I’ve been taking my puppy to Pittsburgh Paws for daycare since she was 5 months old and I won’t take her anywhere else!! She loves going to play with her friends and in the pool all day! She plays all day and sleeps all night. They post pictures daily so you can see what your puppy is up to! The staff is absolutely amazing and they all treat Ellie as if she was one of their own. Highly recommend for boarding and daycare!

I cannot sing enough praises for this place. When I went in to tour the facility, I was candid with Marisa about our newly adopted senior dog and what little we knew about his past; she also wanted to be completely transparent that even if Pittsburgh Paws wasn't the right fit for our guy, she'd help us to find one where he'd feel safe and happy. Overjoyed to report that our old guy LOVES going to daycare and we scheduled his first overnight at the dog hotel a few months down the road. After just one half-day of daycare, the staff knew my dog's name and who his new doggie buddies were. Daily photos (posted via Facebook) are just icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our young Labrador Retriever here for over a year and a half. I can’t tell you enough how kind the entire staff is. Rosie absolutely LOVES going to day care and also has kenneled many times while we were on vacation. As a veterinarian I realize the importance of routine socialization as well as play. It is an integral part of “being a dog”. I recommend Pittsburgh Paws to as many clients as I can. I appreciate all the team members. Keep up the great work!

Our puppy Coco stayed at Pittsburgh Paws while we were away over Christmas. We were so impressed with this facility and the staff. We loved seeing pictures of our sweet girl every day, it is what we looked forward to. Coco loved the play all day facility. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this kennel. I trust them with our three dogs. Super easy booking, register your dogs on line. Friendly courteous staff. They upload pictures to Facebook almost every day. We choose to schedule an exit bath which was free because the dogs were there more than 7 days. All three of our dogs were allowed to play together. They provided us a report card to tell us how they did!

We absolutely love Pittsburgh Paws. They take amazing care of our dog and she gets to play with other dogs instead of sitting in a kennel by herself. We wouldn't leave her anywhere else. They also have an amazing staff and are the best to work with.

We were so nervous to try a new daycare for our baby, Aiden Oliver, having moved over an hour from his first and only one. However, Pittsburgh Paws is amazing!!!! The property alone is gorgeous and the facility feels and looks very clean, both inside and out. Fun colors inside too, very fresh and modern. No smells at all!! Friendly staff always. Prices fair to me. Aiden comes home absolutely exhausted (but he doesn't stink!!) and we just know he had a good time. We will continue to use and selfishly hope they don't get too big :)

Once evaluated, you can drop off your pup for daycare at any time. I usually take my little maltese once per week on different days. The facilities are great. Staff is friendly and on the ball. They take pictures that they post every day. My little guy is happy to go and worn out when he gets home. Highly recommended!

This was the first time we used this facility. We usually use the one on swickley but they were full so we used this facility in natrona heights. They really took care of our dog and we were able to see our dog on their Facebook page which was really cool. Our dog seemed to really liked being there with all the other dogs. I think our dog was on vacation herself by being there with other dogs. We seen her play and swim with the other dogs. I think she had more fun than we did (I had to drive a lot). It was good for are family knowing that our dog is well taken care of. We will be using this facility in the future.😃

I wish I could give more than 5 Stars! We boarded our dogs for 8 days and they had a blast! They were so well cared for and I just love that they post daily pictures on Social media! I looked forward to the pictures each day we were away. Since they stayed longer than 7 days, they received a free bath! We will absolutely use them again! I just wish we were closer to the facility to take frequent advantage of doggie daycare!

They do a terrific job! I am very comfortable and confident with the team at the Heights facility. I have never used the other location. My lab gets exercise and social interaction. He loves the place and comes home very tired so I know he had a busy day. I highly recommend

We took Bucky there for the first time and they were great with him. I love how he is going to socialize and to acclimated to other people and dogs. Staff was amazing and I love the pictures that they post on Facebook.

Pittsburgh Paws is such a great place to take your dog either for a fun day playing with “friends” or an overnight stay when you’re on vacation. My dog LOVES that she can interact with the other dogs during her stay. The building is always clean and the staff are all very loving and kind to the dogs. I can relax knowing my dog is well cared for.

I own an 11 year-old diabetic cat who requires insulin shots twice a day. I boarded her here for NINE DAYS while I was out of town. Adopted as a kitten, she has never been away from my side for longer than 3 or 4 days so naturally I was very worried about her health and well-being. No joke, when I returned I immediately noticed how energetic and how sleek and shiny her fur was! I also noticed both during drop-off and pick-up that the facility was very clean and didn't have an overwhelming odor like some pet boarders. The price was also VERY affordable, approximately $12 a day for both boarding and her insulin shots. It's very understandable to be cautious about who cares for your animals but in my opinion, they are trustworthy!
