I emailed them regarding a quote on a new Big Tex dump trailer. Rich Jr emailed me back very quickly.He answered all of my questions, and we were able to come to an agreement.I made the hour and 20 minute trip with my old trailer to trade in. Rich, Sr. And Rich, Jr. were an absolute pleasure to deal with.All the paperwork was done very quickly, and by the time it was done the trailer was ready to go.Their worker gave me a thorough review of how to operate the Power up and down, as well as answered any other questions I had.I definitely had a positive sales experience, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer.

I live 3 hours away in New Jersey. Carrs had what I wanted. Called and spoke to Harold. Extremely pleasant to work with. Left a deposit over the phone since I couldn't get there for a couple weeks. Called day before pickup to let them know I was coming. Got there the next day and was greeted at the door my Max the dog. Off to a good start. :) Harold was off but Richie took care of the sale. I wish everything was that easy. When I was done they had me pull around back. Didn't get the gentleman's name but he was more than helpful making sure inhad everything I needed for towing my new trailer with my vehicle. If the need arises....I will definitely be shopping there again. A+ all around. Thank you!

Very helpful, polite easy transaction. When I went around back to pickup my trailer a light wasn't working (truck issue). Technician fixed the problem immediately. Above and beyond service something you don't find to often these days.(Oh BTW the dog is amazing!)

Can’t say anything wrong about Rich and his Staff at Carrs’s trailers ,Top notch, worked with Howard today in purchasing a trailer, a dump trailer outstanding service. Before I drove off the service tech explained everything to Me how many pounds of air tire should have what torque should be on the nuts?  when I have to change a tire, made sure all the lights were working .Just all in all outstanding service……Thank you Again guys….Father and Son Blacktop.💪🥊

Purchased a trailer a few weeks ago. The lot was a little confusing to navigate since none of the trailers were marked. You had to look in the trailers to see what size they were. None of the trailers had prices on, so it was hard to determine how much you'd be spending on a new trailer until you got inside to talk with someone. All in all, a decent experience with the man running the business. The owner and his son were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed petting the friendly shop dog.

I purchased a 16GN from here about a month and a half ago from here, at the time of purchase I asked to derate the trailer being that I am a Non CDL driver and the salesman said it would not be necessary as long as i haul under 26k pounds, today I am stuck at weigh station because of that sticker and the dealership will not do anything anything to help the situation out. Pure laziness and lack of knowledge at this dealership please beware they just want to sell at all costs and give incorrect information, I just saw a response to this review and that is completely a LIE Howard never explained anything you just mentioned and said it was not necessary and further more I just spoke to another gentleman at your facility and the way he spoke to me is no way to speak to customers, especially when my company bought 2 trailers off of you ! So if this is the owner give me a call you have my number

I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a trailer, whether utility, dump, or enclosed these guys have a huge inventory!Customer service was outstanding from sales to the guys in the shop. They were super helpful, and knowledgeable. A family owned business with family values.

I contacted AAA for a tow. I received a call from Rich who was immediately dismissive and abrupt with me. When we realized that there was a mix-up with the AAA paperwork, I asked to give AAA a call to get it worked out. His comment to me was, " I will give it 15 minutes, and then I am sending my guy home. " I attempted to work out the mix-up, but was not able to speak to anybody in a timely manner. I called Rich back to discuss it and see if we could work something out, he was immediately abrupt with me again and stated, "either AAA will pay for it or you will pay for it. " It was at that time I decided I would never do business with this individual or his company and I terminated the telephone call.

I will start with the positive. I love the dump trailer I purchased. It is a nice piece of equipment. I purchased the trailer and got home only to realize the purchase price wasn't what was advertised on their website. I was charged $200 more than was listed. I called them on Monday and was told they made a mistake on the website. I was told the picture of the trailer I purchased was put on the wrong ad even though the description was exactly the trailer I purchased the only difference was the color listed. I was told they could give me the cheaper trailer at the lower price. But would do nothing else for me. Just beware of price switching.

Rich waited on me while I was there I asked a simple question ? pricing on renting a dump trailer. He told me I was not qualified to rent a trailer. I don't know what he meant by that if anything I hold a CDL and probably have more credentials then Rich. Very RUDE will not do business at Carr's again.

I bought a 5'x8' utility trailer from them. They had all the paperwork ready and waiting for my signature. It took about 20 minutes till everything was signed and it was hitched to my truck. They gave me an owners manual and said to call them if I didn't understand anything.The mechanic that coupled my trailer to the truck went over tire pressures and he recommended that I re-torque the lug nuts after 50 miles. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will certainly purchase other trailers if the need arises.

Disappointed. The day before my appointment I spoke with a nice salesman about setting up my Subaru and teardrop trailer with electric brakes. He was very pleasant and he was asking me about my setup and what needed done. He was patient as I have no knowledge about trailer and electrical work. He told me Thursday was wide open to bring the trailer/car in to get set up ASAP. I arrived Thursday morning and dealt with another salesman/mechanic. I explained to this guy what I spoke to the previous salemen about and he cut me off and basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about. A 10 second berate! I took it as he was having a bad day and still wanted to have work done. I handed him the keys and he told me he would call when it was done. I asked when he thought. He started laughing and pointed to the wall and said" whenever it gets done...can't you see the wall full of work paper!" Again, I was told Thursday was wide open and would only take 4 hours to complete and when I got there I was told maybe 1-2 days! As bad as I needed this job done for my trailer and car...I'll wait to find someone else.

Great service! Carl provided me with all the information I needed to get me on the road safely with my new trailer. Orlando had all the paper work completed before my arrival! That got me back on the road in short order as I traveled 3.5 hours to Carrs to make my purchase.

I have bought at least 4 trailers from Carrs and they had all the accessories that I needed to be added to my trailer onsite and installed them promptly! Also they make sure everything works before you leave with your new trailer will be going back again soon for a new trailer and accessories. You won't be disappointed Too notch Business!!

The only thing that got them one star is that the tow truck did show up. I called Triple A on Friday afternoon since my truck would not start. Cares Trailers & Supplies calls me to tell me that they are not a 24-7 operation so they would be there Saturday morning around 8:30. It snowed that night so at 9:30 the driver showed up to tell me that he couldn’t back up the hill so I asked him if he could try driving up in forward and turn around up top, his reply was that he already tried and didn’t make it any further. I walked down to the bottom of the hill and only found the tracks of his rear tires into the road and front stopped at the end (Lie number1)I called them when the snow melted and I was told that they would be there Sunday morning at 9 am and would haul it to where it had to go. Saturday afternoon I salted and spread some stone at the end of the drive way but they never showed up Sunday (lie number 2). I tried to call but only got a voicemail so I tried again Monday morning.I called the tow company around 9:35 and was told that they would call ma back, after 45 minutes I called Triple A again to get an up date and was told the tow company would call me. At 10:12 they called and treated me like I was an idiot and told me they would try it one more time then they would never come back again. At 12:50 I called to cancel them and have someone else haul the vehicle but Carrs said they were in route (lie 3). It is less then a 1/2 hour from there to here, needles to say that at 2:15 I called Triple A again and canceled them to have someone competent to come and get my vehicle.They should not be able to be an emergency tow company if this is how they treat people.

I’m reading some of these reviews after I already bought my trailer and I’m scratching my head, my salesman was Rich I believe, he was honestly great to deal with, he answered all my questions and was really knowledgeable in different makes and models of trailers and I was in and out in no time at all. I wish I remembered the guys name who walked me through the trailer because he was awesome!! This guy had me laughing and was great to be around, he could have said everything you need to know is in the book but he hooked my trailer up to my truck, showed me all the features of the trailer and was just truly awesome. I have a trailer place 20 minutes from my house but I will gladly drive the 2 hours to go there again. I will be referring people there. Thank You for a great experience. Jeff Baronski

Will not do business here again. I bought a trailer here a few years ago without an issue. Went in for parts and was treated like I was a bother. Very rude service, you need to find some people skills if you want to stay in business. I own a business and will be buying more trailers in the near future from somewhere else. Never going here again.

I was in a bind and needed a trailer. They had so many in my category that I needed help. It wasn't a sales experience, more like my relative was helping me. I can see that they are doing well and that is why. The price I was offered was more than fair. And it was the right trailer for my needs. Rich Jr. Listened. In the end I look at it as a great experience, so I took the time to tell you. What a well built trailer. So nice.

These guys were great even though they were very busy. They are not a hardware store, they are a very professional trailer dealer with multiple manufacturer trailers in stock.

I just picked up my New Trailer today!... i was referred by someone who has bought 3 trailers from Carrs. They had a huge selection. Orlando helped me and was really patient and answered ALL my questions...explained everything about the trailer I bought.everyone there was friendly AND helpful!.. This ISNT the type of place you just go in and buy a trailer and the salesperson takes your money ,and says " see ya". I left There COMPLETELY satisfied AND Happy! I will 100% buy from them again!...when i upgrade 😊 if i could give them more stars...i would..

The trailer that I bought speaks for itself. The salesman named Orlando was great to deal with. The owner however, was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor by selling it. The owner would not make it if it wasn't for the staff that keep the business going.

The last two times I have been in, the staff was somewhat short tempered and rude. Today I had the absolute WORST experience of my life of ANY establishment I have entered. Ever! These people need to learn how to treat customers. In a world where your competition is found just 1 click away, it baffles me how any retailer would treat a customer with an ounce of rudeness and like they don't need them. It also baffles me why they advertise on a Christian radio station. Quite hypocritical.. Carr's failed 3X. Never again.

Great buying experience. They went beyond expectations in going over trailer options in supplying a trailer for my needs. When my decision was made they got my trailer in the shop immediately to get the tie-down points installed and make sure my wiring was complete. I recommend Carr's for anyone needing a good, quality trailer.
