I’ve been going here for years everyone is always nice and helpful. Lots of new employees have been there recently but they all seem really nice and friendly. I love when the little red head chick is working the register she is really funny

Had a really unpleasant experience at the photo area usually they are really sweet and helpful and have had no issues picking up my orders by name and size if they needed, there was an older woman that was helping us after giving her the name on the pick up order was extremely rude I couldn’t remember how many we had but said they would be bigger 8x10 followed by her snapping at me saying “well I know that” we couldn’t remember exactly how many were there was and kept asking if there was a lot of a little followed by her smirking and rolling her eyes behind the counter and then asking if the pictures were even ours and when they were found proceeded to tell us we were lucky they were even there.

I just can't understand why they can't have a pharmacist on duty at least partially on the weekends. If you're short-handed send a tech to school, pay for it, and fill the job.

Ever since Walgreens Murrysville got a new pharmacist, dealing with the pharmacy has become awful. They are slow, disorganized, and the customer service is atrocious. Even after I moved farther away I continued to use Walgreens because they had been such a wonderful pharmacy and well worththe extra drive. Now, with the new pharmacist, it isn't even worth using the pharmacy if you were already Walgreens. .

This wallgreens was disrespectful of my time and selfishly put their needs before mine. The website clearly states they are open until 10 pm, myself and a friend arrived at 7:30 pm and spent easily an hour at the photo kiosk selecting photos to print. We made small talk with Andrea who never informed us of another employee calling out and instead waited until 8:45 pm to tell us they were closing an hour early and would not print off the photos until 8 am the following morning. I cannot express strongly enough my dismay and utter disrespect. I am disgusted by the treatment I received. I am flying out of Pittsburgh at 5 am tomorrow morning and it would have been nice to know I wasted an hour on the last night of my vacation. The two employees need to retake a class on customer service.

I had a poor experience today regarding my photo order, so I returned to the store a bit upset. The young lady who helped me, an assistant manager I believe, handled the situation and de-escalated things considerably. I appreciate that and will continue to bring my business to this store.

The staff is the absolute best! They’re always friendly, greet me, and are willing to help me find whatever I’m shopping for even when they’re really busy. Today, the store manager was putting away stock but took time to ask how I was doing and asked what I was shopping for. I’m glad she asked, because I would never have found the tick spray. She took the time to look at all the sprays with me and find just the one I needed. Her cashiers follow her great customer service.

Thank you to Teresa from the photo dept!!! While I did not get to meet you yesterday, I really appreciate you. My printing order was so last minute. You printed the pictures within minutes of receiving my order. Thank you for being awesome!!! I hope Walgreens appreciates you and your awesome customer service:)!

Walgreens always has what I need. A little bit of everything. The staff at the Murrysville location are helpful and friendly. Medical supplies, vitamins, otc meds, food, drinks, fragrances, hair care, skin care, and much more.

I just adore this walgreens!!! The people here are simply the best!! Mark the pharmacist has gone our of his way to help my family and I!!!! I wont go any where else!! We tell everyone about this store and the kindest pharmacist !!! Ask for mark!!!
