It's very off putting when you walk into the store and there is an associate gossiping and bad mouthing other employees while sitting at the beauty counter drinking a cup of coffee. (This happens a lot) The other side of the coin is then this person wants to stalk and hover as you shop for items you have CLEARLY stated you don't need help with. Lastly your associates don't know how to even handle a complaint properly, when I said something about my experience I got excuses instead of an I'm sorry I'll pass that along to the appropriate person.

I love this store. I’ve been shopping here for over 15 years and the employees are the nicest, kindest, and most friendly than any other store like it. I always find what I need, and I appreciate how clean and organized the store is. I shop here for everything because I feel very comfortable here. I also have a monthly prescription and the pharmacists are attentive and kind. 5 stars

My insurance asking me to ask my doctor to get medications for 3 months. Every time I ask to give me 90 days supply, they are telling me it’s limited because of insurance. I switched to CVS Pharmacy, here we go, no problem, 90 days it is. No limits from insurance.Very slow system update. My doctor sent prescriptions at 11 AM, I came to pick up at 5 PM they told me nothing received. Same to CVS I got confirmation text message in 5 minutes.Very disappointed, I used Rite Aid for 10 years in NJ no problem ever. I think it’s just this store. No more Rite Aid.

This pharmacy used to be a great pharmacy but it seems like some of the staff don't know what they're doing some of the times that I gone there in the past few months. Also, newer people were recently hired and all but one seems to actually care about you as well as be understanding, at the same time.Some new people seem preoccupied talking bad about costumers, after they walk away with the pharmacist and/or technician. Also, some of the newer techs think it's okay to talk to the costumers like garbage. One one occasion, they told me a prescription couldn't be refilled, I thought someone stole my prescription and after one hour of calling the cops and doing the math, for the 6th time (regardless of getting the same results) I called back and have explained the whole math equation. They finally said "oh yeah you're right."Really, if the technician had been patient and didn't hang up the phone in my ear, before I could even ask why they weren't due and how it would have saved me a lot of trouble.Also some of the pharmacist have become a little bit judgmental over the past year about what prescriptions you get, and make it very obvious that they think you should not be on them or getting them. Regardless of what your doctor knows. This is crazy to me because your doctor knows more about you than your pharmacists does. I also thought that they have some kind of oath, and can't judge you but most of them do. Some also judge you without even knowing the facts. It's quite embarrassing to be a Riteaid Pharmacy costumer, for quite a few people. I am sure one of these times they will make an jackass out of themselves by assuming rather than getting the facts first.I hope that management corrects this situation. I am also thinking about writing a letter to the actual people in charge, once I get names and see it happen again to anyone and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Some things are unacceptable.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly and unreasonably rude, uncaring and judgemental. The Prescription I received actually had some type of dirt on a few pills. The meds didn't even work theExact day I started their refill, and made me sick. They don't stand behind their prescription either when you inform them of bad meds, they just give more rudeness. DO NOT trust them with your health!!!

Waited a full hour for an immunization shot without any indication why. Sat and sat and sat in plain view. Was never told I could come back in 30 minutes or whatever. Very inconsiderate. They don't care about their customers. After 20 years time for a different Pharm.

Had to switch to CVS - they often just didn’t have my prescriptions without any explanation. The staff and pharmacist are extremely rude. This is the worst Rite Aid I’ve ever been to!!
