I place an order for a lawn tractor battery online. Tractor supply website said that I could pick it up today at the store. Minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled. No information as to why. Thinking I may have done something wrong, I re-ordered it. Minutes later, same thing. A little communication goes a long way, just tell me why it was cancelled. I called the number contained in the email that said call this number with any questions. I was told that the item was out of stock. I asked why my order was taken if the item was out of stock and was told that inventory is the individual store's responsibility. As long as it says Tractor Supply on the store, Tractor Supply has responsibility regardless if they accept it or not. No other nearby Tractor Supply stores have that battery, but it is still on the website. Bought my battery at Paul B. Zimmerman, they want my business.

Always check your pricing against the cash register.Price should have been $3.99 per pound, charged me $5.49 per pound for hardware. The cashier was helpful but was not very professional about a solution. Customers started to stack up at the register so I just went with the flow. BewareUPDATE: See their response.... I have included enough information for someone to research the problem and respond. This is kind of the problem, a computerized response to a human problem.The reality is I was just sharing my experience, no response was expected or required.

Second time now this place has had their inventory wrong and I show up to pick up my order and it's not here. Not to mention their system locked me out so we couldn't place an order and no discount for time wasted was offered. I'll be buying somewhere else.

I was looking for a particular item. One of the employees walked by and stopped to ask if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he told me where it was and also walked me there. He was very helpful and asked if I needed anything else. The employee at the checkout was pleasant and asked if I found everything that I needed.

We own a stock tank pool company in Lancaster and overbought tanks this season. We needed to return some tanks because of our overestimation. Mount Joy TS was very helpful and processed our returns without any hassle. We really like the Mount Joy location and will continue to give them our business. Each employee we encountered was very nice and helpful.

They cannot keep the items I need in stock that you'd think Tractor Supply would have stockpiles of. When I asked the clerk if they had anymore in the back, she checked and said the company selling the product sends them the display of garden supplies already filled and they weren't sure if they'd have anymore for the season. It's only April?! I was hoping I'd be able to use Tractor Supply for all my gardening needs but I guess I have to travel extra far to go to a competitor.

According to the website they have an item that I wanted and it was in stock at this store. I walked in, I was greeted, and I asked where this item was located. She said it would be back in with the hunting equipment. So I walked back and I could not find it. I found another person who worked there and explained what I was looking for and he just kind of chuckled when I told him the website indicated that the item would be available. And a vague "it should be back there if we have it" response.So, off to Amazon I go.

Had to return a 60 inch floor fan and they were awesome. We got it replaced AND bought a second one. Helped us load them and got cardboard to put between the fans. Friendly and manager was great.

I only visited to do an online order pickup but the process of getting my items was quick and easy. I saw that they had allowed a food truck to set up in the driveway to attract some additional traffic.This particular store seemed much smaller than others I have seen but there was plenty of parking.

Love the store, great prices. The male cashier went out of his way to help me get the best deal. My low stars are due to a female employee. She sold me a dieing baby chicken it was dead next morn after I washed poop that was cemented on it. My complaint is I asked her for help I said I want just basics everything was right there at the peeps for great price. This woman took us to back of store loaded the biggest most expensive items then tried to put a 20lb bag the size of a horse in my cart. I only got 6 baby peeps. I only wanted 4 but she said there only 25 cent. Then I did my email for the store non of my purchase has shown up. Also I had to put half my cart back and buy the smaller cheaper items. I asked this lady for the basics I said it repeatedly. I spent 60 if I would of got all her stuff bill would of been in hundreds. I have 4 kids I can come back if I need more items. Thanks

Was really disappointed in this place yesterday - my husband and I needed assistance for chicks, after making several laps around the store not one employee could be found throughout it. I understand Saturday’s are busy, but that’s when a store should be fully staffed. I finally had to go up to one of the cashiers and asked nicely if we could have some assistance, he proceeded to give us the biggest attitude saying to wait near Customer Service, I gently said to him that no employees were back there and he snapped on me saying he would call someone back. Rude - uncalled for. I felt embarrassed that I was being treated this way in front of a long line of people. The cashier proceeds to call over the intercom for assistance for Customer Service as we walked back - we waited there for 20 mins, no one came! I finally found an employee walking around the store and was able to have them assist. She was extremely helpful and another cashier was too. But that was probably the only time in my life I was treated that badly by an employee for no reason - like I said before I get that it was a busy Saturday but then again no excuse for unhelpful and mean attitudes. This trip to the store should have been 10 mins tops but turned into 30+ for lackadaisical and rude employees

After standing in check out for 15 minutes to buy work boots. I was then told I had to go back to customer service to pick up my other boot. So after another 15 minutes of waiting for someone to show up to the customers desk. After receiving my other boot I was informed u would have to go back to check out and wait un line to get the security device removed. Definitely the worst system I've ever seen.

All other online suppliers which previous matched Amazon's price went to charging full retail. Yet they only had 30 lb bags for almost $80. I use 4 different dry pet foods and 2 different canned foods, daily. I cannot afford $80 for just one of those 6 pet foods I use daily. So I went to Mount Joy Tractor Supply and as soon as I entered the pet food section I was greeted by an employee who checked his phone and said they should have it even though we couldn't find it. Here it was hidden on the very top shelf, which he needed a ladder to get to. I never would have seen it. Yes, it was full price but in a 15 lb size for $40, no discounts but my girl Ceili can continue on with a quality product that helps with one of her many issues. As a pet owner and gardener, who uses Sundays for my 'project' days, I never realized how much I would appreciate this store being in Mount Joy.

Got what I went for. They have tools, portable heaters, tracker supplies, food for cats and dogs and for many farm animals along with supplies for the baby chicks and ducks they sell right now in March and April. They get new ones in twice a week. The ducks go fast. They also have riding mowers far sale but they are a bit pricey for me. Also have selection of pants and shirts and hats, safety shirts, and shoes and boots for sale.

I’ve been purchasing wood pellets from this Tractor Supply for 4 years now. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have had to deal with the associate running the register by the name of Paul. This person is very rude and I attempted to ignore it last year because of the circumstances we faced but this year was no different. Truly he does not know how to handle the customer and proceeded to tell me the discount I was able to receive was only 10 cents per bag when it is 20 cents. I know it’s not a lot but I had to pull up the add to show him how wrong he was. He should know what the discount was it’s not new it is something Tractor Supply does every year when you buy more then 50. I do not see any future buying from this location and will take my businesses elsewhere in the future.

My only complaint would be the fact that a sign said price as marked but there was no price on the items. The cashier happily checked a price for me but there were several other items I was intrested in and didn't purchase because I would have had to ask cashier for prices. This was brought to his attention. Other than that i love going to this store

Horrible customer service. At least 8 people working in the store and maybe only 2 are actually working. Most everyone else is standing around chatting with each other or are flirting with a woman customer. I did an online order and not one person is willing to help me so I can get it. Curbside pickup is a joke if you use it. I would love to see TSC start actually caring about customer service like it they have in the past.

Lost 40lbs had to replace my belt.had a great selection,but no prices on one brand, as i was trying to find one young lady came to watch me thought i was profiled. Asked about belts i have no scanner,sorry. Went to checkout looked back she was gone. No strong reason to return any time soon!

Deb was very friendly, and everyone I talked to in the store was extremely nice and helpful. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took 15 minutes to find an employee. Once I did though, everything went smoothly
