I often wonder what kind of expectations people who leave such harsh reviews have... I've been going to this pharmacy for several years now. Everyone who works there, that I've interacted with, is friendly and kind. On multiple occasions they've gone out of their way for me and were extremely helpful and understanding. A big thank you to the staff of Rite Aid! :)

They are a slow and if you stayou there and wait to fill your medicine it will take an hour or two when there is maybe 5 people coming to get there medicine. You have to make sure the amount is right,so you better count your medicine. Y hey are nice but they are so slow. They either need more help and smarter people. Now you want to round our money to the nearest dollar for donation without asking us. Other places ask us,yous just do it and that's wrong. Yous won't be opened long. You should tell your workers to find new jobs,but knowing yous will tell them at the last minute cause it is coming real soon.

Really if I could give them a 0 star I would, without a star you can't leave a review. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever walked into. They are always understaffed in the pharmacy section and you always I mean always have to wait more than 15 min to pick up your prescription when prescription are called in advance. I will be changing my mom pharmacy. Here is Always a wait even through the drive thru. Then they close for lunch for over an hour. If they had enough employees there lunch can be rotated and have someone always on to fill prescriptions. Again they are so irresponsible my mom takes insulin and she's been out of insulin. I immediately called her doctor at 9am immediately it was sent to the pharmacy Monday morning. I called the pharmacy to pick up her insulin and as of yet it's not ready for pick up. As if the pharmacy don't care about there patients. This will be the last prescription she gets filled at that pharmacy! Sad to know that they don't care about patiens well being.

I've been using Rite Aid through 5 different states, since early 90's. Great store and pharmacy. Information transfers state to state. Fantastic and knowledgeable pharmacy associates.

Rite-Aid Nanticoke is the best. From Pharmacist Bob at the Pharmacy and his associates and Marie and Karen at the front, I can always know I am getting the best service and a great experience! Thank you Rite-Aid Nanticoke!

Not sure AT ALL why this pharmacy has any bad reviews. This is by the the BEST pharmacy EVER. And trust me, I have delt with a lot of others and they are all terrible.Absolutely love the staff and so does my little man!

no stars would have been more appropriate for this place. don't use the drive through unless you plain on waiting 45 minutes or longer and if someone pulls up 10 minutes after you there's a chance that they might take that person first. dropped off a few prescriptions and when I went in later to pick them up they only gave me half of them and told me that they never received the other ones, they did this for 2 MONTHS until I looked further into the problem and they did end up finding the prescriptions I never got for 2 MONTHS. the only thing that they said is that they would contact my insurance to make sure that they were not billed for them. how about the fact that I needed that medicine that they had lost!!! they didn't seem to care at all.

The pharmacists are great and very knowledgeable about everything. They are always very nice and professional and they make you feel like they know you personally. I will continue to use this pharmacy as long as I am in the area!!

Best pharmacy and staff I ever received care from. Yesterday, received my covid vac. there. Attentive courteous staff, from the pharmacist to the window service assistants. Especially nice folks.

I would give zero stars if I could. Got charged for my daughters prescription but they refuse to give it to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be changing pharmacies asap

Just love sitting in line waiting 20 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions. And that 20 minutes is before the pharmacy even answered the button for pick up. Then another 10 to get the prescription. Worst pharmacy ever

Switched from another pharmacy So far not really liking this one either Not friendly at all Dont know the people who work there like the other one but the one pharmacist isnt friendly at all He makes me feel like I am bothering him Only got 2 prescription filled there so far

I've been using Rite Aid Nanticoke for several years.I have never encountered a more pleasant staff-helpful in anyway possible.Recently,with a new prescription need,ROBRob Czarnecki ,the pharmacist,due to his care in looking at the scripts before giving them out-found and corrected what could have been a real issue for my medical situtation.MANY THANKS to Rob and ALL at this store!Fr.John Tokarick
