Enjoyed the selection of home goods and furnishings. Decent rugs. The Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there are many items that don’t have prices listed and many sales prices that are advertised there are not currently valid or otherwise expired. In my opinion it’s a more of a high-end DG than others in the general area and worth stopping by for some cute additions to your home. Well stocked.

Unfortunately this store is the only option in the area if you walk or have limited transportation but IF YOU CAN AVOID IT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The Mgr Wendy needs to be retrained or fired. I was grabbing a few items a week ago and stood in a fairly long line with only one employee, young male, he was apologizing because it was his first closing shift and his coworker had left him for hours alone. I jokingly said is she on a very long smoke break and he said actually yes shes in her car. I was killing time until I had too pick up a friend so I figured what the hell and i decided to watch how long her" break"was. 1hour and 15 minutes later and shes still in her car with her earbud in. She has some tinted windows but I actually walked past and looked right at her and she was in to her conversation so much she didnt notice! I called and showed the video to corporate and they supposedly just had a corporate employee there and have had issues before. The store obviously has a few hood employees to work the job of two people but the mgr needs to grow up and learn to fire the ones causing the business to have issues.

This store has really improved in the variety of items it offers. I like to go on Saturdays when they have the $5 off $25 and use other coupons to get the best savings.

They are the friendliest, eager to please business I have ever been to. They not only helped me get my tires but they helped me with a wiper blade problem also that they didn't have to help with. And then as they usually do they ended my experience with a flower! Thanks! It made my day!P.S.-the checking of all the tires & extra tire cleaning they do on their own without even being asked ...♡ it!That's SERVICE you CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!

Tonight was my first time at this store & was also my last. The 2 female employees working second shift on 11/20/18 were the rudest, most confrontational employees I had ever met. My third night in a new town, I already know to not let this store ever get another penny from me and my family. I was not greeted even tho they were both right inside door when we entered. They gave me a nasty look like me and my children were interrupting their conversation. When I asked if they had a certain item, they ignored me the first time and made me ask a second time. I then got an even nastier glare because I was again interrupting their conversation and the larger one of the two made a sighing sound and actually rolled her eyes. Her slightly smaller buddy found that very funny. I never received a "thank you" or "hello" or "have a good night". What happened to customer service and what on earth could've happened in the lives of these two women to cause them to be such horrible human beings?! Atleast I was able to use these women and this strange incident as a teaching lesson for my three young daughters.

Dollar General has a decent selection if things, but a few things are over priced and one female employee who was there when I went seemed kind of scary/mean, the shelves in the kids section were also unorganized. I've also in several places found tags of the same item but with different prices, maybe it was somekind of sale but then why create a whole new spot just to put up the same item. Some other places in the store were understocked. Speaking of prices some things with printed prices, such as Cosmic Brownies which have a price on the box of 3.99, have different prices on the tag which was 3.49, this just confuses me, maybe this is just be how it's supposed to be but who knows.

The store was a disaster! Mess everywhere. After using my dggo app my total was $20 more than my the app showed. The cashier was no help and offered the explaination that I shouldn't go by the app because their never the same! Why would that be true?

The store is crowded, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's really odd that they have all of the kids toys on the very top shelves around the store, instead of in an isle.

Too much clutter in the store, always stuff blocking the aisles and thrown on the shelves. Never any shopping carts. Workers alw as ts talking to friends or people they know instead of filling the shelves and waiting on customers.

Never enough help. Sale items are gone quickly and not restocked. Could be cleaner. Staff seems unappreciated and overworked by corporate making it hard I imagine be to care.

It is a wrong question to ask me about Dollar general to me it's another A1A store it's either a for good or a for shity but to me it's a Dollar general and seems like a lot of them are being built everywhere so it might be a good store me I barely go in them I have a hard time
