They don't always keep up on filling my prescriptions when they get sent in or they take a long time to fill them. It is very hard to get the pharmacy on the phone but most of the workers are nice and helpful. Rite aid has allot of items that you can find fairly easy there.

Fast, friendly, timely & accurate. Associates are very nice and the store is clean & attractive. Parking is abundant. Location is good because it is near other businesses I frequent.

Absolutly the worst service I have ever seen pharmasist is very rude they do not know what they are even doing in my opinion I think they need to be shut down no wonder noone wants to work for them

This place is terrible. Went to pick up meds. And the told me I couldn't come back to this store and told me I will never be allowed to come back in. The pharmacist was very rude infront of my kid and fiance.

Never have prescriptions ready even though I get phone calls saying that they are ready for pickup. Always have to wait for a half hour or more they always say. 2 very rude assistants at the register. Used to be able to have all prescriptions filled at one time but now it's back and forth almost every week to get them all. Took my business elsewhere

The pharmacy has gone from bad to worse to borderline criminal. They will not call you if there is a problem with your prescription. They were three days late with mine, never called and tried to send me home without a medication I need every day. I've had it and I'm switching pharmacies.Edit 1/2023: the pharmacy has gotten a lot better. I’ll up the stars, changes were obviously made. Thank you!!Update: It's not the employees, it's the corporation. Hey Rite Aid, at some point, if you don't have enough employees to properly run a pharmacy, you have to shut it down! You are creating a hazardous situation by promising prescriptions and not being able to follow through.Edit 10/2023: Things have changed and the pharmacy is fantastic! Thank you!

Pharmacy is terrible. Stop taking on new customers when you can't meet the existing demand. Wonder why RAD stock price is trading at less than 50 cents a share right now???

I switched to this pharmacy hoping for a better experience. The store employees themselves are very nice but the pharmacy is hit or miss. I had a severe upper respiratory infection that required steroids. They got the script at 11am. Never received anything so I came in around 330pm. She tells me they're 3 days behind and it would take 30 minutes. I transferred away from this pharmacy immediately after.This isn't a prescription that i can't wait on. The pharmacists will also talk poorly about customers. Wasn't happy to hear what they were saying.

Very rude pharmacist there Took them 3 months to take me off auto re-fills from a doctor I haven’t had for awhile Then they have the nerve to accuse me of yelling at some tech that never even happenedMake sure you skip this place as they get mad at you when they have to do their job and spread stories about good customers that never happened ☹️

Taylor the pharmacist was very rude. While waiting in line for 20 minutes she made sure to let every customer know they were closing. When I got to the counter she said my script had not been filled and can I come back tomorrow. I said I was sick and preferred not to. She said she’d fill it but would have to wait and that they’ve already been closed for 4 minutes. When questioned why it wasn’t filled for having it like 4 hours she got very sarcastic and said I can fill this now or tomorrow. She did the fill the script which I’m appreciative for but when I asked about any side effects she told me to read the information.

Scenario #1 I dropped off a prescription at the drive-thru. Two days later I returned and was told the script was back ordered. This should have prompted a phone call to let me know, prior to driving to the store. Scenario #2 I dropped off my script at the drive-thru and asked that it be filled for the following day. I didn't make it to the store for two days, and when I went to the counter, I was informed that it would be 20 mins. Meaning that they never even attempted to fill it. The staffing issue here has been poorly reviewed by many, for too long. The phones go unanswerd prescriptions don't get filled. Are you (the leadership at Rite-aid) paying attention? This should be considered a danger to this community you serve.

Always short of help. Been this way since the pandemic. Something is wrong with rite aid and who is running it The delivery of my prescription never came and when trying to find out what happened I couldn't get in touch with anyone in store. I tried for 4 hrs. And the person working front of the store just hung up on me. Pharmacy shut their phones off and never answered. So this should be one of rite aid stores to close. No way to run a businessUnhappy customer

I understand being short staffed but the issues at this place go well beyond that, yet they blame staffing shortages. Prescriptions that I received a notification that they are filled have never actually been completed. Then, to be treated poorly when you arrive for it and offer to pull from the drive thru to wait, really puts the icing on the cake. I guess when you need something important like an antibiotic, you're inconveniencing them because you don't want to wait 4 days until they're open again. Yes, they expect people to WAIT for their medications, which they never auto refill on time. This place is a joke, staff or no staff. Do not go here.

The Manager and the sales floor associate are Great. The pharmacy isn't open when it's scheduled to be. It's under staffed yet they push to do vaccinations for every thing from the flu to COVID. While people who needs to get their prescriptions wait in lines because rite aid wants to be a clinic instead of a pharmacy and doesn'tHire enough staff or train them. And this started before COVID. Poor corporate Management.

I waited 45 minutes in line for the pharmacy. When I got to the front of the line I asked the pharmacy tech if this was the pravastatin that I was out of. She said yes. Paid for meds. Went home and looked at the bottle and in fact was not Pravastatin it was my blood pressure med. Now I know what my pills look like, I read my labels, I know. However someone is going to end up killing someone because the pharmacy tech says yeah this is that med when it is in fact not the med they need. I called in the pravastatin in for a 2nd time and went to the pharmacy this morning at 9am when they open. when I arrived at 9am there was a sign on the door that said they were open 12-6. Word to the wise AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST - Here's an ideal Rite Aide or should I call it WRONG AIDE Pay your people more and maybe you would have more employees that can actually pay attention and take there time instead of being rushed through a transaction. It makes me real nervous. Again this is not about your staff. This is about your staffing and hours. That is not their problem. I will be taking my business somewhere else from here on out.

Totally an incompitent store. They can't staff the pharmacy correctly leaving patients at risk without medication. The pharmacy closes at will and when you call and speak to someone, you get an attitude as if they are doing you a favor. You are there to serve medication, not judge people and belittle them. Either staff the place effectively or get out of town! This location is not serving our community as it should.

Sent in for refills on Sunday evening. Tuesday not ready. Tuesday I personally went in to have things filled and spoke with one of the girls at the counter. As she and I get everything situated and refills ordered and new scripts ordered from doctors office I leave stating that I will be back in the area around 4hours later. That was 2:30. I got off the expressway at my exit at 6:00 and according to the app they still hadn’t been filled. Time to change pharmacies.

I came home after surgery , my prescriptions were sent over first thing in morning, at 130 my husband went to get them and they weren’t ready until 230. Meanwhile at the same time he was there, ILiterally got a text stating they were ready for pick up . You need to close your pharmacy if you can’t staff it and keep up with orders. Ridiculous, worst pharmacy ever

I called the pharmacy to asked them a question about my persription i was put on hold for almost 7 min. Then i called again and agin on hold for 5 min untill i hung up . I pressed every option to get ahold of someone i finally did and she connected me to pharmacy again no answer sveral times i tried and still no anser. I called back again the person i talk to said she will talk to someone in pharmacy and she did but she said that they would answer the phone still didnt pick up the phone . If this was a life or death situation this is so wrong. If you do not like your job I would suggest getting a new career.

I know they're short handed in the pharmacy. I blame it on generation Z being useless and lazy; not Rite Aid. This generation doesn't want to work. Am I lying?p.s. They need to close the drive thru window until they hire more help.....if they can find anybody willing to "work"Customers that use the drive thru are lazy too.

Horrible customer service!!!! I have been trying to get ahold of the pharmacy for 20 minutes. I was stuck on a loop having to keep pressing 3 because no one was answering. So I called to talk to someone in the store a lady named Angel picked up. (She was very rude and unprofessional) she didn’t even let me finish talking she just transferred me to the pharmacy so there I was stuck in a loop. I called back and she gave me attitude “you know they are busy back there” UM NO I DONT KNOW?? that is literally why I was calling you to ask if there were people back there but you transferred me before I could finish speaking. She needs fired. I can see why rite aid is going out of business. I will be switching pharmacy’s.

worst pharmacy, no matter when you call in to refill a prescription it's never ready regardless of how long you wait to go pick it up then the staff is rude when you don't have time to wait on them to fill it. don't even bother with the drive though unless you have time for a 40+ minute wait

You are a pharmacy not a clinic. Slow to refill prescriptions, no matter what day you call it in they will wait until you show up at the pharmacy to fill. Forget the drive thru unless you havr a long time to wait.

Everytime I pickup scripts their either not ready or they mess them up. Today I was there 3 times and it’s still not straightened out. I’m going to switch to another pharmacy.I called the 800 number also they don’t answer. This is ridiculous. Now I have to go over snd I’m sure there’s a line.

For many years the pharmacy crew was wonderful; they knew your name and recognized your face; they were friendly, helpful and informative. Unfortunately, in 2018, that crew is gone. One new hire in particular is beyond rude and has absolutely no people skills whatsoever. So disappointing.

Aloof, lazy staff should be fired as they will literally lie to you. And this smug incompetence happens ALOT, even with critical prescriptions. Dangerously flippant and careless. This "pharmacy" may as well be run by children and should be investigated for gross negligence.

Been trying to call this place for 3 days and tell them I don’t have script that they keep calling me and telling me is ready to pick up, I call and call no answer.. call again get out on hold for for 25 mins with no hello or anything,, call again and just hung up in… well sorry you do t have any meds for me and I won’t be there today or EVER to get anything

If you need a prescription ASAP forget it! They're taking days to fill them. If you're there for store items there are no problems.
