Horrible company. Won't even do an even exchange w/o a receipt. All tags in place, sku in place, etc. and made me BUY THE CORRECT SIZE and walk out the door with the incorrect size. Who does this in this day and age? Dunham's that's who. I'll never shop this business again.

My husband & I stopped in to look at pool sticks. Most of the wooden ones weren't straight. (Slightly warped). Then I spotted one in a bad. He took it out and looked at it. It was in good shape. But it looked like someone used it and returned it. The tip had chalk on it and had a slight chip taken out. My husband took it to the register. Showed it to the manager. My husband said he will take it if he knocked off a little on the price. The guy got rude and said no, it's new. That's the way it was made. My husband told him. Ok, keep your used stick with a small chip taken out of the tip.

Excellent place excellent staff the only I wouldn't even say it's an issue that I think the Dunham's people need to understand that people who work wear size 29 30 and 31 all their work pants and jeans except for a few select all start at 32 and above but that's not even really an issue it's still a great place they have everything that you could possibly need

Went in to get my dad a different size sweatshirt then the one I got him at Christmas. They were the college sports teams, same price I paid as the week before Xmas. I found the size I needed, went up to register, the cashier was unfriendly, didn't ask for my phone number like they usually do which I thought was kinda odd but I went with it when she told me the total I told her I have AAA, she very rudely told it's not gonna do u no good here, the item is already on sale so u already have a discount, u don't get another one. I should of just walked away without the shirt but I was like um ok didn't think it mattered, I was told last time having a AAA card always gives u an extra discount regardless if it's on sale or not it's a perk of having the card, paying for the membership. Needless to say I wasn't very happy at all mostly with attitude of the cashier.

Was looking for a pair of cleats to cut grass in found a pair but they had some imperfections talked to the manager told him I was only going to cut grass and then be more than happy to take them off his hands if they gave a slight discount I was hoping for 10% he yelled to the cashier give him 15 I was more than happy with my trip to Dunham's and the experience I had with the manager on duty that day was very pleasant!

Went to look at firearms and waited for 15 minutes before I had to go search for an employee only to find them chatting in a group. They said someone will be over. Well after waiting again I took my business elsewhere.

Went in to exchange a birthday gift for a different size. The cashier, Sean, stood behind the register playing on his phone with completely disregard to my existence. I told him I needed to make an exchange for a different size and he shoved his phone back in his pocket and told me to go get it. I grabbed the new size and went back to the counter. He asked for a phone number for the rewards program and I started to give a number but couldn't remember what the number was that my girlfriend had used when she purchased it the first time. He threw his hands up and slammed a key on the keyboard and scanned my items. Never before have I seen someone so bothered by having to do their job instead of playing on their phone.

Knowledgeable and competent staff. Many models of firearms available. Ammo is pricey, and most coupons do not cover ammo. The Sports Afield 20 gun capacity safe was a Great buy with an in-store coupon. I won't EVER shop at Dick's because they SUCK ! I recommend Dunhams if One chooses a chain sports store !

This is a report on the Natrona Heights Dunhams, which I am little disappointed on my last trip. I was looking at the firearms and wanted to check a gun out and no one was around. So I go to the check out and ask the girl to send someone back....and 10 minutes later ...no person. But I can see a couple of associates in the store. She did page someone over the intercom, but no show. So I made a call to another store and they had the same item I wanted to look at, and cheaper....so I left. On the way out just a few aisles down, a young man ask me if I found what I was looking for and I said no , I wanted to look at a gun and no one would come back, so I am leaving to go somewhere else. So he says, oh I'm sorry and went back to work. I don't think I will be back. I don't know if the young people working didn't want to sell firearms or were anti-gun or just disinterested? I just won't go back to that store. If you are interested in other things there, then it will work for you. I am not an athlete or any kind of a sports person, so , anything other than guns and accessories won't interest me. That is my experience. God Bless, keith

DuBois location was not very helpful after purchasing a pistol this week. Then, cashier sent us to the Indiana location. There is no Dunham's in Indiana yet. After 4 trips to 2 locations, I was told I'd have better luck on-line.

Great service & prices. And a lot of sale items.** I want to retract my previous review -- the recent past, I am going to shop elsewhere. Your stores in Natrona Heights & Monroeville don't have the products, mainly shoes that are in your advertisement, whether from the newspaper or via my phone. There are 6 or 7 other products but not the 2 in the advertisement. It's a waste of my time going to Dunhams. **

Went to layaway a firearm. The cashier and employees who run the gun department had no interest in talking to me, and when I finally did speak to them, they were very rude and seemed to not care about my situation. Horrible customer service.

NO FISHING LISC! What kind of sporting goods store sells hunting lisc but no fishing lisc..... We did buy something else that required assistance and we had trouble finding someone for a few min but once we did he was an excellent help
