Proprietor is super chill, store is laid back, no pressure on buyers and friendly folks who run shop. My only gripe is the hours of the store are hit or miss? There's been times I've gone there and the store is closed during hours and other times I wished I could've gone there and the store is closed. The hours aren't published anywhere that I can find but I think this is probably just part and parcel with it being locally owned and operated; so ya get what ya get and if the owner isn't in he just isn't in :( Issue there is when you call there isn't an answering machine and no one ever answers so if they're the only ones who might have a juice you use for example, you're out of luck unless you get lucky and he's open for business. Otherwise though... when they're there.. it's an awesome little store and the dude will bend over backwards to help you out just wish I could count on normal hours so I didn't have to look elsewhere for what I need.

I always go here for my vape supplies. He is a friendly guy and despite the states ridiculous Taxes he keeps his prices reasonable. I would rather pay a few extra dollars and support a local business than order my stuff online.

Awesome customer service. I bought a vape here about a month ago and this morning it just stopped working. Completely dead. AND I don't have my receipt. Now, I'm a nicotine fiend so I'm driving back to the store all grumpy and ready for a fight. The dude there (maybe the owner?) Immediately made it right. No arguing or himhawing around. Rare to go somewhere that cares about making a long term customer rather than squeezing out as much money as they can

Decent prices for a B&M store, as well as better stock in terms of juice and especially hardware than their competition in Williamsport. The owner has been friendly and amiable every time I've been there with none of the pretentious b.s. present at other shops. When I need to go to a B&M shop, I am more than willing to drive out of my way to go here instead.

Great place, great atmosphere. I have been to countless vape shops all over the north east and beyond and by far Chris has the biggest selection and variety of products. Not only that, he actually pays attention to what customers are looking for. If he didn’t have a juice I was looking for, within a week or 2 he was carrying it. Can’t stress it enough, this is a legit vape shop.

Seem to always have my coils in stock which is a huge plus seeing their nearest competitor always seems to be out. They knew exactly what I needed and was in and out. Very happy with my first experience here. Also very clean and organized.

It has a great selection and the owner and operator, Chris, will keep old lines of juice flavors in for his customers that desire them. He always has coils for my 6 different tanks. They will help you make a selection if you tell them what flavors interest you. Finally, they have deals on a huge selection of items and only deal with high quality products. A+++

It was so refreshing to find a vape shop that was not trying to sell the most expensive device but that actually listened what I wanted an needed it to do I bought the Vaporesso Revenger wow what device I'm so grateful that they advice me on this brand I'd really didn't know much about the brand. I'm truly was blown away by this device. Best I've ever own. Walked in looking to get a charging cable but I also had A LOT of questions about purchasing a mod and I needed the whole thing from the mod, to the juice. The owner was there and answered all of my many questions, made suggestions, and helped me with everything. I walked away from the store with my new vape and actually had a clue how to use it.

Worst customer service ever, the guy in the front was rude and barely answered our questions, go somewhere else if you actually want your questions answered. Also selection of juices, mods, and tanks is very minimal.
