One of my favorite stores! I like the scan and go feature for shopping and the Cafe. Great meat selection! The Cafe is also a favorite stop. Get a 16" pizza for only $8.98 Ice cream for $1.00 Great value! Gas is anywhere from 10 to 25 cents cheaper than other places. $50 membership a year is the down side but its worth it...

I shop and order here regularly and always have a great experience and always have what I need. Today however the watermelon I bought today 02/01/24 was bad when I got home and cut it up. I ended up throwing it away. Just hoping no one else buys a bad one.

In general, I like Sam's Club. We used their online fresh flower ordering services for our wedding. The greens were great quality. The roses were slightly more open than I'd hoped. Carnations were great. Our only complaint is that half of the order arrived later than scheduled which made it impossible to start on any of the florals when we were hoping to. Everything was to arrive by 8PM. The flowers arrived early (before 3PM), and the greens did not arrive until the following late morning. This really threw off our plans and reduced the time that we had to prepare. Had everything arrived at one time, it would've been a much easier experience. In the end, the flowers did end up beautiful

We love shopping Sam’Club but I will never buy another rotisserie chicken. Every time we buy one it is not done inside. Today we thought we’d buy another one and give it another try. It was the worst one ever. Ruin our whole meal. The breast were done but the legs, thighs and the rest of the meat was red and slimy due to not being done. Never again.

Horrible service. It's really awesome paying 50$ a year to be treated like a criminal on the way out. Especially seeing as not one employee can be bothered to help when you need it.

Sam's club was very crowded this afternoon and shopping carts were scarce. You'd think a storm was coming. But Sam's club is a neat store and love that you can buy in bulk, saving money.

Nice Sam's club. Really appreciate toddler toilet in family restroom.Was very busy. Customer service was slow because so busy, but the girl was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable.

The prices are a bit high based on comparable stores. Overall, the store was clean and well-maintained. The staff was nice. Only one cashier was working and we all had large orders. Not everyone is comfortable with the self check out system.

Signed up to become a member and the person who waited on me was great in explaining everything about the membership and areas in the store!!! I think her name was Deb. She was great, glad you have people like that , that take the time and explain everything in easy terms. My family will be back again..

The lines are always crazy trying to get out of the store because they have to stop every single person and scan almost all their items. It’s kinda degrading to make ppl do this and not only that but today stuff we paid for was coming up “red” which I was told means that it’s coming up not paid for even tho it was! After standing there embarrassed while she scans the items over and over for like 5 minutes and a long line of ppl building up behind us it finally went through their system as paid ! It’s degrading to do this to your customers that pay a fee to be members! Walmart isn’t even this degrading to their customers and I’m sure they probably have the same issues with shoplifting as any other big corporation but they don’t treat every customer as if they are a thief and trying to steal from them , that’s what Sam’s club does tho !

Sam's Club has opened up a lot of space when entering. This makes the flow of the foot traffic more efficient and gives an openers that is more pleasant. The shipping app is easy to use & I love it when it reminds me of previous purchases that I may have forgotten on the current shopping trip. I can be in and out in 20 minutes or less.

Great place to shop for almost anything. My only complaint is that sometimes things that you always buy there are out of stock, moved, or discontinued...if it wasn't for that they woukd get 5 stars. And I love the Scan 'n Go app.

Had a very unusual, but grateful experience here today. When I was cking out, the cashier noticed that something didn't look quite right with one of my purchases. She pulled it aside and told me she was going get me another one, because it didn't look right. She radioed for someone to bring up another product. The manager was right on it to, and followed through to make sure I got a good product. That is excellent customer service.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this place. But today, I had horrible service. We ordered pizza, we asked them to keep our surpreme warm while we wait for the cheese. The next person gets in line, they give them our supreme and cheese. We have to wait a half hour before getting our food

Store is nice, neat, and clean. Shopping was eazy but the lady at the door scanning reciept was ignoring me then raised her voice at me cause I repeatedly told her there was 2 separate purchases in the cart. Therefore, she kept scanning items that were on my other reciept. Very ignorant tonight. I hope when I go back she is doing a different job! Anyways, my cashier was super friendly and helpful. Overall my shopping and checkout were awesome! But getting out the door was completely the opposite dur to the rude miserable lady at the door!

Of all the Sam's club's I've been to. This one has the worst wifi. Took 2 minutes to get on the app.The Kerrygold butter isn't the same size as all the other Sam's club's. They atre the same size that Walmart sells.

Employees must have no food handling training!!!! Today was the third time that the cashier placed raw steaks on top of bread. Raw meats must always be separate from cooked/ready to eat foods!!! When I informed the cashier about this she moved the meat to another place, but just as unsafe as the last. I told her again, and reached for the package and a little game of tug of war started. She eventually scaned the package and handed to me.

Great seasonal selection. Love using the app to checkout. Great prices on Cafe food. No alcohol at this store and baby items are only organic.Also, the bakery has great birthday cupcakes and the party trays are back.

It's like any other Sam's Club. Some things are discount priced others are not. Some items they will always have (ex. ketchup and mustard) and other things depend on what they bought by the truckload. So, when it's gone, it's gone (ex. Tobasco brand sauce). If you're buying in bulk, it's a place to go. It's where the best deals can be found.

Perhaps this is the only way to get your attention. Ordered a delivery which was due to arrive between 10am and 12noon today. Waiting patiently, it is now 15 minutes to 1pm. Called and was put on hold for over 10minutes. Person answering calls just says "Sam's Club Muncy, please hold" and leaves the caller on hold. Not the best experience when I am only trying to get an update on delivery since the information online has not changed and I feel like I am being held hostage in my home waiting. Did not want to do this publicly because I like Sam's Club but you left me no choice!Just arrived but the driver was given different information than what is posted for me. perhaps update the system to reflect real-time? Otherwise, thank you.
