Been to this store a hundred times, even used to work in the meat room briefly in 2018. Bridget at the counter (if there's more than one this one has glasses and braces) was very friendly and helpful. She even pointed out some bad produce I hadn't seen in my cart and offered to get me a new item. Very polite and quick.

Has a larger selection of brands compared to the other "local" grocery store.I personally don't buy my fruits and veggies at Weis, not the best luck with the quality. Staff friendliness is hit or miss.

I went to Weis in Muncy today to get a few things. It was approximately 1.30 PM when I was finished shopping and was attempting to pay for my groceries. A young woman that works at Weis saw me trying to get in line and she abruptly stated that I needed to go to the far end of the store, near to the frozen items, and get in line there. So, I walked to the end of the store and waited in line. There were approximately 10 people in front of me. When it was finally my turn, another young woman that worked at Weis asked me if I was paying with cash or card. I said I was unsure. I had a gift card and wasn’t sure of what my total would be, which is why I answered her with ani “ I don’t know”. She told me to go to the other side of the store, where I had been standing earlier, and get in line there. I then walked to the opposite end of the store and was instructed to get in the back of the line. It was another 10 person deep line. I said to my daughter that I this was ridiculous. The worker heard me and shook her head. I said this is crazy that it’s so hard to pay for your groceries. She told me that if I didn't wait to the last minute to shop I wouldn’t have to wait so long. I told her that if they would stop paying people to stand around and send people from line to line that they could open another register and things would work better. She said she was a manager, and I said she was a poor one. I explained that she didn’t have a manager mentality. She needed to stop blaming the shopper for this situation and learn how to be sympathetic to the customer and treat them with a little more respect. It was the day before New Year’s Day. Maybe Weis should hire managers that can be respectful and professional. Shelbi isn’t it. I think I’ll go to Wegman’s from now on. They don’t mind what time I do my shopping there. And they gladly accept my payment.

Hard to get around. Many extra displays poking out of aisles and around checkouts. - I guess that means more varietyGlad I didn't have a cart because many were waiting to funnel through the tight spots.

I only shop here because it is close to my house. I prefer Giant because the quality of fresh products & the overall selection is better. I won't use Weis online ordering anymore since they packed my raw meat on top of my fresh produce and there was blood everywhere. They also charge for pickup

When I am grocery shopping, I usually have my children with me and I feel scattered/distracted. The staff has always been VERY courteous and helpful. I go to the self-checkout, I'm OCD about bagging and organizing my own groceries. Self-checkout machines absolutely hate me, my kids lean on the bag sensors, or they "help" by throwing other Groceries on the scale while I'm trying to weigh the fruits, or they're removing full bags while the screen is asking for me to put the item INTO the bag.Needless to say, it sets off a lot of flashing for staff help. They're amazingly patient.The guy that left the review about never coming back because he had to bag his own groceries at the self checkout because there was a line with the cashier sounds like he might possibly be a princess in another country. Depressed I can't respond to that review.

By far the best produce section in the area outside of the farmers markets. I wish there were more cashiers and less self checkouts. I don't mind scanning my own stuff, but the constant need for an override by an employee because the system thinks I didn't bag something kind of defeats the purpose. Always clean and well stocked.

We love Weis! There is variety! there is a section for organic and gluten free, keto and low carb and more and more zero sugar for diabetics. We don't miss getting two donuts as a reward for shopping and they are always soft and delicious! Highly recommend

The beer department does not seem to be doing well - In the singles area there were summer beers in December. There were six-packs of things I'd love to try but no singles of them available.

No longer shopping at Weis Markets anymore. For the last several times my wife and I have gone to the Muncy Pa location and have had no choice to use the self checkout. Because of only having 1 register with an employee and the line was stacked 8 deep. Since when do I shop and have scan and bag my own groceries. Whatever direction you’re heading Weis it’s in the wrong direction. You have lost my business. And by the way if your trying to keep prices low on the shelf. That isn’t working either. Good luck with your new business plan

Your store opens at seven and closes at nine yet your customer service desk isn’t not open when people need it. You go in before you go to work the desk is closed you get out of work at five good luck getting anything at the customer service desk! Your desk should be open from the time you open until the time you close!

Weis has always been the local grocery store for the area. They carry all food and beverage needs. They even offer pizza and subs to go along with your adult beverage needs.

Store #177 Muncy PA is a good place. They have gas available at a reasonable price. Disappointed they took out their salad bar though. They usually have everything I am looking for and will take requests for it if not.

Prices are going up. For a lot of money you get very little even when doing deals and coupons. Service was great and staff was helpful. Have to have patience with the checkout machines but otherwise was good and clean environment.

Everyone here was very helpful.. Dawson the clerk was especially polite, he looked at me while he was talking to me. The store is beautiful clean organized nice wide aisles and very friendly Workers. I am new to the area but know that Weis markets is the place I will be going on a regular basis.

Eventhough our order from the deli was short, they made it right. No questions asked, they took care of us. The food we bought was above average. We'll buy again! Had their made to order pizza for my mother in laws birthday and it was awesome...

This is one of the best Weis Markets around.The management is excellent.The employees are all exceptional with their customer service, produce people, deli people, seafood department, meat department, dairy people, cashiers, and the manager are all ready and willing to assist you no matter what you need.Wonderful store, wonderful people!!Highly recommend making this your primary market.You won't regret it.

Never ever order anything other than the very basic simple instructions for bakery. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Ruined my son's birthday with a cake that wasn't kept refrigerated (common sense but decorator said I should have told them to keep refrigerated 🤦♀️) so the icing melted all over and the puppy dog split in half (because it wasn't kept cold for icing to hold the two cupcakes together...again...common sense) Cake decorator did not follow instructions for chocolate cake and gave him vanilla and chocolate. She wrote the "Happy Birthday in White icing which due to the peanut butter icing running all over, discolored it and you couldn't read it. Why do you hire people with zero common sense or zero experience? To you people it's not a big deal, but to a child looking forward to his traditional cake, and everything about it ruined...is a big deal. Hope you replace her because she was extremely rude and blamed it on the person who took the order. She took zero responsibility on herself.

Great store but isles are too tight. Some aisles have similar items far apart that would make sense next to each other. Two frozen sections on the opposite sides of the store kinda makes me scratch my head

It's a nice clean store with a decent selection. The reason 3 stars instead of 5 is that there are 2 things they could do better on. First the pricing is high. It is. They run advertised sales but are sneaky as certain advertised deals are only on Fridays 5pm to 9pm and/or weekends and it's confusing. 2nd the pharmacy sucks and they are quite rude. I have used them as I use the delivery service but I'm about to change to a bigger mail order pharmacy. That's how irritated I am. I had scripts totalling over one thousand dollars and they were giving me a hard time about something, I said ok u want me to fill a grand worth of prescriptions somewhere else...and the clerk just looked at me. So I'm done with them. I've waited over an hour in the store for a script to be filled. Its horrible. But it's organized, clean, and besides the pharmacy they have great customer service. If money doesn't matter to you, then you will be happy. It just kills me to pay 1$ more there than somewhere else.
