10/10 would recommend. We brought both our Australian Shepherds in for their first groom and they did an amazing job. They were Knowledgeable of the breed. And asked us all the right questions about what we wanted. The price was awesome too! It was (I think) 140 for both dogs total, and they were there almost 2 hours. We will definitely be coming back!

I have brought my dog in two times now and couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly and professional. My dog looked great. He can be a bit hyper but they handle him very well. I think that for the services provided the price is very good.

With 3 kids and no car- the mobile grooming was amazing for us!! It was our pup's first time ever being groomed ( bernedoodle) and she looked absolutely beautiful! Will be going back for her full trim soon! I also know multiple people who use them and we all rave about it together!

Our puppy Bucky has had his nails clipped 3 times already and did good the first 2 the third time he acted scared. This time, you would have thought we were killing him. They were so good to him. We were able to put a blind on his eyes and hold him to get it done and they were so patient kind yet assertive enough to make sure he was taken care of. Some great girls work there!

The always do a good job, even with my vague descriptions of what I am looking for. I actually stopped taking my dog here because I found a more convenient option due to distance. The very first grooming as a returning customer and it was basically a perfect cut. I appreciate the work they do in this tough business with picky customers and no shows and such.

Great place to get a haircut for your dogs. Very clean and the workers are very friendly. But if you're in the area I definitely recommend bow wow's as the place to go get your dogs cleaned up.

The woman who greeted us did not seem very professional. I told her my dog was an abused dog adopted from a shelter. She tried to trim his nails in the waiting area. She did not let the dog get to know her before she started. So he started to jump around. She continued with my friend trying to hold my dog. She cut one nail back to far and he started to bleed. So of course he wanted nothing more to do with the procedure. She then took him in a different area and proceeded to put a muzzle on him. He was very traumatized by the incident.

I’m terrible at planning ahead and call and can get a same day appt for a nail trim for my dog. Always responsive when calling and accommodating. Once there in and out with great service. My dog is hearing impaired and the groomer knows that and works well with him.

Mia always looks beautiful after grooming. The shop is very clean. Mia is a small bison shi tzu who always looks beautiful white...bright and fluffly!! I have referred so many to this salon for fur babies.

we got there and she made my boyfriend hold our dog while she was getting her nails clipped. there was a bigger guy there that was doing nothing. he should be the one holding the dog because it’s their job not ours. i will never go back. it was terrible
