It has been years since I was in Big Lots. I went there with a friend. The selection now is far beyond what I remembered it to be! The staff was great! Thebstore was clean and well stocked. We had no issues finding what we were looking for.

The Staff here is awesome!! Especially Ashley & Adam!! Very helpful, kind & considerate. I purchased some Christmas Decorations here on Sunday, than returned an hour later to purchase a "Grand White" fireplace. After Hubby put it together for 2.5 hours, [while his Eagle's Vs. Giants game was playing ]. * Thankfully his team won* I noticed upon "reveal" that it was the wrong one.:( It Was accidentally loaded into our truck by an employee. Simple "Mix-up". They were very busy that day. We kept it, so all is not lost. Great store! Awesome prices!:)~Beautiful addition to our bedroom~I've gotten 3 different furniture pieces here, along with home decor furnishings as well!:)

There's a gentleman named Bill , He was so helpful and helped my husband put the sectional on the trailer nobody was around to help but Bill ! He deserves a raise!! This poor man was doing everything by himself!

Look at the prices, they stuck stickers over the old one and didn't even cover some of them up. A 8 dollar item marked up to 10 dollars is a increase of 25 percent.

lots of cool things at low prices in Big Lots! i got all my last minute Christmas shopping done there and there's cool things for everybody there! i always seem to find those bulk flavored lip balms there which is pretty cool for me since I loose lip balm so easy. they've got tons of cool stuff here

Still enjoy shopping here. The store is full of items, and unusual things you could be looking for. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Love their sales and furniture.

It's a nice store that has a little bit everything. Though furniture section is a bit cramped. I really can't say much on this sense it's a go see what they got sort of deal.They do have a lot of seasonal items as well as other items for every day life. (Similar to Walmart/Kmart)Over all not a bad store to go just check out and kill time. May find something you like/need.

Big Lots is an amazing chain of stores and their MUNCY store is one of the best examples. It’s always nice and neat and the employees always do their best to help you find what you are looking for. It carries a wide variety of products from food to furniture. They always give you great deals especially when you use your Big Lots rewards card

We have a big lots back home but not as nice, clean and well-stocked as this one. Also, it seems they have crazy daily specials. This time it was on Special K cheery snack bars: 12-pack for $1 (reg. $4). Furniture (indoor and outdoor) selection was extensive and thrifty as well.Nice place.

Went to look for a king size mattress and box spring. I was very happy to go on a day when a delivery of their stock was being unloaded and was able to bring home my purchase the same day. Other stores I was going to have to wait until January for delivery.

An amazing variety of great quality products. You can find things that you wouldn't normally find in other stores. The prices are pretty amazing as well. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly. This store is always clean. It's a great place to shop, although I always end up spending more money than I planned on when I walked in

I give them 3 stars because you look online and see a bunch of clearance items and when you get there they don't have them. And it used to be a lot cheaper to shop here. Now it is not really much cheaper than just going to Walmart. And if you are gonna clearance something. Don't put broken stuff on clearance. I mean come on, if it is broken. Donate it or throw it out.

This big lots (as far as I have seen) appears to be clean. It has a good variety of products that changes frequently. Prices are fair on most things. My only qualm is that they don't usually have enough cashiers to handle the lines that can get out of hand pretty quickly.

Great customer service today from the manager, Adam. Had to return my oversized recliner due to a manufacturer defect. Ada promptly and courteously exchanged it AND gave me a 3 year warranty. Excellent job Adam!!

I am a responsible adult, I wear my mask in public. It makes me anxious, so I limit my time in a store. I had 2 items, I was sixth in line behind people with overflowing carts. The cashier didn't attempt to call for more cashier's. Instead she chatted up the one she was waiting on. I finally laid down my stuff and left. .
