I've brought my company to the Muncy Target for our annual Toys for Tots shopping spree for years, because their customer service just can't be matched anywhere else! Special shout out to Cory and Paula for taking such good care of us. They reserved a checkout lane just for us, and happily took lots of photos of us with our haul. AMAZING team dynamic here, the management should be proud!

This target has a wide variety of goods and surprisingly a great food selection that is surprisingly competitively priced with our actual grocery stores but healither selections. the way some items are organized is wonky however and that is why i give it 4 instead of 5 stars. It is very clean.

Although I am not a frequent customer, I was incredibly impressed with the staff at this Target store while visiting from out of town. Helping a disabled friend settle into a new apartment with a super-limited timeline, my wife found specific items online from back home, and she was able to coordinate with the store manager (Melissa) who had everything pulled and ready for loading by the time I arrived. Associate Zack helped me get it loaded and I didn't have to break stride. Several more trips back to the store greeted me with friendly and personalized attention to find the additional items needed to keep our costs down and style looking sharp. Melissa runs a friendly, helpful, and efficient team. What a wonderful experience! I'd shop Target more if our out-of-state store was this fantastic.

Muncy Target CVS. Very unacceptable handling of a recent Rx. Ordered by doctor at 4:00, no one to speak to regarding the necessity of the meds for a very sick patient before closing time at 7:00 p.m. Front desk checked pharmacy at 6:55 Friday evening, gate closed, lights off. Subsequently found out that the Rx's were locked in the system and the other local CVS could not access. Also, the Target pharmacy is not open on the weekend, so we would have had to wait until Monday. We were able to eventually get the order completed at the Muncy Creek Boulevard CVS but only after our contact with our physician's office.

Nice place for everyday needs. Some things a little too pricey for my wallet. But I do like their selection of discounted stuff when u first walk in the store. The prices are $1, $3 and $5 from what I have seen. That's usually where u can find cute stuff for every season and holiday.

The employees have always been very helpful and friendly. Store is kept clean and organized. There are always good weekly sales. Returns are hassle free. Site to store options are available and have worked well for me. I don't like however that the clearance deals are only ever a few dollars off the original price. That's the only negative I can find at this time.

Immediately after exiting the store, I realized that I forgot to use 2 $3.00 coupons that would expire tomorrow. I returned to the service desk with my receipt and coupons. The young lady behind the desk was so kind and helpful. She gave me a $6.00 gift card which was greatly appreciated.

This store is ripping people off right and left. I spent $31.81 on merchandise. I used a gift card (which is another story with this store) for $7.50 as part of the purchase. I returned clothing that didn't fit totaling $18.99. I WAS FORCED INTO TAKING ANOTHER GIFT CARD FOR $7.50 THAT I DID NOT WANT!!! Why? Because I paid with one! And, THATS STORE POLICY. I kept more than enough merchandise to cover the cost of the gift card. Then I asked for a manager and how convenient is it that "Joe" is on vacation this week! Hmmm.... I'm so done playing games with these big box stores. I will not be giving this store any more of my hard earned money. And, they wonder why all these stores are closing. Heres your sign. Local small business only for me!

Great selection of everyday items and even some hard to find or specialty items. Competitive prices on some electronics and superb markdowns keep me coming back, while the clothing selection carries a very specific style of boxers that I cannot find anywhere else. Fitbit selection and accessories at this Target are the most abundant in the nearby area.

One of the "leaders" is very full of himself and doesn't really make a very enjoyable work environment. I won't say any names but he's named after a state that has a north and south. Other than that everyone is fantastic and the store is kept very clean and well stocked.

Loved it a lot ! Because a gentleman that was stocking near by seen my distress he asked me right away, " How can I be of service?" I was looking for a product that Target no long orders to sell in the store. He tried looking it up but could no longer order the product. I showed him that I could get it on line but he showed me that it was a pop up and Target no longer at Target. He never treated me like I was stupid or as a inconvenience. I really appreciated it! Thank You!

This is our favorite Target location in our area. With the exception of seasonal/holiday aisles, the store stays the same making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right styles/sizes in the women’s clothing section but you can order online and pick up at the store which is convenient. The managers are very good about opening up more check out lanes or taking people at customer service if it gets busy.

I love Target! There is always a great selection of seasonal items, as well as staples for everyday needs. I always find more than what I am looking for, and love getting discounts with the app and my Red Card.

Can I just say whoever does the hiring at this store nails it! I've been shopping there since it opened and I have not once had a nasty experience. Not even am unpleasant one. The employees are over the top friendly! I shop there once a week and love being there!

Target has affordable and cute decor. I also buy clothing here and get stylish things for a decent price. We food shop here and use coupons on the Target Cartwheel app. Also, the staff here is really nice.

We shop at Target frequently and enjoy it for the most part. The Muncy store is always clean and well stocked, the staff very friendly. The Starbucks there is another story. The tables are never wiped down and there is always some sticky, dried up coffee on the floor you have to avoid. Recently approached the counter to order a beverage and was told they were closed (in the middle of the afternoon). Ok, how long will you be closed ma'am, I asked, are they moving this location? Mind you, their area was a disaster and I had no idea what was going on. She responded with utter incredulity at the suggestion, discussing it loudly with her coworker as I walked away. It was just a question. Businesses around here close all the time. Maybe she should ask the employees over at Macys how solid they thought their jobs were. I don't want to spend my hard earned cash at a business just to be treated like crap. I can purchase my products on line, or buy my coffee at the grocery store, thank you very much. Its tiring to deal with employees that act like they are too cool for their job, or they're doing me some kind of favor by taking my business. From now on, I'm skipping this place and getting my coffee fix somewhere else!

Sent in photos to be printed via their online Target Photo website. Sent to store. Got my confirmation email. Stated my photos would be done in two hours. I went to lunch with family and stopped by to pick up my photos 5 hours after placing my order. I was told they never got my order, they never get online orders, and their online service hasnt worked for 5 years?!?! What kind of service are you running target?! Vert angry. Left without my items. Will no longer shop here. Horrible customer service.
