Unpleasant. Watched as the older women in front of me in the store was treated badly. Because she had trouble with the credit card machine. Then questioning her about buying a gift card. It's none of their business what she's using the card for and why so much. The check out girl was just mean. No one seems friendly at all. It's like ur bothering them. Worse experience at a pharmacy

I use to use them frequently, but within the past six months they've become horrible, down right RUDE! Wouldn't recommend them at all, will be switching my whole family to the south Williamsport CVS, the people at the pharmacy there are MUCH better and treat their customer with the utmost respect and care compared to this CVS Muncy pharmacy.. I think your whole team should have to go through trainings on customer service all over again!

I was there. Toady to get a script my granddaughter. And I went into the store. And witnessed something so awful. The lady at the drive through told this elderly man his script wasn't ready. My guess he just left the hospital. And he told what should I do. I live in Laporte. She shut the door and started swearing and said I don't care. Go to weis parking lot and wait!!! I was so beside myself!I will NEVER GO TO CVS IN MUNCY PA AGAIN

I WAS IN YOUR STORE AGAIN TODAY AND NEEDED TO CHECK OUT.THERE WAS 2 GIRLS FILLING INVENTORY .HAD TO RING BELL AFTER A LITTLE WHILE ONE GIRL CAME.YOU COULD TELL SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.THERE IS NEVER A CLERK UP FRONT .I THINK YOU NEED TO HIRE A STOCKER.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was in the drive thru line waiting for my prescription. It's my turn so I pulled up to the window. The lady looked right at me and shut the metal fence and then put on an automated message saying pharmacy closed. So I went in and was like umm I just sat in line for 10 minutes waiting and they shut the metal gate as soon as I pulled up. Manager looks at me and says yeah sorry about thatcome back tomorrow. Very unprofessional and very rude. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My first experience at this pharmacy was nice, I had to switch from a different CVS and the pharmacist ended up being the one to take care of me, and he was very nice. I come here a second time for my daughter and he was very rude and cut off my sentences. I understand that people have their days but that doesn’t excuse being blatantly rude to customers.

This has to be absolutely the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. That’s not to say that customer service has ever been at forefront of there ideology, but throughout the many times filling prescriptions at this location it has been issue after issue.The customer service is just awful, never service with a smile or a greeting of any kind.The pharmacy just cannot seem to get it together. It has been more than once that things have not been filled correctly or on time.I will take my business elsewhere.

A great local option for retail goods and medicines. They have a nice little freezer section also. My favorite services they offer are the photo printing booths. You can even get posters and sales giveaway items such as magnets and enlarged photos. The enlarged poster printing is of high quality also.

Don’t go here and get a COVID test. 5 days after the test no results or communication why or anyone to talk to. So now to go back to work I’ll have to test again somewhere else. I’ll only return to to talk with someone today, I guess they better hope I don’t have it because if they don’t care enough to release the results I don’t care if I give them COVID.UPDATE: they have no idea what happened but I suggested I retest. Incompetence at its best right here. At this point this pharmacy has given me no reason to trust it for anything.

You know what's really sad? The cvs drive thru isn't opened because they are short staffed shouldn't it be the rest of the store let's make all the people that are sick go inside to the pharmacy and spread Covid...I get your short staffed, but this is just the wrong way to do it!

Used to love how fast they used to be. Now good luck. Only thing you get now is slow service, employees who are too busy talking to each other to help customers, and employees who have one pace... snail. Employees are so lazy and rude. Don't go here

I would give negative stars if I could , the filled a partial prescription for my husband witch was fine under the stipulation that we would be able to pick up the other half with no issues when they had the other half of the prescription when we ran into a issue instead of helping my husband woth his life saving medication the pharmacist ( the same guy that we talked to the first time ) acted like he had no clue what was going on then blatantly lied about the situation when I asked for his name he also played clueless and hung the phone up on me never again will I use this cvs and I don't recommend for anyone especially if ur medication is life saving

Good friendly staff. When sending me a text message you need to spell out the name of the medicine you have filled for me. The abbreviation of the medicine never tells me what it is. Please spell it out. A lot of the time it is meds that I only needed to take once.

If I could give them no stars I would have but one works I guess.... Been filling my meds here for weeks with no problems and no co-pays at all with my insurance but today they spelled my name wrong so it seemed like I didn't have insurance when they ran my name and they wanted me to pay 198 for my script that has been covered for the past three months I've been going there.

Dropped of prescription at 10 am. Told them I would be back at 430 to pickup and was assured it would be ready. Here now and being told it is going to be 20 minutes and they dont even have all of them.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy . Horrible service was told 15 minutes at 12:15 for a script that was sent in at 8:30 am. I had to wait for 45 minutes.
