i’m very upset with my visit.

So for starters I go here because I’m in a wheelchair and the drive thru is convenient it’s a hassle dragging the wheelchair in and out. However, They constantly forget toppings annd sides and never give me a receipt so when I go back or call they refuse to fix the issue. I usually let it go because it’s not worth the hassle but today I spent the last $6 i had on 2 energy drinks because a guys going through some hardships in life. The guy gave me one and I asked for the other one and he argued tooth and nail that I only ordered one. They’re $3.59 a piece and $5.35 for 2 with a sheetz card. I showed him the transaction on my card and he still argued. He said in the computer it said he only rang one up. Yes. You only rang one up but I paid for 2 before you only rang one up… it’s not even about the money it’s the principle and this being the 10th or more time this happened I’m putting them on blast. It’s truly a shame these people working for these big corporations would rather scam loyal customers out of a few dollars and argue about it than make it right. Like they don’t even benefit I don’t get It

I will continue to go to this sheetz but one of the employees is very rude. Made me come inside for a PICKUP order in my pajamas because I ordered it through doordash app and not the sheetz app, apparently? I waited 10 minutes behind 1 car, and the employee had literally walked over and looked at my order but just couldn't hand it to me. Terrible customer service.

Sheetz is the same every where we go however this one has a lady there that is Awesome. I don't know her name but she also says Thank You sweetheart or sweety. Makes my day

Walked in an order a hot food, took the ticket up to counter to be paid for. I had a few other items, got my change. Did not get offered a receipt by cashier. Went and stood in food line for 20 minutes, after watching many people get there food an employee asked me what I’m waiting on and I tell her, she responds “not paid for”. I said I took the receipt to register and other items, paid and got change. She asked for my receipt and I said I wasn’t offered one. They got upset because I said it’s not my job to keep track of what is scanned as I do not work there. Management walked behind the worker I was having interaction with and couldn’t be bothered. Staff had an attitude and told me I could pay for the item that had been sitting for 20 minutes. I said no……. These workers want $15-$17 an hour and they act like your the problem. Management get it together. If you don’t like customer service, get another job. Sadly I have encountered this culture at many locations. This one in particular is very bad!!!!!

The young man who rung me up at the cash register for my gas was super polite. Most times gas attendants wont even look up at you. He said thank you and was super polite. All I did with my interaction with him was ask to get $10on pump 5& he was super polite. Either he was new or maybe this is his first job but they should do everything they can to keep him hired (without holding him back).

Night crew can be a hit or miss but for the most part every time we go for a quick bite, we are either missing food or it's not made right. Or they don't have it and won't give a refund for the products they don't have. It's sad cause Sheetz used to be lit.

Good MTO kitchen and mostly professionally courteous employees are at this location of Sheetz. Sadly there are serious issues with cleanliness. A lot of black gunk has built up on the Café tables that spray cleaner does not remove (see pic). Generally a mess everywhere. They don't seem to have enough employees to take care of the cleaning on a consistent basis.

The burritos are god awful. Had the bacon egg cheese burrito and it was the most depressing breakfast I have ever had. The “burrito” was pretty much 95% cheese 3% egg and 2% bacon. It was so tiny that I could finish it in 3 bites. It was approx 4 inches long and 0.3 inches thick. Absolutely pancake flat. Do better.

Overnight seems to be the busiest, especially when everyone else is closed early. Not only do they seem to be the ONLY shift cleaning, but they also put up with a lot of the rudest customers and busiest hours. They usually only have 3 people to put up with dozens of orders. Severely understaffed- needs to be fixed.. But they all try their hardest and are beyond nice. Tiff and Abi are always pleasant! VERY worth it! 👌🏻

Always have a great experience here! My MTO is always done right and everyone is always nice. My gal even knows how to make a brat the right way and put the sauerkraut on the bottom with the ketchup and mustard so it doesn’t it stick on the wrapper or slip off…. I even thanked her. It’s the small things!! Keep up the good work y’all 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Severely understaffed at night. For the amount of money they bring in due to being the only restaurant open you would think they could pay a few extra workers to handle this. Waited 30+ minutes in a 3 car drive thru line. Next time I'll skip and just wait till breakfast...

Store is always nice and clean in the morning. Avoid going on Friday and Saturday late night when no other food place is open, or expect to be a long wait. When you order food, need to understand that they have more beyond from what you see, they have online orders and drive thru orders. If you go through drive thru, you need to understand the same way that there are more people inside the store.

Be careful and check your food before you leave. They just throw all the fried food in the same basket and dont shake it causing uncooked cheese sticks or cheese bites and even at times over cooked. 2 out of 5 times I ordered the exact same thing and they only did it right twice!!

We normally have a good experience but we ordered online for the first time today and was pretty disappointed it said to pick our food up on the to go rack and when we got there there was none so just waited for our food to be done. It said on the confirmation email that it would be ready by 3:20 and at the latest 3:35 so we waited and nothing by 3:45 we finally went to the pick up area and asked about it and was told all we had to do was go up and ask.... How were we supposed to know that??? We were also told it happens all the time to people so shouldn't there be a system in place to avoid that or at least a sign? Also when we got home we noticed they didn't give us all of our food that was on the receipt so another drive back.... I don't think the waiting was the employees fault and don't blame them but it was incrediblly frustrating especially since we were really hungry and the food was pretty expensive and we had no direction to go in.

Garbage Service, I only stop here because it's a 30 minute drive to the next closest Sheets. Without fail they never put the toppings I PAY EXTRA FOR ON MY FOOD. Normally have large but very simple orders and have yet to receive my food the way I order it. I go here at least 1 - 3 times a week for beer and food, save your money and order from somewhere else.

This should really be 2 separate reviews. Review #1...Sheetz's MTO food is really good and the price is reasonable. I have found, without fail, that service is great, no matter which store I go to, and the people are always extremely helpful and friendly.Review #2...If you're thinking of going to the website or using the app to order food in advance, forget it. You are much better off ordering in person. Both the website and app are a pain in the rear end to use. Logging in is often a problem, and one botched log in (for example, forgetting you CAPS LOCK is on when entering your password) locks your account, and you can forget about ordering. It's not worth the aggravation.

This Sheetz is fairly new. When they are busy they sometimes get orders wrong or it takes a while to get, but if they are not very busy orders are fast and correct. I have not used it yet, but it is nice that they have a drive tru and you can order food via their app.

Still opening week. I've ordered food twice and had missing items both times along with pretty long wait times. Store looks good and we needed it but I think there are still some bugs to work out

Don't order anything through the drive-through. They will forget about you. I once sat in the drive through for more than 20 minutes waiting for an order and eventually had to go in and get it. Of course the order had already been made and it was just sitting on the back counter. So everything was cold. Go inside if you need anything

Horrible drive thru. Ordered online. Waited 30 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Food sales cold and wrong. spent 40 bucks and it was all awful. They wont answer the phone either. Never again

Come here all the time and never get carded for cigarettes, but all of a sudden when it’s pouring rain and I’m already drenched they need my ID. Poorly managed all around, and if they carded me ever before, that’d be understandable., but to pick and choose when is simply unprofessional and inconsistent.

Every time I stop in when it's in the evening after 9:00 p.m. the coffee is always empty again tonight coffee was empty except a little bit in the breakfast blend and it was as cold as ice I mean how hard is it to make a pot of freaking coffee

Night team is slow! 20 minutes for 2 hot dogs. Day shift is attentive and quick. Mixed reviews...2/6/21 - same review 20 minutes for 2 hot dogs with 2 people ahead of me. Day shift knocks it out in 5 minutes. Night crew sucks!

They have really good cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls. They have tables that you can eat at, a drive thru and even an app you can order from. They also have ice cream and lots of toppings to choose from. They have such a variety of foods and they even have beer. Friendly. Clean. Bright.

Food and drinks taste good. They sell beer, and wine. There prices aren't too bad compared to grocery store prices. Good place to get something to eat at 3am.

Food is never hot. Most of the time you don't even get everything you order. They have one of the rudest employees working there and she treats every customer like they are an inconvenience to her day. Don't waste your time or your money at this place!!
