Went here the last day they were open in 2023 to get coffee. We live in WV so this was a far drive and had to be in Freeport for 10am for a funeral. I understand the holidays and people picking up trays. When it was our turn in line, the lady working seemed polite to start but when we asked for 4 bags of coffee and she offered to grind it is when things went south. When on the second bag worth of beans, she was on the phone with someone and told them she had to grind 4lbs of coffee and the woman on the phone said "oh that sucks I'm sorry". Only reason we heard it was because she had them on speakerphone. Her tone and everything changed towards us. But everyone else that she recognized she was polite to. It was like we inconvenienced her and she actually had to do work instead of stand around and talk to people.The other person working, looked like a younger man, was almost running around to help people and was polite no matter what.Other than this, the coffee was ground too small and there's a good inch of grounds left in the bottom of the cup.But, other than all of that, the coffee smells good. Don't think I will go out of my way to show up here again just for ground coffee.

Zero customer service. Went in today with my Daughter to buy biscotti because we really like theirs But stood and waited long time to get waited on since having a conversation with other people was more important than even acknowledging our presence we didn’t even get a hello it’s as if we were nothing but a shadow Ignored!!!!Finally get waited on and then asked to get service in another area of the store and then to get complete attitude even still. I don’t believe rolling your eyes at customers qualifies as “good customer service”. We left and will not go back. Go to the donut connection by Tarentum bridge road. Much better. Ridiculous

Stopped in for a quick sweet. Wonderful customer service and the cookies PHENOMENAL!!! If you like cookies don’t sleep on donut connection. The orange cookies and pumpkin were my favorite but they all were 10/10. I’ll be back!!!

Awesome place, grew up my Dad would bring home their donuts specially their apple fritters. My husband's birthday is this week and was born out of state asked is their a place my father got donuts from who is no longer with us told him the place and he stopped in to get breakfast sandwiches, apple fritters, and donuts. Some new flavors but memories I remember well are still there. We will come back oftenThanks for the awesome service and breakfast

BEST breakfast sandwiches and donuts around!! We live local and walk there to get breakfast sandwiches all the time because they can’t be beat. Made on fresh bagels! Donuts are soft and taste like they just got made minutes before unlike places that taste like they’ve been frozen for weeks. Employees are always so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic food and great environment. 100% recommend to anyone!

They make the best breakfast sandwiches! So fresh. But the Amazing thing about them is.....they use coffee ice cubes in their Iced coffee's!!!!!! It never gets watered down and they taste AMAZING!! Makes my mornings so much better! It's the little things sometimes that makes a place stand out!!

Stopped here on a whim when passing through Natrona Heights. The donuts are extremely good. I had the chocolate iced donut and it's honestly the best one I've ever had. I also ordered a hot chai latte and it was quite good. Definitely go early to get the best selection!

Great place for doughnuts, coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Delicious fresh baked doughnuts, MTO breakfast sandies, and has great flavored iced coffee with frozen coffee cubes.

Everything is really good here. Workers are amazing. Donuts are great. Even their cookies and coffee are great. Every once in a while I'll get a stale donut, but it doesn't happen too often.
