Michelle does a great job. Neither of my dogs are the easiest to work with, and they are always treated well and look great when they are done. I can tell she genuinely cares about the comfort and well being of my dogs.

Melissa cares a great deal for the pets entrusted to her for care. She did an amazing job with our "skittish" very untrusting, nervous dog. She gave us updates as we were away for a week and even bathed her prior to us picking her up. We will be using her again for our next vacation.

Michelle is wonderful with our babies. They come home smelling fresh for a week or more. They are always happy to go, no sign of nerves so it's always comforting knowing they are in the best hands. We love getting a photo of our fur babies when they are ready for pick up! I highly recommend Pretty Paws Too and are glad to have them in our area.

Nice big inside pens with walls in between to cut down on potential fence fighting. Doesn't even smell doggy. So clean! Staff gets the dogs out into the yard at least 3x/day so they're getting human interaction at least that often.

This was the first time we kenneled our 4 year old King Charles and we were nervous about it. Michelle was comforting and kept in touch by text and sent photos of our JJ. Michelle and Staff at Pretty Paws Too are absolutely incredible! I am the Mommy of a VERY fussy Corgi that doesnt care to have her rumpus combed out, doesnt like the blow dryer and from time to time will be naughty when getting her nails done. However, Michelle and her staff are EXTREMELY caring, gentle, sweet and professional. They respect that each dog is different and 100% cater to each pups individual needs and also the (furbabies Mommies and Daddies). Dont even mess around with any other groomer....take your fur kid where you KNOW they will be treated like royalty!! Kudos Michelle!!!

This is the SECOND time that the owner commented on my Facebook page about my dog receiving grooming services elsewhere. I brought Jagger to Pretty Paws Two for the owner's kenneling services. My comment on my Facebook page about my dog receiving grooming services elsewhere was NOTHING personal against her, except she chose to react with "Hey! That's not nice!" and chose to block me on my Facebook page. And I thought that we were not only clients but friends. I guess I was wrong. I wish the owner well but kindly suggest against her making any negative comments on their clients Facebook pages since it is VERY unprofessional. It takes months or years to find a good client….. and seconds to lose one…
