No bags for bulk coffee. Was not offered a solution or an alternative when I asked about it. Was treated extremely rudely when asking about it at customer service. Other than that, this place has become grossly overpriced for the value of the produce. I only would shop here because of the bulk coffee but I guess that's that. Murrysville needs an alternative from this and that equally heinous Market District.

Update 12/9/2022: Today I came for the soda sale. Seems I need to go back to learn how to count. It wasn't until I was home that I realized a counting error. When I called Amber who worked in customer service who had helped me on my visit remembered me and said come back and you can correct your count for what I had paid. This was excellent and exceptional customer service. Charley's Shop and Save us blessed to have her. I'll be back!!!Update 9/23/2022: They are ready for fall with everything as shown. They really are making it a pleasant intro to the season.Update. 2/10/2022: The self service lines are definitely an improvement, however when two of four lines are flashing red lights and no one is around to clear the issues, the customer who was there (not me) was wondering if it was worth being in that line.It was a somewhat good visit however having more cashier's would have been helpful. I was thankful the Manager Dave came and was willing to check us out!!! Kudos to him for great leadership!

This place belongs in another city.. no Murrysville. I was told it was “unethical” to take advantage of a promotion for turkey by “Tim B.” - should be fired… and if had the time today, I would have found a manager. Hopefully action is taken now.

This super market is a great grocery store with a decent selection. If Giant Eagle or other markets in the area don’t have what you need, most likely shop n save will.

Very nice staff and clean store. I would give 5 stars if they offered organics and a larger produce section. Their cake decorator is very talented and does beautiful cakes which are always fresh and perfect. Prices are high in some items and I am hoping that with Giant Eagle closed for renovation, Shop and Save will use that opportunity to offer a wider variety of items and stay open later.

This store is always nice and clean. The shelves are always well stocked and the staff here are great. The inside set-up is perfect for going through the isles in accordance of a normal grocery store.

I stopped today to get some chicken because their fried chicken is great! While there, I noticed there were house flies and fruit flies all over the donuts laying eggs. I took a photograph and brought it to the attention of somebody at the customer service desk. He said he was aware of it, the bakery is aware of it, and that's why he doesn't eat the donuts there. I asked him to remove the doughnuts that the flies were on but he just shrugged his shoulders and said there's not a whole lot they can do about it. There wasn't an option here for a photograph or I would have posted it.

Rude employee at the deli counter. Sunday I waited in line and asked to buy some of the fried chicken they had in their full case. She said it was all sold. I asked why they don’t put a sign on it. She said with attitude, we’re waiting on one. Today I looked at 2 gorgeous ribeyes in the case. No one at the meat counter. I went to the deli and asked the same person if there’s anybody working the meat counter. She looked at me with that same face and said “ how do I know”. I’ll make the drive to Giant Eagle in. O Roseville or go to Ferries from now on.

Best donuts around, some staff aren't very friendly (especially at the deli) and prices are kinda high but their cakes and donuts keep bringing us back.

I do not shop at this store a lot, but it's changing, actually, I was quite pleased with the people there, the shelves were stocked, they had a lot of really good deals for the best deals out of every store I bet at so overall, this was a good experience, your prices are high, I want in one area and on sale are lower than another, so they're just like everyone else, price wise. They are worth a look.

Jenny from the deli has been extremely helpful. I have a son with fish allergies. I ordered fried chicken and was worried about fish being used in the same oil. I would have just not had my son not eat it if it was. She changed the oil before cooking the chicken so my son could eat it. Not many place do that so it was greatly appreciated, and she called me when it was done.

It's a Shop and Save. I don't think they could possibly earn five stars no matter how great the service is there. It's a Shop and Save like I said. Great people great service but I'll say it for a third time it's a shop and save.

Not worth the hassle. Poor customer service skills. Bad manners in general. I'd rather spend more at Giant Eagle than chance needing assistance here. If a specific flavor is not on sale, mark the sign. Don't wait for customers to get to the register and then argued with them. Tell your manager Dave that's it's polite to finish chewing before speaking to a customer. This was you second chance SnS. Thankfully there are enough stores around that I don't need to rely on you. As I said, Id rather pay more than shop there.

I'll be honest, I'm usually biased against this chain, I've had many negative experiences, yet this store seems to stand alone as an exception to this rule.The store is well kept, well stocked, and staffed by friendly people. Rest rooms are clean and easy to find, and the store in general is easy to navigate.Selection of product seems slightly better than others of the chain, always well stocked and rotated. I've had the pleasure of interacting with the managers occasionally and they seem to know their product and care about the business.So why not 5 stars? Their pricing us still on the high side for comparable products elsewhere. Not as expensive as the big bird, but not quite saving as the name might imply, perhaps the nature of the beast in the modern land of Walmart, Aldi, and Amazon vs local businesses.If you like quickly accessable local franchise, double coupons and timing your shopping around sales over big box shopping, this is a great neighborhood choice.

Using curbside pick up in an effort to stay safe. Store saying they have no one to deliver groceries yet employees are collecting cards multiple times had to wait over 25 minutes the app kept saying I should go into the store to pick up my groceries. the whole reason to do curbside pick up is to NOT go into a store that let’s multiple people in without masks and employees wear masks below the nose.
