Just moved to Myerstown and I’m so happy with this dollar general. Some of the others I’ve been in around my travels in PA have not been so nice. This one is clean, well stocked and most important of all, the employees are really respectful and friendly. Couldn’t be happier to have this right up the street.

This place is the absolute worst! Don’t ever go here! It’s not worth it! I came in at 8am in the morning to grab 1 thing. They had truck today and it was sitting there with no one doing it, people just standing around talking. I decided to come back later when they would be done. I came at 5pm and the truck load they had wasn’t even close to being done. So in 9 hours they had the same pile of stuff that they didn’t go through. I worked in a store I can promise you truck was all done before 9 hours. Not only that but the staff were super rude to me. Also they are the slowest store I’ve seen in my life! They take all day to check you out, the lines are always backed up because of how slow they are. I won’t be back it’s not worth it whatsoever!!

The remodel is horrible!!! The old store layout was way nicer and better organized. Flea markets have better organization than this place. Registers are slow and there is no flow to the checkout line. Don't be afraid to look on the floor for items, as it is customary to just extra stuff on the floor and get in the way.

Awesome Store!! Clean and Well Stocked, if you can't find what your looking for here,then i feel sorry for you all ! Great and Friendly Staff as well! I ask a lady that was working on the floor. For help on a busy Dec 18th evening at 6 or maybe 7pm and the store was packed with Christmas Shoppers she stopped and gladly helped me with what i needed! Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is a typical DG, with the exception of how narrow the aisles are. They are well organized and pretty clean. There is a decent variety of every day products and the customer service was ok. If you aren't a local you are very much treated like an outsider...overall they get the job done, but could be friendlier.

Nice place. Staff keeps it clean for the amount of stuff they get in. Feels a bit crowded but then again people would complain they don't have enough stuff if it wasn't. Only complaint is all the times I've been scowering he place for something in particular I can't say I was ever asked if I needed help finding something. These types of things are disappearing and unfortunately so are the managers that persue the fundamentals of customer service when training staff in today's retail atmosphere. Everyone is too busy to take time to properly train their staff to notice, great, check on thier customers. But I digress you didn't read this review for my soap box rendition of "When I was a manager..." The store is a cleaner than typical, more than a dollar, dollar store.

0-🌟from me, I have been shopping here for a few years no problem. Know the recently new costomer service they have now is horrible. This is the 5-6th time I have personally been treated Soooooooo rude. I've never been so disrespected by any employee this bad anywhere. This store has at least two or more. They are the closing girl's. It's fine, I won't be back!

Very convenient place to shop for essentials when you don't feel like making the trek to larger department stores. This location always appears to be clean and the store associates are friendly and courteous.

This location is always clean and typically has everything in stock. Employees are helpful and friendly, however yesterday there were some new faces that looked less than thrilled to be there let alone offer assistance.

Called ahead to ask if they had a specific spray paint. Lady said yes. I was like okay. Drove down there. They didn’t have the paint. Wasting everyone’s time.

Great variety of merchandise but they need a full time employee cleaning up the isles. The place always looks like a hurricane blew thru and seems dirty bc there is always stuff thrown and piled everywhere.

Myerstown location is my favorite dollar general store. Manager is a super nice guy and he always has the store neat and tidy. Super good manager and love the music they play

It was very crowded not enough space at all to social distance people are on top of one another.Only social distance marking on the floor is right before the checkout.And there is a sign on the door before you enter saying you must wear a mask in the store but they are allowing people in without masks I saw it and they need to follow they better with there rules tou must wear a mask in the store or you cant come in .There allowed to enter so they do it.No wonder this virus is out of control stores has to enforce there rules better.If people get upset too bad then go somewhere else you dont have to wear a mask.Your risking other people health and your own by not following the store rules.

They ususally have what I need. Tonight they didn't have my Ocean Spray Crab Apple drink. I always buy that here. Their prices seem to be rising. Each time of one here I spend more money.

Great place to get stuff close to home. Not bad prices for most of there stuff. Only draw back is wait times. Only one cashier on most of the time, which causes long lines.

Great selection, awesome prices and some quality stuff here guys... always a favorite place to take the kiddos. They had all the school supplies I needed at a fraction of Walmart's costs! Woohoo!

Staff is slow as hell, understaffed and just rude. Don't expect more than one cash register lane open a night, I don't have time to shop here it's more worth while to go to Lebanon for the smallest of things.
