It is July 6th, 2022 and they are making their employees wear masks. What a joke. I will avoid this place untill they quit wearing masks. Their employees must hate the management. Total waste of time!

A decent inventory of general hardware and comparable pricing. If you happen to live nearby, the quick trip and convenience make up the difference. Friendly staff always attentive and ask if you need any help.

I love Cole's such interesting things in their store. I live about 45 minutes away but I do stop whenever I am in the area. It's worth the stop even if it's only to browse

Nice staff and an okay inventory. If you are doing minor home repair and you don't have your heart set on a specific brand then this is a great store. If you need building supplies like wood, shingle, etc you're going to need a different hardware store.

I drive truck and needed a couple of pallets readjusted on my trailer. I called them and asked if they would help me out with their forklift. They did just that and willingly. They didn't even charge me for their time. If I lived locally, I'd be pretty devoted to these guys. Great people.

The first Coles hardware store ever went into was in Milton PA now there's one in muncy PA and they still have good quality and I love the hardware store

Today, September 28, 2021 around 11:00am I was at Coles in Muncy, PA. while I was in the store, it started raining pretty hard so I jokingly commented to one of the assistants that they had a good thing going, waiting for people to get inside than started the rain so we would all have to buy umbrellas or rain coats.I went outside and was waiting for it to let up a bit before I headed for my truck when this same associate came with an umbrella and offered to walk me to my truck, which she did. This is customer service above and beyond. That young lady changed my entire outlook on the day.Thank you and God Bless.

This is a new store with all the wonderful merchandise that Cole's in known for. The staff is friendly and it is nicely maintained.The parking lot is a little weird but take it slowly.Overall a great store.

Great little store. Has just about anything you need for small jobs around the house. The staff are very freindly. Prices are comparable to lowes or home depot of just a little more but for convenience sake it's worth the little extra.

The store is very new and so for that reason I thought it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They have a big selection of just about anything that you would need. The prices are a little high compared to some of the bigger chain home improvement stores.

They have everything you'd need in the muncy hughesville area .. but a good extra 5-10 minutes would get you to Lowe's which is objectively much cheaper in comparison. I'm not sure why they're marked up so much higher. A baggie of 5 1 inch long heat stink tubes was 8 bucks. I bought a bag of 100 for 10 bucks at Lowe's. (Or 300 for 15 on amazon).The service is always good but some associates are, naturally, better at one department than others so it's kind of a toss up on whether the particular associate you get is knowledgeable about that particular product.

Worst store out of 4 local hardware stores. They dont know thier product,try n make u buy things u dont want and give u an attitude when thier wrong. Sad I gave them several tries. I wouldn't recommend going to the muncy store. Unless u like spending gas money for wasted trip. Also every tool I've bought there in the last 30 days has either broke,wore out or rusted from washing it off with water.

I was recently away from my home and bought product from another location afterwards realized I needed a larger amount thought since I give my name and phone number everytime I make a purchase I would be able to exchange without a receipt but I guess it's only good for flooding my email thanls
