What a nice store due to the employees! The place was buzzing w workers n not once did I hear a complaint! The store parkinglot needs a covered area(s) for the handicapped to leave the electric scooters. I wasn't able to use any due to water being in the seats, inside n out.

It's not often that I have such a positive experience somewhere that I'll go out of my way to leave a positive review.There is an employee at this location who goes by the name Paul, when I go to work in the morning I always stop by Weis to grab a quick snack for the office, and if there is an employee there that I think deserves a raise it would be this man right here. I have never met such a hard worker. So much so, that I still go out of my way to stop there every morning to grab one single yogurt instead of shopping elsewhere and picking stuff up in bulk at the beginning of the week (which believe me, would be a cheaper option). This has made my day every single day I stop in there. Despite this man always having a back support brace on, every single day I walk in to see this man ALWAYS on task and stocking the dairy products and yogurts, beautifully. He is one of the kindest employees I have ever met and genuinely an angel. Hold on to this one! He is the kind of person/employee you never want to lose. This man deserves a raise!

After taking 1 bite of a pizza I almost choked on a chicken bone. Not sure why I have to I ironically ask for boneless pizza to roll the dice on a lethal chicken bone in my throat.

I stopped in for a few things and thought I'd treat myself to a slice of Lemon Meringue Pie. Five bucks is a little pricey but I got it any way. When I took the first bite, I realized it was frozen. Even after letting it sit for 30 minutes, it had like a slushie texture, not the smoothness that Lemon Meringue should have. Also, the crust was way too thin. It ended up in the trash.

It was smaller than some of the other Weis stores I have been to in various cities. It still very much has everything you could look for or need at a grocery store. In an emergency we needed helium filled balloons and stopped here. Yes they had them of course, a little pricey but it was an emergency!

Went to do our grocery shopping 11/20/22 around 10a.m. Found everything we needed. Went to checkout, lines were 3 - 4 customers deep and only 2 or 3 lanes open. We decided to use the self-checkout...What a BIG mistake!We kept having issues w/the machine, having to wait for an associates assistance. Finally after about the 6th time I made the following comment: ""This is ridiculous, I don't get paid to do this job" & the associates COCKY, SNIDE reply was "Well then you should have used the regular checkout"! I believe her name was Sue(but NOT 100%). Instead of apologizing for the machines she chose to respond in a SNARKY, ARROGANT way - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! We spent ~ $200.00 there & I will NOT be spoken to like that ever again by a Weis employee & I can promise you if I am I WILL leave my cart full of groceries sit where it is & leave ALONG w/contacting corporate!!There is a gentleman in the Produce Dept, that is the HAPPIEST, NICEST, HELPFUL Associate I have ever come across(I do not recall his name), but it is always a pleasure to see/talk to him!Both my wife & I were still in shock & appalled w/her behavior after loading our groceries into our vehicle, I went back in to Customer Service & explained our experience to the Front End Manager. Even though I could not provide her w/a name, she said "I know exactly who you are talking about", which tells me her behavior must be common & she has acted this way before. The Manager apologized over & over & said she would escalate the matter to the store manager.It would be my suggestion that the kind gentleman over in produce give her some CUSTOMER SERVICE training, because she CLEARLY has NO idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!

They have such good deals that I get a lot more for my budget. The gas points come in really well and this store has a gas station so no out of the way driving. The cookie club program is a nice bonus for your kids (free cookie and every 10 cookies, free donut). But my biggest plus for this store are the workers. They are always super nice, helpful and just seem to be in good moods.

Curbside pick'up staff are the absolute best! Fast, efficient & knowledgeable, as well as professional kind and courteous. I don't know who does the Interviews or makes the choices for who they hire but they consistently choose the best employees -- they deserve a very big bonus for a job well done! I can provide timestamps on the call.Edit #2:Since posting this the French Vanilla creamer was advertised and on an end-cap. Hoping this is a turnaround for maintaining stock, creamer is a premium around here. Thank you. Cashier was also very helpful.

Overpriced, but they have some items that other stores don't have. Still I only go once every 2-3 weeks. Their sales are confusing and print is small. Watch out. Their " reward" points are silly, and only good for a couple of weeks, then they take them away.

Stopped in a few days ago on my lunch hour for a few items I needed for supper...the store was well stocked, clean, found everything I needed and then some. Cashier was so friendly and bagged my groceries like they were her own.

We used to do most of our shopping here, but have stopped. The prices really are outrageous and the overall quality of produce and meat is poor. The staff seem fine and generally polite, even at busy times. We will come back here if we need anything urgently, but it won't be our first choice. Inflation is already bad without paying a premium for being the only larger retailer in the area. Wilkes-Barre is worth the extra drive for better quality and pricing.

Generally pleased with location, ease and convenience of self checkouts, however, the produce has been very disappointing. I’ve tried different storage options after purchases and everything looks fresh until I get it home. Lucky to last a day at most and that’s both fruits and fresh vegetables! I shop the Dallas location and it’s the exact opposite??? I’ve refrigerated and tried room temp options and every time without fail I throw more out than I’m comfortable with.Disappointed and find myself shopping elsewhere and sacrificing the convenience of location.

Really pretty awful. Some of the people are very nice, but they have converted most of the check outs to self check out so there is always a line. It's miserable if you have a lot of items. I've even tried waiting for a person at a register only to have people keep trying to force me into a self checkout. One employee told me she would check me out. We walked over to a self check out and she checked out my soda and then left me on my own. Another employee got pretty rude with me because the help thing went off. I had no idea why and she seemed annoyed by it. Look, if I work there I need an employee discount. What a mess.

Great place to shop, very clean. No line to get in, curbside pick orders available. However the automatic check out is the worst. Only 2 lines with an actual cashier. Too many issues at self check out and the older people hate it. Plus ur putting more kids out of work. Half the time there are 2 or 3 kids standing around doing nothing or have to come to the automated line to help out anyway. Put them back on the check out line, give the kids a job. Prices are going up more too. When Weis sends me a check and a W2 at the end of the year I will check myself out......PLEASE!!!

This store is really clean compared to other grocery stores I've been too. Its staff is so helpful and will do almost anything to make you happy. They have a great selection of ethnic foods, gluten free foods, natural and organic, and frozen foods. The produce and meat/seafood departments are fresh and clean. Checkout experience is always nice. The cashiers are the best around. Everyone is quick and friendly and if you need to get out fast there's 5 self checks to use.

Self check-out anyone? First, their prices are extremely high for competing markets in the area. Even Wegman's is cheaper (and better quality).Additionally, they've slowly eliminated the majority of their staffed checkout lines and replaced them with self check-out.Say no to Weis Markets!

Produce is decent...prices are average...gas points changed and sometimes they expire too soon. I got a bunch on Sunday and they expire on Wednesday. Unfortunately the truck is almost full so instead of getting $.70 off of 20 gallons, I'll get it off of 5 gallons. It is almost enough for me to shop elsewhere just because that does not seem fair. Still not loving the way you can use gas points.

One of the least customer friendly grocery stores around. Checkouts were always poorly maned with just a few open, but now they converted almost all of them to self checkout. Still a lot of staff around, now they just direct you to a self checkout lane so you can checkout yourself and bag your own groceries.

Again - No baskets, no small carts. But when parking I see ‘ cart kid ‘ in parking lot so I know he’s working on it. I do my shopping & leave seeing that there are still no baskets nor carts !
