True workhorse dryers! They last forever and love the fact that I can call for repairs and they will send UPS to pick up my dryer so I don't have to haul it to the shipper. Fast repair time too.

TERRIBLE customer service. They use the excuse that they are working on a skeleton crew to provide poor customer service. I am trying to repair a dryer for a client and need to purchase a switch. Sometimes they answer the phone, and sometimes they don't. The lady answering the phone doesn't know anything about anything, and she tells you that you'll receive a return phone call by the end of the next business day which never comes. Sounds like they are just interested in making and selling dryers for which they can't support. Beware of purchasing dog dryers from this company. They will sell you the product but not want to support you when you have issues. When I questioned the lady who answers the phone about the poor service, she hung up on me. Very rude!!

Love my speedy cage dryer. Have it over 10 years. Never any trouble. Love the timer and temp control.
