Went in to buy a bike for my son for Christmas, couldn’t find a salesman anywhere, when I finally did he was hiding in the corner watching his phone. The owner wasn’t much help either, prices were way too high, and when I voiced that concern I was told “that’s just what good bikes cost”.Go Anywhere else! I bought from Amazon instead, better price, better product.

As a truck driver driving thru the great state of Pennsylvania I was stuck with a broken chain no tires ,and all kinds of issues, called them and was told they did not have what I was looking g for at the moment,15 min later I was called backAnd they made sure they found what I was looking for..I quickly dropped my trailer went there and was blown away by their staff and hospitality.. let me tell you they installed 2 tires fixed my crank what was loose changed the cassette installed two new pedals, new grips lord all this in less then you could blink your eye.I'm from Michigan but they are now my go to shop as I travel thru all the time.. thank you for all you do guys.

All the guys we dealt with at Marty’s were awesome. It’s a family run shop, everyone is incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond for us. We took in wal-mart schwinns to get tuned up and left with a couple new Treks, which are wonderful bikes! My bike was feeling a little small, and they traded me out for a frame size bigger, no problem. I highly recommend Marty’s to everyone, and they are my go to bike shop now.

My friend and I went here to get a fresh tune up on our Walmart Schwinn bikes and we asked about entry level prices to quality road bikes. Chad was absolutely amazing and helpful and didn’t once talk to us like we were dumb, or made us feel bad for being plus sized girls wanting to ride. He suggested bikes that are good for our height and weight. Chad and Jr. answered so many questions and taught us quite a bit about everything bicycle! We walked in with Walmart bikes and left with Trek Verve 3’s!! I will recommend this bike shop to anyone I know that rides or wants to!! I appreciate you guys and will absolutely be back!!

Every person was extremely nice, outgoing and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and allowed me to ride the bike in the back of the shop for a little before buying. They also have a very adorable, sweet cat that greets you when you walk in. The cat loves getting pet! The quality of my bike is amazing, the best one I’ve ever had. They allowed me to put a downpayment, and then pay the rest my next paycheck, which was very accommodating. Highly recommend this shop for quality product and wonderful customer service.

The staff was happy to help me with my sons flat tire even though I hadn't purchased the bike from Marty's. While doing the repair the employee answered my silly questions and listened to me ramble. I was obsessively concerned about the chain being loose once I'd removed the training wheels and noticing my anxiety, Spencer moved from the tire to the chain to tighten it up immediately and put me at ease. It was nice to feel as though someone was empathizing with my concerns instead of patronizing them. Highly recommend!

Marty's shop was very friendly and was incredible to work with. Marty took the time to show all the different features on the bike and made a couple of quick adjustment before I left. Communication was great and I cannot recommenced this place enough. Also, there is a shop cat. So that alone is a 10/10 for me!

Marty's is a great shop. The staff is always courteous and helpful. They have a great selection and usually have what I need, and if not, they are happy to order it. One time I needed some odd chain ring bolts for an old crank set and Marty (senior) dumped out an entire drawer of loose pieces on the counter and picked through them to make a complete set for me. That's just a love of the sport and a desire to help customers. They do get busy which is a sign of a good shop, so I try to go in when it is slow. If they're not busy they are happy to chat for a while.

AMAZING experience at Marty’s! :-) My fiancé was looking for a particular road bike, and after searching for weeks we saw online that this bike shop had the bike he wanted in his size. After speaking to Marty on the phone and receiving pictures of the bike via email, he kindly put the bike on hold for us until we were able to make the 3+ hour road trip a few days later. Once we got there, everyone was knowledgeable and kind. They let my fiancé test ride the bike, and answered all questions. There was absolutely no pressure put on us to buy the bike, but my fiancé did not hesitate buying the bike based on the quality of the bike and the knowledge of the staff. They even helped us assemble the bike rack we recently purchased, and also treated us to lunch before our long trip back home! We cannot recommend this bike shop enough!

Marty went above and beyond to resolve a problem I had with a defective bike and then some.I live near Philadelphia where most bike shops see you as a number and don't care if you are not satisfied with their services. They figure that there are plenty of seasonal weekend warriors to make profit off of. Marty's is different. He cares about your satisfaction.Especially if you are a dedicated cyclist, this is the shop for you. It is worth the drive.

Ok, let me start off by saying I had not rode a bike in 15 years when I walked into Marty's. So needless to say I had no clue where to even start. Jeremy, the guy who assisted me, was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I told him what type of riding I thought I would do and my price range and after trying out a few of his recomendations, I was confident in my decision.I will absolutely come back to this bike shop for future purchases and would recomend this shop to you if you're thinking about buying a quality bike or accesory, of which they have many.Thanks Guy!

Had my rear cassette replaced here. I was told it would be between 50 and 80 bucks and should only be a couple days.After 3 weeks and some pestering from me to get them to work on it (it was next in line for 4 days) they finally call to say it's done. By the way, changing the rear cassette takes a few minutes to complete. I ask how much? $220!!! My jaw dropped. It's a entry level bike, not a pro XC bike. I had to come back with more money.I even gave them a 2nd chance and went there with a crank problemThe young guy working there was pulling my crank arm to inspect it when he got scolded along with myself cause that's just not how they do it here. He want me to drop my bike back off!? No way did I leave it there and I never will go back

Great find - a decked out shop with recreational wheels and serious; road, mountain, fats with an old school vibe - dedicated to cycling of all types with a spacious, very neat and well equipt repair shop.Very friendly & knowledgable staff who graciously taught me a thing or two while efficiently changing out a tube with a very slow leak.I was super impressed and long for a shop like this in my burg!Thank you Marty's!!
