I have been buying interesting food advice from Ringers since the mid 90s. It is a major change in house when you buy good food.For all the people that say everything is expensive, yes, it is expensive to buy super high-quality food compared to what is available in big box stores.When we changed over to quality food the amount of days and saving money Came out a winner. I might pet food way less often than I bought the other brand of the same weight. It is not full of fillers, and a few dozen bad things that we should not be feeding them. Animals health skyrocketed and organ failures Disappeared.Prices of that items, other than food are exceptional. Even though there are no prices, I have been very surprised that the price quoted on items way lower than I expected.Also I buy Food there for a family that lives down by the airport for two reasons-Great prices and to support a Local business.It is nice to have a family business and reasonable prices.

They are the best! I needed help with enhancing my dogs diets and they went above and beyond! I have a picky eater and a big baby recovering from malnourishment and they took the time to talk me through everything and give me so much honest advice. One thing that I noticed in other reviews is that no prices are marked but truthfully I just told them my budget and they picked recommendations based off of that without trying to upsale me. I appreciate how knowledgeable, honest and helpful they are and were more concerned with helping my dogs needs and not just making money.

We’ve taken several of our dogs through obedience and agility. Our German Shepherd loved doing Nose Work. All of the instructors have been wonderful and we will continue to take our dogs there.

Great people and service, very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of safe toys and healthy food for your dog. I just wish prices were listed on products, so we don't continue to ask how much for every single thing.

They have a great selection of toys, food, treats, supplements, etc and their knowledge is extremely helpful. The training classes are easy to follow along and understand. I definitely recommend going here for all your pet needs!

I have four dogs with extremely sensitive stomachs and they are very picky so we were very excited to have finally found a place that allowed us to pre order the food they need for the month.. I went there today and apparently they sold my dogs food to someone else and the lady pretty much told me oh well. Now I get to deal with diarrhea all week and four very unhappy dogs. We had become consistent customers and I’m honestly disappointed right now.

Ringer’s is my favorite local business in all of the Pittsburgh area. If I moved 100’s of miles away, I would still drive here to buy food, pet supplies, or daycare service. I trust that every single item in this store is of quality and safe for our pets. We don’t waste time reading labels like we would in big box store or Amazon, because I know Kim has already done that before putting it on her shelves. A lot of it is not cheap, but it’s ALWAYS fair in relation to other stores and even online. Products are consistently of high quality. Kim and the entire staff here are fantastic. They are always friendly and their passion and love for dogs is incredible. My anxious shepherd has stayed with them on vacations and other overnights. He adores her and his ears perk up and he runs to the door when we say we’re going to Ringer’s. We constantly get asked how our dog is so well behaved. We tell everyone it’s because of Kim and Bruce! Attending the training classes when he was a pup were foundational. We did some other extra-curricular classes here too, outside of standard obedience. The classes are always very well thought out and we found that we really enjoyed them too! Kudos to Ringer’s and the entire staff, we just think you guys are exceptional.

From day one, it was absolutely horrible for me, My girlfriend, and our 8 month old golden retriever. There was an absolute vicious dog in there. That would not stop barking and growling and acting all nasty. The whole time we were there. My dog literally was scared. S*** was hiding underneath his chair the whole time... In barely anything it was done at all. The dog should have been removed from the class.!! AND the trainer had an agenda mostly about the food that we feed our dogs and pushED their products heavily...

I went for the first time yesterday. I always hear such great things. Honestly I was very overwhelmed, they have sooooo much stuff. My biggest issue is there is no prices. I felt so bad because I needed a kennel and when they brought it to the register and told me it was $100 I decided not to get it. I felt terrible they did all the work just to have to put it back.They are very well stocked. Being a younger buyer who is used to prices I may not be back. I like budgeting and knowing what I spend.

Ringers has many amazing trainers that are very knowledgeable! They help you train your puppy or full grown dog, when you leave their classes you’ll know how to handle and continue training your dog.

This place is amazing it’s the toys r us for pet parents. The only issue I have is that nothing has prices. I would love to look around and know how much things cost. It really helps when you’re shopping to know how much you’re spending before going to the front and finding out you went over budget. Other than that this place is great!

They were very helpful to select the correct dog food and supplements for my Cocker Spaniel.He has a skin problem that the Vet can't solve. I will treat him with this plan for 30 days to see if it helps. So far so good. Recommend Ringers very High A+

Good food items to be found here, the only down side is they are not price marked, so when you get to the register... there is a price shock, BUT you do pay for what you get, good quality food for your 4 legged family members. Also took my dog here for puppy classes. (My dog didn't practice much....bad dog lol) But the quality of the classes.... she knows her sh!t !!

We boarded our German Shepherd at another place (which will remain nameless) and she came back to us with an aggressive attitude. We have had her going to Ringer's for Doggy Day Care and she comes home the happiest puppy in the world! Ringer's really understands the German Shepherds!! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. They are so wonderful with pets and the owners have given us so much good advice. We even had our pomsky go through their puppy class. He loves the food and treats he gets from there. We changed our cats food from Purina to a brand from ringers and they are more healthy and way more playful then they've ever been. We don't know what we would do without this place. They also have a daycare and a place you can use to bath your pet. This place is wonderful I highly recommend it.

Great dog training center. Pup loves the daycare, he usually comes home and sleeps. Have boarded as well, he likes that too. Good food, treats and accessories for all 4 legged pets available at the store.

Ringer's is AWESOME. BEST place to buy food, treats, accessories for your dog. They are the only place I feel comfortable with to take our pup to daycare 💕. They get to know your dog, so I know he's in good hands when he's there.

I have been Ringer's Pet Dog Training for few years. The owners and staff are very nice. Kim, one of the owners is very knowledgeable and caring about the animals and understands customers needs. This is the only place I buy pet food for my pit bull mix dog who has several food intolerance. The store has a wide array of foods for dogs and cats who have allergies and heath problems and their prices are not too bad considering that these are specialized foods. The store is also a dog training facility and I have taken my dog here for group classes. I really like that they offer a wide variety of canine classes for all dogs. The thing I like best about this store is that they know my pooch and they are super nice to her.

I use to buy my pup supplies online and sometimes if needed I would go to petsmart. Then RINGERS CAME ALONG! They sell all the treats and food I would buy online, and ringers is half the price. If they do not carry something you buy regularly they will order it for you! The inventory in this store is AMAZING! If you are not local it’s worth the drive! The owners are very sweet and genuinely care about your 4 legged friends. I recommend this store to everyone that has a pup or kitty! Every county should have a ringers!

Highly recommendable! My dog loves his trainer and has learned so much from her. He's learned plenty of commands, patience, how to calm down before getting food/ treats. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, affordable and they make the training fun for the dog.

Love this place! Frozen raw bones for my pups. Bruce (the owner and amazing trainer) making his round through the store offering tips and suggestions to improve your dog's behavior or explain why your dog is reacting to certain situations. Highly recommend!
