Great experience, the amount of ice cream for the price never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Please remember to tip the young ladies they are working to get some extra money while they are away at school.

Very good. I took my dog so I got a vanilla ice cream in a cup. Wonderful to eat outside with my dog on a hot day.

Use to like this place but after my experience last night they have lost a customer! My wife ordered 4 strawberry and banana milkshakes and the girls mistakenly made us 4 smoothies. After explaining that there was a mistake and we ordered milkshakes the girl at the window told us "the machines are off" it was 7:45 pm and we waited 10 minutes already for something we didn't order! She literally said "do you want the smoothies because our machines are down for the night" didn't give me a refund didn't do anything to make their mistake rite so their smoothies were dumped in the trash at the caboose and I had them make the order that I already paid tasty Swirl to do!

BEST soft Ice Cream in the Poconos. Conveniently located to shop rite and The Barber shop, get a shave and a Haircut then go treat your self to a cone!

I love tasty swirl. It has the best ice cream and cakes in the world. If your are in the area or passing through, you should stop. The staff is polite and helpful. The prices are also not too high. I highly recommend going to tasty swirl.

While on vacation in the Poconos it is well worth a wait on line to sample tasty swirl ice cream. Then maple walnut ice cream is decadent and fresh. Every single Sundae is too big to finish. Their cones are stacked High with the most delicious Rich ice cream. They even have a doggie sundae. Unlike other stores in the area that accommodate a dairy free customer base, they're extremely friendly and the prices are unbelievable. I can take an entire family there and spend $20.

Very high quality ice cream. Some other places' ice cream isn't so creamy, but the soft ice cream here almost has the consistency of custard. The sizes are quite big too, so you get a lot for your money.

Tasty swirl was phenomenal! I ordered a CMP and it was made perfectly! The chocolate and marshmallow was drizzled throughout the entire thing!!!

Usually a good place but last visit the girls working were all rude and upset that I had a "large" order. Complained the whole time, made things wrong, and were generally just rude. Might start going to the caboose instead
