Every time I go to the Rite-Aid Narberth location I’m greeted by friendly, helpful employees at the front and at the pharmacy. The store has everything I need and is organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The employees and management at this location provide a superior customer experience over all other pharmacies.

Nice people when you go there but the pharmacy does not pick up the phone. I had to call the front of the store to ask them to answer the phone just so I could get follow up on my son's important medication. The front desk seemed to excuse it and talked to me like it should be obvious. "They've been inundated all day, which is why they can't pick up." So, customers can't call the pharmacy ever? That seems ridiculous to me and like there are some deep issues with management.

I did not go there for a prescription so I can't speak to the pharmacy however, the store is beautiful and I can't see ever going to another pharmacy as long as I live! They had a lot of very good products and some of the higher and cosmetic and personal care items. We especially look for vegan items and they did have several lines that were good.

Pharmacist said it could not find my wife’s prescription. It was eprescribed to another rite aid that was closed. She was about to close so she did not even to the time to search well.

My cat was just diagnosed with diabetes. I have been thrown into a world of ordering new prescriptions that I am not familiar with. I don't have pet insurance, so am paying for this out of pocket. Wedad, in the pharmacy, has been so helpful, educating me about how to order different quantities and what programs can save me the most money. I was a nervous wreck but she has made the process so much less overwhelming. Thank-you, Wedad!

I rarely feel compelled to write positive reviews for chain establishments, but this Rite Aid just earned it. There was a medication not carried by my pharmacy or two others I checked. Not only did this store have it, but they were super efficient, didn’t make me refill out insurance information they already had, and were super pleasant.

We went to the Rite Aid pharmacy straight from urgent care during a busy "sick season," unsure if they'd be open or even had the medicine we needed. They were indeed open, there was no wait, and they had the medicine we needed in stock. I was thankful I could get the medicine expediently. The store was very clean in appearance as well.

I'm rating the pharmacy. I had to walk there today to ask for a prescription refill because no one answers the phone. I just received a text and a phone message saying my prescription is ready. I called to find out what prescription because they told me the one I asked for can't be refilled for 2 weeks. I called twice the second time I hit 5 and asked the store employee to tell them to answer. I was on hold for 15 minutes.My husband and I both have cancer. I can't walk around there again.Disgrace. Total disgrace.Bring Kyu back

Received my vaccine here on Sunday. The pharmacist there, Kyu, was excellent. Not only did he do a great job giving me the shot, but despite being the only person there during what seemed like a very busy day with endless customers lining up at the pharmacy, he was very courteous and kind to everyone. A very pleasant experience.

Their marketing is shamefully deceitful. Check out the sign in the picture. You might think you can walk in and get a flu shot, but you’d be wrong. Tried that and was told there one date with a 3- or 4-hour window when walk-ins are accepted. Shameful deception. Then, when I scheduled a flu shot, I had to wait 10-15 minutes to receive it. What exactly was the point of scheduling…?

Usually good customer service but today we wanted to get vaccinations for COVID and flu and couldn't get them for over 4 hours!! Although they're constantly advertising to come in and get shots anytime!!! We'll have to rethink what we will do.

The Workers are extremely disrespectful. Me and some of my fellow friends were enjoying our christmas eve at 8:49 and this Unregarded, non-caring and most of all disrespectful worker encounters us and screams at us “GET OUT RIGHT NOW” keep in mind this is our first time in this rite aid and it closes at 9. He ruined our rite aid experience and WE WILL NEVER come back.

This Rite Aid front counter staff are very nice and the check out area is well spaced for social distancing. I like this Pharmacy. Kyu it the head Pharmacist- he's a good guy and very helpful. They have had some staff changes over the last year but seem to be coming together as a team. It took them a long time to remember me partially because we had to get to know everyone again from just the eyes and hair once mask wearing kicked in but now that I am a regular customer it easier to get my family's medicines because they recognize our names and stuff like that. Bring your reusable shopping bags here :) the borough of Narberth has an ordinance that does not allow disposable plastic bags yay! only 4 stars because the main store manager yelled at me the other day when he misunderstood a question I asked him and the 2nd pharmacist is not that nice.

The service at this store is abysmal. Everytime I go there I am disappointed, and for that reason I haven’t gone there for some time, even though it’s in my neighborhood. Today I tried it again, since they say online they have walk in COVID booster shots between 2-3 p.m. Got there a few minutes after 2, they said they weren’t doing it. No line at the pharmacy, but one of the 4 guys behind the counter said he was too busy to do it and would be too busy tomorrow as well and to make an appt. I can’t get an appointment before 12/2, and needed this before Thanksgiving. I know it’s a busy store, but it was pretty empty and he was quite rude. Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

As CVS gets worse, Rite Aid gets better. The pharmacists here know the patients, they will look up coupons if your prescriptions are expensive, they actually answer the phone, they are kind and efficient. I love Narberth Rite Aid!!

Beware the date of prescription pickup; was informed over 24 hours ago prescription would be ready by 1:30 today. One half of the order was ready and I was told to return in a few days. Pathetic pharmacy “service”.

Extremely rude cashier starts staring at me and I'm like what's your deal and he says there's self service check out right there in an extremely condescending tone and only one customer was in line. The machine had a better personality than this white devil. I realize good help is hard to find at this moment but this man belongs at PDOC not in customer service.

A woman at the pharmacy HUNG UP on my physician when she tried to have an important prescription filled for me because the paperwork was too much effort. I have switched pharmacies to the CVS in Ardmore, who were more than willing to help, and were so nice. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE VERY RUDE PHARMACISTS!!! I'll NEVER go back!!

I appreciate the positive attitude at the pharmacy -- the prescription/insurance stuff can get complicated and the people are good about solving problems with persistence and humor. The people at the front registers are cool too.

Note to pharmacy.....the labels on the prescriptions are not dark or bold enough. Need a magnifying glass to read them. The staff in the pharmacy is ok, but at cash register very rude.

Rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff, unwilling to work with their customers to meet their medical needs. It takes 15 minutes to drop off a perscription and 45 minutes to pick up a perscription that is "ready". I would give them 0 stars if I could.
