This facility is larger and more well organized than others I've seen lately . The aisles are laid out in a logical manner for the ease of the customer. I was able to find the items I needed with related items right close or next to it.

Great place for crafters. All kinds of materials and ideas available. Two disappointments though. This store is located in PA and there were no stickers specific to Pennsylvania. There were stickers for several other states but not PA. The closest I could find were camping stickers but PA is much more than that. The other disappointment was there were no paper cutouts to decorate for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day or Easter. Lots of other decorations available but no large cutouts.

nice store, organized, clean. workers are very helpful. we went for her first Michael's Halloween. the store had more than she was expecting. she left very happy and motivated to make the house special for Halloween.

Inventory is so low. Cashier was less than pleasant, even to her coworkers. Michaels has changed, not the place it used to be. 3 stars is pushing it.

Classic craft and art supply store. We needed some supplies to make some shirts for St Patrick's Day and came out with some great supplies that weren't too expensive. Staff was helpful in getting to the right area. Very clean and bright. Easy parking.

One stop shop for any and all craft related items. Usually not too busy - nice big store. They have online pickup available. The staff is always nice and helpful. Good seasonal deals and they have nice candles as well.

Helpful staff and I found what I need for a work project. Can't go wrong. The only downfall and it didn't effect me but did someone else in the store. They had a truck arrive and that shows in stock so someone drove all the way there to make a purchase of an item showing in stock and it wasn't out yet and nobody would dig through the order to find it. But I understand there are people who do that other than the front desk girls.

First time in this store! I shopped for craft stuff at A. C. Moore before this store closed, so Michael's is much the same. I need to have time to "see" the rest of this store; I only had time on this day to "see" part of the store.

Very pleased with the wide variety of items available, from simple arts and crafts, all the way up to more intricate projects. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, offering words of wisdom and tips from experience to help ensure the customer picks up the right tools and supplies for their projects.The sales and clearances offer some extremely competitive prices, depending on what you are looking for. Some items can be picked up for substantially less cost than ordering online, with the added advantage of being able to see the product(s) in person.

I shop here often when I need something specific for a project I am working on. They don't have the number of craft items as Hobby Lobby , but they are not a large store either. The store is very well organized and Pretty well stocked. I did manage TO find the item I needed and will definitely stop here again.

The staff is wonderful!! They are quick to assist you if you need help. The down side is - since they are the only craft shop in the area - prepare for sticker shock! What I needed I could not wait to purchase online (my fault for waiting!) so they had me over the barrel!

I knew the item I was looking to purchase was available online but I did not want to wait. I went to my local store instead. They do not carry the item in store any longer. I was bummed but the manager gave me a coupon for free shipping. I came right home and ordered it!

Great store. Great bargains and discounts. A large variety of craft materials. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about many of their products. The only reason to not have 5 stars is that sometimes it is difficult to find said staff members for assistance.

Great store alot of selection. My daughter was looking for rainbow loom and crafts. Went to Joann fabrics first because it was closer but they didn't sell it. So I went to Michael's and I am a forever customer! Thank you Michael's.

Obviously is not their fault but the store is quite small qnd the other day when I had walked in and asked about a product everyone looked at me like I had 2 heads and had slightly and attitude. Leslie was very nice and sweet though.
